have my wedding video link or the raw files on the USB drive as promised, 2 years after my wedding. Danny, the owner of Than Photo, has now stopped replying to my texts and emails asking for an update. I have been incredibly patient, waiting months for the final version of my wedding video, but he's stopped responding completely. I have reached out 13 times in the past 35 days and he hasn't replied once. This was after handfuls of attempts to reach him in July when he finally responded with a new date that week that he'd get me the video, which never happened.
I am heartbroken that we'll never have our wedding video to show our grandparents who weren't able to make it to our wedding, and our future kids. We had planned on watching our wedding video on each anniversary but we will never be able to do this. I paid for a wedding video and ThanPhoto stole my money, not delivering my video. I have begged him every couple of days this past month to reply with an update and he hasn't. I can see my messages were delivered. This is beyond disappointing.
