The Adelphi is truly the perfect wedding venue. Right in downtown Saratoga it is an ideal location. It has beautiful hotel rooms for getting ready and the hotel staff was more than accommodating of anything we needed during our stay and was very helpful with our dog who we brought along. The wedding venue itself is amazing with an amazing ballroom with atrium ceiling, clean and modern decor and an amazing spacious tented courtyard for cocktail hour. The wedding coordinator Connie was out of this world and made everything so easy and seamless, she was great with communication and ensuring my vision came to life and she truly exceeded all my expectations. With Connie around I didn't need to hire an additional wedding planner she truly did it all. The wedding event staff was also p[henomenal, the bartenders were great and efficient and there was never a bar line, the servers were amazing and ensured everyone had everything they needed and more and the chef is out of this world. Our guests could not stop raving about the food all night. We cannot thank the Adelphi enough for everything they did for us and for making our wedding absolutely incredible.

We had our wedding at The Adelphi on New Year's Eve and it was a dream come true. All of that is thanks to Connie, the onsite coordinator, and her incredible staff. We had admittedly high expectations and every single one was met or surpassed. From our first meeting with Connie, we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. She understood the importance of our day and the investment we were making, which was reflected in her professionalism through the entire experience. From our tasting to our venue walkthrough, and throughout our wedding weekend, we felt like we were Connie's only client. All of this carried through to her staff on our wedding weekend, who offered stellar service. The venue itself was perfect for our wedding of around 110 guests. The ballroom offered a beautiful, clean backdrop for our ceremony and reception, while Morrisey's was a cozy, classic space for our cocktail hour. The stunning bridal suite offered plenty of space for us to relax the morning of the wedding and made the perfect backdrop for our photos. Having hotel rooms onsite was convenient for our guests and made for an intimate experience all weekend long. I can't forget to mention the food, which was in one word, perfection. Thank you to the entire staff at The Adelphi for making our experience seamless!

ollowed was one of the worst experiences of my life. On the morning of my wedding, my custom-tailored after-party outfit was hanging in the Jim Dandy suite's dressing area in a white plastic garment bag. When I went to change into it during my reception, we realized it was gone. The hotel's own security footage confirmed that only housekeeping staff entered the suite in the hours between our departure and discovery. Hotel staff admitted to throwing away my wedding dress garment bag as well. Rooms Division Manager, Heidi Marcellus, confirmed the bag was found in the trash. With nothing to change into, I wore my silk wedding gown for the rest of the evening — through snow, slush, and salt-covered sidewalks. I have since received a professional quote of up to $1,350 to clean and preserve the gown. My mother missed the last dance of my wedding searching the hotel for my missing outfit. The hotel's response? Hotel staff accused me of trying to "swindle money from the hotel," stated this "happens all the time," and offered $750. My total documented damages are $2,011.55. The hotel has since stopped responding entirely. I am sharing this so future guests — especially anyone planning a wedding stay — know what to expect when something goes wrong here.

o responsive, like within seconds responsive! She is always there for you with any of your questions or wishes, and then makes it happen. The food at The Adelphi is 5 stars. We had friends and family tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. We had 101 guests at our wedding and we all fit inside of the ballroom area. We had a 9 piece band and a perfect sized dance floor. The hotel is beautiful of course. We stayed in the Travers Suite, Library Suite, Whitney Suite, and they are all connected so we could take pictures on the balcony and get ready comfortably. The hotel is very luxurious and the location in Saratoga is TOP! Right off of Broadway near all the best restaurants and bars. The wedding exceeded our expectations, we knew it was going to be a great wedding, but we never thought it could be this good. And that's thanks to Connie and the whole Adelphi team for making this weekend so special. We did not have a single bad interaction with any of the Adelphi staff the entire weekend. Everyone is so kind and attentive, and they treat you like royalty there and do everything they can to make you happy and very satisfied. Truly. Everything went perfectly and we had so much fun. We can't wait to come back for a getaway weekend at The Adelphi to relive our special day. We are all still on Cloud 9 and can't wait for the photos to come in so we can relive our wedding. raction we had was top-notch. The rooms are amazing (Polaris, Whitney and Traverse Suites w/library and deck overlooking Broadway), a perfect set up for day-of prep. The newly-renovated ballroom is spectacular, elegant, magical. The food was delicious and our brunch at Salt & Char was the perfect ending. The best part was working with Connie who truly cares that the bride & groom have exactly what they envision. She listens intently, then works her magic to make it happen, whatever it is (even finding a secret location in the hotel to store the wedding dress under lock & key). After every meeting we had with Connie, we felt more comfortable and willing to let her guide us. I am so thankful that we did as it was over-the-top amazing. Thank you.

Connie & the staff we beyond accommodating with our switch to their venue and made the end to end process so easy. We were slightly nervous when we booked because going into it we knew that there was going to be a renovation taking place on their venue area. But WOW when I say the venue was magical, it doesn't begin to describe it. The style, decor and finishes coupled with the stunning glass ceilings made for a true classy, sophisticated black tie event. The food was unbelievable, we already knew going into it that the food was going to be great, because we'd stayed a few times at the hotel and dined in their restaurants. Really just lights out amazing and perfectly prepared! The staff & Connie are next level, they are extremely professional, skilled and go above and beyond to ensure the couple & guests are well attended to. My only complaint is that they misplaced a dress I gave them to change into the day of the wedding! They were accommodating though and got it returned back to me, and reimbursed me for needing to get my wedding dress dry cleaned (since I had to walk across town in it because I didnt have anything to change into lol) Overall, a really beautiful venue, well priced, and easy to work with!
