e in the past, so I quickly booked him for my wedding date without meeting him first. Some might say that sounds risky, but I felt confident, went with my gut and… I’m so happy I did! Thalio made my makeup look absolutely gorgeous for my wedding day, and it didn’t budge or smudge. It actually still looked flawless the day after the wedding, so I left it on. It lasted all through a second day and evening. It was lovely kicking off the honeymoon without having to do my makeup. Though Thalio’s services are not what I would describe as inexpensive, there is a reason for that. What he does, in my opinion, is truly an art. He takes his job seriously, but he is also personable. I believe this is an ideal combination for a makeup artist. I also firmly believe you [should] get what you pay for, and Thalio was worth every penny. I must add that our photographer was impressed by his work, too. She mentioned it was quite nice not having to touch-up my photos as she normally would for most brides. She and her husband are amazing photographers, and they have been photographing weddings for around 30 years, so her comment is incredibly noteworthy. I also must include a shout-out to one of Thalio’s team members, Ashley. She applied makeup for four of my bridesmaids, my mother and my mother-in-law. Ashley kept busy from the second she walked in and honestly didn’t stop for a moment. They all looked wonderful and were very pleased with the results. Additionally, Ashley was sweet and fun to interact with but also professional. Any woman or man looking for makeup services in the greater Houston area should strongly consider Thalio and his team. If I ever need professional makeup services again in the future, I can’t see myself looking elsewhere.

I really liked my make up and decided to book his services. However, I LOVED my make up on my wedding day. I don't know what was different (if anything), but my wedding day make up was flawless - absolutely PERFECT! I got several compliments. We booked Thalio and Jessica for both hair and make up for the bridal party. Jessica also did a wonderful job as usual. They both showed up on time and as a wedding planner that is one of the most important things in trusting vendors. The last thing you want to worry about is where is my make up artist and hair stylist! You have more things to focus on the day of your wedding! Thalio is a true artist and is magic in a brush! You will look breath taking! My make up as well as the brides was amazing as well as everyone's hair. Definitely contact Thalio for your wedding, you will be glad you did!

eviously I was disappointed with other make up trials so I just put all my trust in his hands! He was amazing to say the least. He took his time and made me look gorgeous! I had so many compliments on my make up. He is truly talented in his profession and such a sweetheart. I wish I could have him do my make up every day..in fact since my wedding I have him do my make up two more times! Save yourself the time and contact him! You will not be disappointed!

bonus. My actual wedding day I paid extra to have my make-up done by Thalio himself and it was worth the extra $. Someone else did my mom's make-up and it was good just not as amazing as I have seen done in the past, I'm not sure why that was but she just wasn't as happy with it. I do recommend having a trial-run to anyone beforehand, even if you are unsure what you want your make-up to look like because he will work with you and make suggestions if you are completely in the dark, just bring questions you want answered and your look will be flawless. Abigail did my hair it was impressive and amazing because she said "just bring a picture." I did and she made it happen! I got so many compliments. Such a wonderful team of people to put you at ease and make you look great. They have more than earned my trust and if I had some function that called for hair and MU, I would go straight to them, no questions asked, and you should too.

The airbrush makeup was amazing, and the hairstylists did a great job, she even put in clip-on hair extensions that I had provided. I felt beautiful!! And you could sure tell in our engagement photos!! Thank you to Thalio and his great team!!

What I really liked about Thalio was that he gave me tips and suggestions on how to apply makeup and what brands of makeup to try for my skin type. He really knows his stuff. Whenever I get married or have a special occasion to attend I will definitely use him again. HE has truly earned to be called a PROFESSONAL makeup artist. I would also like to add that I didn't do a trial, but I didn't have to I knew I wouldn't be disappointed that's is why I HIGHLY recommend him.
