When we viewed the three venues that were near the Centralia Grand Ballroom we had our heart set on the Library Annex, but realized it would be too small. Jodi took us across the s...
treet to the Aerie and we fell in love with the space-and there is SO much space! Jodi and Neil are amazing. They responded quickly to any questions we had, let us tour the venue a handful of times, and were so friendly and welcoming, almost like we were guests in their home. The day of the wedding went perfectly, and Jodi was there if we needed her.
I love this venue so much, and it holds a special memory for my husband and I. We highly recommend this venue, and the owners!
Neil and Jodi own two amazing wedding venue locations: Centralia Grand Hotel and Ballroom and Aerie Ballroom. The locations are a block away from each and we utilized both for our ...
wedding.
After an extensive hunt of wedding venues, none of which we loved/could agree on, we took the drive down to Centralia to tour the hotel and the Aerie. Neil met us at the front desk and showed us around the hotel first. His friendliness and professionalism shined through immediately. He is so warm and inviting. The hotel is ridiculously beautiful and Neil gave us a history of the building and all the charm and love that has gone into keeping it in impeccable condition.
We then walked down the street to the Aerie. The second we walked in, we knew this was our venue. Neil and Jodi have done an incredible job of maintaining the almost 100-year-old building, respecting all its history and charm. We paid our deposit and signed our contract that day.
We blocked out almost all the rooms at Centralia Grand Hotel for ourselves, our parents, and our bridal parties. Upon checking in, we were greeted with warm smiles and complimentary champagne. Every staff member we encountered were welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and have an amazing old-school charm that you must experience.
We had our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception at The Aerie. Our entire weekend was perfect thanks to Neil and Jodi, their team, and the stunning buildings in which we had the privilege of utilizing for our wedding.
Upon checking out, the front desk team had gathered some items that were left at the Aerie after our wedding and ensured that we got those items back. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as their congratulations. Additionally, a few weeks after our wedding, we received a package in the mail with a few other items that had been found after our stay.
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend. Our stay at the hotel, our experience at the Aerie, and our interaction with the entire staff was top notch. We plan on staying at Centralia Grand Hotel in the future and we recommend Neil and Jodi and their wonderful team to anyone for any event.
The owners are amazing and so helpful! The venue was so elegant and well put together. The only decorations that I needed were the ones on the tables....the venue is so picture per...
fect that you don't need to decorate it!
The Aerie is an historic, refurbished building perfect for both a smaller (approx 100) wedding and your reception. Enjoy it all in one place without moving a bunch of chairs! They ...
have plenty on site. Tables too.
This venue has a ceremony room, a beautiful bar, and a large ballroom for your reception. The layout is "U-shaped" from room to room, creating an easy traffic flow between events. Upstairs there are rooms for the bridal party to get ready.
Fewer decorations are needed than some stark ballrooms because the owners, Jodi and Neil (who are both awesome!), have already adorned the rooms beautifully with simple white lights and ceiling draping. Understated elegance from which you can build.
We appreciated that our guests could arrive early and enjoy appetizers and a glass of wine in the beautiful bar, and then make their way into the ceremony room. Afterward, the larger ballroom was more than sufficient to accommodate our buffet, 12 guest tables, a head table, and our DJ's table and equipment. And, of course, a dance floor!
Drawbacks: parking is a bit of a challenge, but on the weekend street parking seemed ample. Also the stairs are super steep and the elevator has limited availability.
This venue is definitely worth your consideration if you live within 45 minutes from Centralia. Local hotels gave us great prices for our guests who wanted to stay over ($68).
Beautiful place! A wonderful venue for any event. Our wedding was beautiful!
The building was beautiful, it has great vintage type charm, a beautiful bar, lounges upstairs for the bridal parties, plenty of room for our wedding, (130 people). The owners were...
very helpful with everything and allowed us to visit the venue on a couple different occasions to plan and work on the layout for our wedding.
I couldn't imagine a better space to hold a reception for swing dancers. The restored herring-bone floor isn't perfect, but it does lend something to the setting, particularly when...
you have a live band. The bar was gorgeous and it was great to have everything I needed under one roof.
Neil & Jodi are wonderful people, and they have such an amazing thing going on at the Aerie Ballroom. They were right there with us the day of the wedding helping us get our la...
st minute china and extra linens that we needed to order due to more guests coming than expected. The costs, setups, breaktaking ballroom are all def worth your time and money. You won't regret getting married here!
Thank you Neil and Jodi!

the wedding and got us anything we needed. The prices were great and they had a lot of items we could rent from them instead of buying. I would recommend them for any event not just a wedding. Beautiful location for sure.
