AccuTrans was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly flexible. Every driver we interacted with was so kind and patient — even when we ran late getting to the venue (and later, heading home!). They truly went above and beyond to take care of us and our guests. At the end of the night, when we couldn’t find the groom (typical wedding chaos!), the drivers didn’t rush us or make us feel stressed — they actually stayed longer than we had originally paid for to make sure everyone got back safely. That level of service and good humor says everything about their team. They were also great during the planning process — super responsive, flexible with booking, and willing to adjust our transportation schedule even close to the wedding day. Having that peace of mind made such a difference during a busy week. We’re so grateful to AccuTrans for helping our day run smoothly and for taking such good care of everyone. I would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for reliable, kind, and flexible transportation for their wedding!

We used their 14 passenger bus for our wedding party shuttle prior to the ceremony and it was more spacious than I was imagining. It worked perfect for transporting our bridal party from the Ingleside to Retzer Nature Center for our first look and pre ceremony bridal pictures and then to our venue. I will say the only downside is you are contracted for a minimum of 4 hours and we really only used them for 2.5 hours, but they were affordable and our driver was great!

ooking and planning stages, and everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding for the wedding party. That said, there were a few areas for improvement. Communication via email could have been more responsive; at times, we had to follow up with a phone call to get a reply. On the day of, while the bus arrived as scheduled, there could have been better coordination with guests/day of contact, regarding changes to the planned schedule. Some guests ended up confused and had to find alternate transportation to the venue. All transportation went smoothly getting guests back to the hotels at the end of the night. Despite those hiccups, we appreciated having a reliable shuttle option to keep things organized and safe, and the company handled the core transportation needs well. With a few tweaks in guest communication and flexibility, it could have been a great experience. We'd still consider recommending them for similar events.

to call and speak to someone right away as opposed to leaving messages and waiting for a call back. They always answered the phone! Nick was a dream to work with; flexible when I needed to amend the itinerary. Everything was extremely easy and efficient working with AccuTrans, constant communication, questions answered immediately, and their pricing was reasonable. Nick emailed me a few days ahead of our wedding to double check the details; the day prior to the date, I received an email confirming the itinerary, the driver’s name, and time of arrival to pick me up at the hotel to take me to the church – which I really appreciated. Phenomenal service for a great price! Jeff Egan, our driver, was absolutely amazing and on time. Despite the highway construction on I-43, he made sure we made it to every stop without any problems! The transit van was clean and luxurious with a lot of room. Jeff was courteous, friendly, great conversationist, and professional and a perfect gentleman – he helped the ladies get on and off the bus. He was so much fun! was the same weekend as our wedding. Despite Homecoming, the insane amount of traffic, and our transporting our 70+ out of town guests, AccuTrans was on time for every arrival/departure time to/from the hotel and venue. AccuTrans called me a few days ahead of our wedding to double check the details. Then the day of, I got reminder texts of the shuttle schedule (which I really appreciated). Phenomenal service for a great price!
