We initially chose The 1206 due to the beauty and feel inside and out. Upon meeting Justin and Elayne, it was evident that we made the right choice! They were amazing every step of...
the way through planning, prepping, and day of festivities!! Our guests enjoyed the beauty and feel of the space and had many great things to say about Justin and the staff the night of our wedding! If you are looking for a beautiful place to get married and want a stress free option The 1206 is the way to go!!
We had a great experience for our wedding at The 1206. The owners were very helpful and all the details were in the fine print of the contract. They were also open to doing some ex...
tra things for us like decorating, bussing tables, and taking care of the food for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend this venue. The vibe is wonderful and the price is very reasonable.
The venue is beautiful and the owners are really nice. It is somewhat new and the owners are still figuring things out. They kept changing things on us. We met with them for the fi...
rst time in the fall and they explained all their prices and beverage options. When we met with them a few weeks before the wedding, they changed a bunch of stuff and a lot of the things we originally talked about we could no longer do. There were also things we were told we could do on the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, things suddenly changed and they told us it would cost more money. They have a kitchen, but if you want to use it, they charge extra (they kept changing the price of the kitchen every time I asked about it). They also don’t allow a rehearsal the day before, which should honestly be included considering how much it costs to rent the place. If you want a rehearsal with food, it turns into another rental fee.
