She made the process very smooth - we sorted out all the details of the contract over email and she traveled to me for the consultation, which was incredibly helpful given I was in the middle of a busy time with wedding planning. I loved my consultation, I felt so comfortable and knew they were going to make my bridal vision a reality. The day of the wedding was seamless. Jackelyn organized the schedule and was flexible where I needed to make adjustments. Erica & Tiffanie were right on time and did an absolutely beautiful job with me and my bridal party! I could not have been happier with the results, they understood everything I wanted for the overall look and recreated my vision perfectly. The girls were flexible to stay as well and helped me touch up before I walked down the aisle. Better yet, it held up all night, and we did NOT hold back on the dance floor, or the after party! I could not imagine my wedding day without all of the wonderful people who brought my vision to life, and want to extend a HUGE thanks to The 911 stylist for doing just that. for me (bride), my 3 bridesmaids, my flower girl, my mother, and my mother in law. I was blown away at how beautiful they made everyone look and feel. Some had some pictures for ideas and some just explained what they like, and the 2 of them made everyone’s visions come to life. Jackie and Tiffany were so friendly and so much fun to be around, they fit right into our group and everyone had a great time getting ready together. I have long straight hair and I wasn’t sure if it would stay up, but with Jackie’s talent, it stayed flawless from the start of the day until I took it out that night. My makeup was perfect and held up through crying, eating, and the Florida heat. I just can’t brag enough about there 2. I received compliments all night and I have never felt so beautiful. I also have to add that my grandma in law was planning to have a family member help her with her hair and they didn’t show up. Tiffany saw her distress and didn’t even hesitate before offering to help her fix it with no charge. My grandma in law still talks about how much it meant to her and how much she loved her hair. first moment we spoke, I just felt this comfort, and was so confident in choosing her to be a part of my day. She was so attentive and truly listened to exactly everything my bridal party and I wanted. On my wedding day, she showed up very promptly with a huge smile on her face; she really set an extremely positive tone for my wedding day, and made getting ready so fun and enjoyable! I had shown Jackie a few pictures of different aspects of how I wanted my hair, and she just worked her magic, and she created everything I wanted as well as everything I didn’t even know I wanted; and to me, I could not have looked more perfect. However, she really hit the spot with beautiful make-up that merely made me look enhanced, my hair lasted all night through the humidity and everything. My ladies were all very happy with their hair & make-up as well. I can attest that I have had make-up and hair done at other places and it was not nearly as good as Jackie did, She is well-worth every penny!

akeup stylist from afar (I live in IL). I did some research and found Jackie! Jackie did airbrush makeup on me and my hair. She also did airbrush makeup on my mom, grandma, and a bridesmaid. Her associate did their hair. We all looked FABULOUS! Jackie made me look and feel like a princess! Jackie and her associate were so attentive to what each of us wanted. And our makeup and hair lasted all night long! Even through all my sweating, happy tears, and dancing, I still looked incredible! No running makeup or hairstyles falling out. er work wasn't what I was looking for. I decided to start looking for a new stylist to suit my style and what I was looking for (this was a major decision due to not knowing people in Florida). After some searching I came across Jackie's website. By looking at the photos on there and her Facebook page it gave me a huge range of her work! I was amazed that I'd come across a stylist with photos of what I wanted (I wanted a more glam look rather than the more natural bride look). To know she could deliver this kind of look, I immediately emailed Jackie (but was worried since I had little time to sort and was worried my ideas wouldn't translate well via email, since my last stylist was so difficult to communicate with). Jackie replied really quickly and managed to confirm she could get me in for a trial when I needed and could cater for my wedding date too. I really can't thank Jackie enough for her services. She made me feel like I'd known her for a long time and stayed late to put my veil on so we could get it for the photography. All I can say is make sure you use Jackie for hair and make up- she's fantastic and made my wedding perfect (my husband was so pleased with the finished product that he cried!) Amazing!!

I wanted the same dry hair service as most brides, but everyone I spoke to was apprehensive. I found Jackie through weddingwire.com and booked her solely on reviews and photos. Well, she exceeded my expectations! She was responsive and confident about the services I needed. Through email alone, she put my nerves to rest. I emailed her a few photos of the looks I wanted for myself, and my mother, then a photo of my hair. My first time meeting Jackie was on my wedding day. (No opportunity for a trail since I am in ATL) Jackie came on time, and was prepared with all the tools necessary to style us. She also used my clip-ins like pro. She was warm and friendly. It was as of we had knew each other for years! The style of our hair was spot on! It held up the entire time and We received compliments all night! If you are looking for a bridal stylist, regardless of hair texture....stop looking and book Jackie! Jackie, thank you! Because of you, I felt like a gorgeous bride.

what to expect as I have done one trial before her and I was not happy with it. I admit to be very picky and the last make-up artist told me she knows what she was doing because she is a professional. That kind of response made me uncomfortable to say I want. The result did not turn out how I like it. But my trial with Jackie was filled with ease. She was quiet and focused on me. She asked how I think during the trial. I felt it was also a partnership between us because she allowed me to help her do her job much easier by letting me be a part of the process. I appreciated that. I felt very confident during the day of the wedding because I was in Jackie's hands. On the wedding I did not feel the need to constantly look at the mirror. Her makeup was clean, very polished. My eyebrows were shaped nicely, my skin was glowing right not looking oily. When she finished with me I felt so beautiful and everyone loved my makeup & hair! It was glamorous yet natural. o my residence which was so convenient. She created the look I asked for and it looked amazing. On the day of the wedding, Jackie was early and ready to set up. She first did hair for my two maids of honor and then did my hair and makeup. As amazing as I thought my trial look was, my wedding look was about 1000 times better. I didn’t think that was even possible. It was one of the hottest days of the year, I was so worried about my makeup holding up and my hair staying put. Our first dance was also a fast swing dance, where my husband had to flip me upside down, so I really needed my hair to hold through all of this and it did! Jackie made sure to do my makeup in a way that would not only hold up through the heat but also make me look fresh and glowy, without looking sweaty. Even when I thought I was sweating, my face didn’t show it. I also normally don’t wear much makeup so I really didn’t want the cakey look a lot of brides have, and Jackie made sure to make it look natural and still look amazing in photos. My hair never lost it’s volume or shape, and didn’t even look like it had much hairspray in it, it looked so natural and pretty. She did an amazing job! Thank you Jackie! I will be using this company in the future for other events and weddings, because they have great artists and make it really convenient by coming straight to you. Their wedding services were affordable, too. They are also very responsive to emails (Maria replied to emails almost immediately), accommodating, and have great communication.
