Where do I begin- I have been in multiple weddings (7 to be exact) and the number one thing I have seen make or break the day is the photographers. They are a major part of your day, as well as the memories you will carry after your day. Best decision ever for our best day ever! I cannot say enough about the incredible talent, professionalism, and just overall amazing people Claire and Rob are! Out of all the decisions we made for our wedding, having this photography team was really the best we made. Our photos are stunning and everyone keeps raving about them. They spent 24 hours with us from makeup start time until the end of our after party and kept everyone pumped and energized, smiling, laughing and having an incredible time. Claire was with me during a few stressful wardrobe issues and she was like a real life fairy godmother making sure it was all handled and we looked perfect. Claire and Rob are the ultimate team! They are so entertaining, creative and informative. They guided us through several wedding cancelations during the pandemic and never let us lose the excitement of looking forward to our big day. On our day of the wedding they kept everything and everyone on time and created magic with our photos! My husband and his groomsman are not big photo takers but they got so into taking photos thanks to Claire and Rob and their captivating personalities. They are the kindest humans and I can not say enough good things about them!

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about working with Claire and Rob at That First Moment Photography! They are an incredible, energetic duo who work well together to streamline photos efficiently and effectively. They bring the energy and excitement to your event so that the photography doesn’t interrupt the party and the celebration. They are worth every penny three times over, and I’m so glad that my now husband and I trusted them to photograph our wedding. We will treasure their incredible pictures forever. I was initially drawn to That First Moment photography because of their extensive work photographing weddings at Disney. My husband and I chose a museum for our wedding venue, and we liked how Claire and Rob highlighted the uniqueness of the venue without making our pictures about the venue. Looking through their work, while they are able to capture the big monuments and the impressive landscapes, the focus of each of their photos is still the love and happiness of the couple. The other benefit of their Disney experience was that they are used to working around crowds to capture the angles without the groups of people in the way. The museum where I got married was still open when we began our photo shoot, and it was incredible how Claire and Rob discovered the hidden spots and angles that made the crowds fade away. I would recommend That First Moment photography for anyone who is getting married in a public setting, such as a park, museum, or public beach. Claire and Rob are flexible and will work to take any picture that you want. My aunt is big on getting pictures of everyone and everything, and Claire and Rob graciously accommodated her requests. I also added in a groomsmen sock photo the day of the wedding (a last-minute groomsmen gift) and she got on rounding up the groomsmen immediately for the photo. With all of the whirlwind that was my wedding day, I am so glad that Claire and Rob were flexible to make mine so very special and to capture every moment of it. I recommend hiring Claire and Rob if you have a lot of friends and family who want special pictures with the bride and groom on your wedding day. Finally, when I say hard workers, Claire and Rob had an AMAZING turnaround for getting us our sneak peak of our wedding photos. We went to Florida as a destination wedding and before we even got back to the West Coast, Claire and Rob had their “sneak peek” of wedding photos ready for us. I use social media a lot to keep up with friends and family, so it was truly wonderful that we had our professional pictures ready to share. My dad couldn’t believe that they developed and screened so many great pictures already. He was very appreciative for the opportunity to share their link on his own social media accounts. But what did surprise me is how thorough the “sneak peek” of photos were. Claire and Rob had the perfect summary of the wedding with their assortment of early-released photographs for us. It included individual shots of the bride and groom, the wedding party, a few family photos, several from the ceremony, and a lot of photos from the reception. Within a few days, we had professional photos that demonstrated all of the highlights from our wedding, and honestly that’s what makes Claire and Rob so wonderful. They understand how meaningful and special our wedding was for us, and they worked so hard to capture every second of it. I definitely recommend booking That First Moment Photography!

I’m not saying anything that other reviews haven’t already said, but it’s because this team is AMAZING! Claire is a god send. She kept me calm and having fun throughout the day, and kept my mom happy through the typical wedding day drama. Rob made my husband comfortable taking pictures and even excited for it. Which is a huge accomplishment! These two are an amazing team, and the most genuine and caring people. On top of that, our wedding photos are PHENOMENAL! We cannot decide which ones to get printed. Absolutely thrilled we chose this team to be a part of our day!!

