Andrea was amazing to work with and so efficient and easy to get ahold of and made meetings easy throughout the entire process. Derek Heroux, the pastry chef at Butcher Block made us the most beautiful, absolutely delicious wedding cake. We had a white cake with a homemade lemon curd and raspberry filling. ...
Derek also did some simple scrolling and monogramed our initials onto the outside of our buttercream frosting. We got SO many compliments on the cake. People told us it was the best cake they had ever had and/or that they had 2, or 3 pieces! We also appreciated Derek's pricing. He charges by person rather than by slice, and all the design work and fillings were included in the cost, which was not the case of other bakers we spoke with in the area. We can't wait to break out the separate anniversary cake that Derek made for us, and taste his delicious work again!
