Great house in a great location. The downside was the lack of communication and ultimately an unpaid overpayment refund. After months of promises we never received the refund and ...the owner, as well as the house manager, stopped responding to messages and blocked our phone numbers. VRBO attempted to contact them, but no response either. Had a great stay but caution anyone considering renting this property that the owner is less than truthful and 2 1/2 months later has not come through on a promised overpayment refund.