Claire and Rob are EXCEPTIONAL. Words cannot even begin to cover how lucky my husband and I feel to have had these two phenomenal humans capture our engagement and wedding! From the moment we met them, we knew we had won the photography jackpot! hey made a multiple hour shoot in a very crowded theme park feel like just a fun day out with new friends! We didn't even want the day to end and we kept When COVID-19 hit the US, our Disney Cruise wedding was one of the first things to be cancelled. Claire and Rob were on the phone with us immediately but not to discuss payment or logistics, they wanted to make sure we were okay and even offered to take us to dinner. I cannot express how amazing they were throughout the almost full year of consistent cancellations on rebooked dates. Claire was in contact with me so often and every rebooking led to a phone call to ensure they would still be able to capture our day. With no end in sight for the cruise ban, we knew it was time to come up with a new dream. Despite being booked with mutliple weddings all around our date, Claire and Rob made sure to be there for us. They drove all the way out to St. Augustine on the day of our wedding despite shooting a wedding the entire night before! I broke down in tears when I saw Claire because after everything we have been through and all she did for my husband and I, her and Rob just mean the world to me. Every picture they have already shared with us is just pure art. We have received hundreds of compliments on the many photos we received in mere days of our wedding and can't believe how many gorgeous pictures were just in the previews! We are eternally grateful for Claire and Rob and cannot recommend this amazing duo enough!

Rob & Claire are the best there is when it comes to photography! I had no doubt in trusting them with our big day. They have such an eye for the details and capturing our images/angles/candids that made us look our best. And their chemistry working together made our engagement and wedding photos to die for.

After meeting Claire and Robb, I knew they would be amazing photographers. We connected right away and we loved their photographs. On the day of our engagement photos, it started to rain. However, our team stayed positive and had ideas to work with and around the rain. It was so fun dancing in the rain. My husband and I, both are shy and were worried we wouldn’t be good at photos. But we thrived off the amazing energy from Claire and Robb. I knew we were going to have great photos. They were not just great photos however they were the best photos. When we saw the final product we were completely blown away from how GORGEOUS, STUNNING, and CREATIVE our pictures turned out. Claire and Robb have a complete natural talent with creating and seeing the way the picture will turn out. We were so excited for our wedding photographs and our sneak peeks were even more amazing. I knew these photographs were one of the most important parts of the day. They captured the magic of the day and all of the great moments. These will be lasting memories for the rest of our lives and I am so happy with how great these photos turned out. A month later our family and friends are still blown away from the photographs. I always knew the photographer would be the most important vendor we book for our wedding. I cared more about the quality of our pictures than I did about my dress! As soon as I saw Claire and Rob’s work I knew they were “the one”! They did far beyond what they were hired to do for us during our wedding. I didn’t have a coordinator and they kept us on track, calmed me down when I needed it, corrected my DJ when he pronounced my name incorrectly 😑, and so much more. It was a blessing and honor to work with them and I honestly cannot say enough good about them—as professionals and people. You really can’t find better than That First Moment. They are absolutely worth every penny and then some!

BEST PHOTOGRAPHERS EVER!!! Claire and Rob shot our engagement photos, and a year later we still look at them in awe. Not only are their personalities warm and inviting, they made us feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. They found the most beautiful places within the area we chose- even a waterfall we didn’t know existed! We couldn’t be more satisfied, and we are so thankful for them.

Claire and Rob were an awesome duo!!! They did an amazing job capturing our day as well as our engagement session!! Extremely energetic and really make you feel comfortable! We had a sneak peak of the wedding photos with in 24 hours following our wedding day!! Phenomenal we can barely wait another 5-7 weeks for the remaining pictures! Hands-down the absolute best decision we made for our wedding was to choose Claire & Rob as our photographers!! There was no way I was going to just grab a friend with a good camera. We had one day and one opportunity to capture one of the most important days of our lives. Having mentally prepped for the chaos, we knew the photographer needed to be on point and these two were, and then some!!! Our engagement photo session allowed us to get comfortable with them both and get to know them. It was brilliant! By the day of the wedding we were both so comfortable our pictures came out naturally and added to the elegance. We really feel like the engagement photos helped to set the tone for the caliber of wedding we were planning. It felt like we had our own personal set of wedding day guardian angels with those two on our side. They prep you perfectly ahead of time, really work together as a team both with one another and with us. Their style is elegant and classy with a modern edge and they perfectly captured the essence of “us” and our love for one another. The turn around time on sneak peeks and the full ‘albums’ was more than we could have ever asked for. They maximize their use of technology to make things easier and more streamline without weighing you down with tools it will take you a year to learn. Claire and Rob are absolutely phenomenal! You can rest easy knowing even if everything goes wrong at your wedding, your pictures will still be everything you ever dreamed of.

