Original pressed tin ceilings salvaged and cleaned. Hardwood maple floors refinished to their original grain. Brick walls uncovered from behind decades of drywall. A handcrafted bar built from reclaimed wood pulled out of the building during the restoration. We did not build a wedding venue that looks old. We brought an old one back. The 3 Ten has two independent bookable spaces, each with its own character. The Ballroom, at street level, seats up to 430 guests for a reception under original pressed tin ceilings and crystal chandeliers. Exposed brick on every wall. A private alley patio just outside. A customizable lighted marquee sign with the couple's names out front on Central Avenue. The Rooftop Loft, on the upper level, holds up to 150 guests for a reception and opens onto a 1,700-square-foot open-air rooftop patio with views of the Faribault skyline. Own street entrance. Every rental includes 250 wood Chiavari chairs, handmade harvest tables, whiskey barrel pub tables, fourteen hours of event time with all-day getting-ready suite access, one event staff, one bartender, an event coordinator, customizable LED downlighting, a lighted marquee sign with the couple's names, two 70-inch screens for slideshows or bar menus, setup and teardown, cleaning, free street and surface lot parking, liability insurance, sweetheart loveseat for the head table, outdoor furniture, and ADA accessibility throughout.
