Deidre and her team were punctual, remarkably efficient, kind, funny, and a joy to have around on the day of my wedding. They were able to do both hair and makeup for 9 girls + me (+ two moms for hair) in four hours, which I've never thought was possible based on other weddings I've attended in the past. Natalie helps create a timeline for the day so that everything goes seamlessly. The team on wedding day listened to each girl's desires for hair and makeup, and all my bridesmaids were happy with how they looked (which also has not happened often in previous weddings I've been in!). For myself, I did a trial run with Deidre a month before the wedding, and Deidre replicated exactly what I wanted to look like on my wedding day. A few hours after the trial, both ladies reached out to me inquiring about any potential issues or changes I'd like to make for the big day! I had decided to make small changes with eyeliner and my bangs, and both ladies were extremely easy to converse with and made the appropriate accommodations.
Prior to the wedding, I was able to chat with them about scheduling and the bridesmaid's arrival time, and they were able to make and send me an itinerary for services. That was extremely helpful!