Claire and Rob are everything you could ever dream of when it comes to photographers. They are both so friendly, fun loving, and filled with joy that there is no way we would have picked another photographer for our day! From the engagement shoot to the wedding my husband and I never once felt uncomfortable working with these two. Our photos are some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever seen. From the formal pictures to the fun reception photos, they captured the love and happiness that was felt that day. All of my friends rave about our wedding pictures, and even acquaintances can't get over how gorgeous they are! I knew that our photographer was going to be THE MOST IMPORTANT choice we made in our wedding planning, as we'll be looking at and sharing them for years to come. I expected this to be an incredibly stressful decision, but the moment we came across Claire and Rob, we KNEW their style was right for us! I found myself going through album after album on their website, with tears welling in my eyes as my husband (then fiance) and I recognized how perfect they were for what we envisioned. Since our wedding was planned long-distance (from California!), we did not get to meet Claire and Rob until the day of the wedding, but the phone conference we had with them a few nights in advance put me at ease as they assured me that we only needed to enjoy our day, and they would capture the magical moments. I remember feeling an instant flash of anxiety when I was told "the photographers are here," as I often find myself nervous around cameras. However, Claire instantly put me at ease with her bubbly personality and overflowing enthusiasm. The dressing room gained an extra dose of FUN and was filled with laughter as we began our pre-ceremony photos!!! As the ceremony and reception continued, Claire and Rob were simultaneously invisible, yet always right there when we were looking for them. They promised us in advance that they would never request us to step away from the festivities unless they believed they found an incredible shot, and they weren't kidding!!! There was only one time during the reception when Claire approached us with excitement about a shot that she thought we would like, and that image is now referenced by many people as one of their favorites!!! We received our Sneak Peek album (37 images) only THREE DAYS after our wedding! It was so exciting to be able to view these images with my husband so soon after the wedding, as well as to be able to share them with our family and friends. One month following our wedding, we received our remaining albums (576 images!), separated by pre-ceremony, ceremony, formal, and reception albums. I will always recommend That First Moment Photography to anyone seeking a photographer. Claire becomes an instant friend, and together Claire and Rob capture moments that allow you to relive the beauty and sentiment of the day. You will NOT be disappointed if you select Claire and Rob to capture your day!!!

It was fantastic! They prepare you ahead of time to make sure you are comfortable with the camera and don't look awkward on your wedding day. They also let you know what shots would be important and that they will take shots that you request. They are so enthusiastic and full of energy that you can't help but smile all the time. Their shots end up looking magical and so professional but at the same time unique. We would hire them again without hesitating!

Claire's vision of my photos, from engagement to wedding, has had me on cloud 9 from the start! I can't say enough about this wonderful woman, who took such care with our memories. She can turn any moment to magic and make everyone feel at ease. Even my 2 year old niece, who can be quite fussy, was happy to give Claire that great big smile as soon as she heard her singing "The Wheels on the Bus!!" Her patience with our large family and their requests for photos really showed, and she is the consummate professional. Taking time to make everyone feel special, and smiling through all of it!! Claire Pacelli is a top notch photographer. We had our wedding on December 6, 2014 and couldn't be happier with our choice in photographers. In addition to Claire's charismatic personality, she was great at pushing everything along so that we got all of the photos we wanted. From the very moment I contacted Claire Pacelli Photography she was friendly and professional. Claire answered my questions and worked wirh me to create the perfect package for my wedding day. As the big day got closer Claire worked with my fiancé and I to create a timeline for the day of our wedding and to fill us in on how things would go and made sure we were ready and comfortable with her to ensure our photographs would turn out amazing. The day of our wedding Claire arrived early and was ready to get started she got some amazing getting ready shots of me and my ladies and then went and got some of the guys. I used Claire Pacelli as my photographer for my March, 2013 wedding. Claire is an amazing photographer! Our wedding photos and engagement photos were absolutely beautiful and we could not have been happier with the quality of the pictures and professionalism Claire provided. Claire was always there to answer any questions I had or to give advice on ceremony/wedding ideas. Claire made us feel very comfortable during our shoots and was very good at giving us direction on how to pose in ways we would look best in our pictures. if you want wedding photos that look better than any other wedding photos you have ever seen.. Claire was AMAZING! To start with, she was so sweet & humble from when we first spoke. She was more than willing to work with us on exactly what we needed & stay within our budget. Even after discussing our strict budget, she still came early & was constantly trying to get amazing shots the entire time... right up until the end(if not later). She was so quick to post the "teaser pics" while we waited for all of them. She created this amazing slideshow of some pics with really great background music. I would recommend Claire to everybody! She was great to work with & kept me calm on my wedding day! My husband & I are NOT big fans of taking pictures, but that didn't matter one bit with Claire taking our pictures, she knew exactly what to do!
