Since they began working together in the Nashville beauty scene in 2012, these two have often been referred to as "The Dream Team". I had an amazing experience partnering with The Agency of Beauty for my Wedding day! Natalie and Deidra did my hair and make up and were incredible! From our first communication they made me feel so comfortable and excited to work together. Their personalities meshed perfectly with mine and it felt like I was working/hanging out with friends. They brought such calming yet joyful and fun energy the morning of my wedding and made me and all my girls feel so beautiful and special! You can tell they take pride in their work, it truly shows! The whole team I interacted with was fantastic! Scheduling the trial was so fast and easy! When I went in for my trial to see the vibe I thought I wanted I was met with so much positivity and recommendations that really took my look from Normal makeup to makeup made for a bride without looking crazy! She NAILED my hair style I loved it so much! Wedding day they were on time and so funny we had so many good laughs! 12/10 would recommend!

Lauren and the rest of The Agency of Beauty team were amazing on my wedding day. They brought such a calm, positive energy and made the morning feel smooth and stress-free. Lauren listened carefully to what I wanted, and everyone ended up looking and feeling beautiful. My hair and makeup lasted perfectly all day and night - I was almost sad to have to take it off at the end of the day! I also ended up adding their steaming service, and I'm so glad that I did. My dress looked immaculate after it was steamed, and it was a big help for my bridesmaids that were traveling from out of town.
If you want a talented, professional, and genuinely kind team for your wedding, I couldn’t recommend The Agency of Beauty more. They were a huge part of making the day perfect!

Helen did my hair and several members of my wedding party and she absolutely CRUSHED IT! Not only did everybody’s hair come out stunning, she was so so lovely and fun and an all around great addition to my getting ready room.
I did a trial with her ahead of the wedding and she made me feel so heard and respected. I was so out of my element and she worked with me patiently to figure out what I really wanted. She made me feel like a princess.

Deidre and her team were great!!! I wanted a look where I looked like myself but also had makeup on and she could not have done a better job!! My hair also stayed together for the whole day which is not an easy feat considering that we were on the dance floor for a long time. My bridesmaids all wanted different things with their hair and they were able to accomplish that without batting an eye! Also so nice that they were able to come to our house and set everything up there! I would 11/10 recommend them to anyone.

The Agency of Beauty was great to work with - especially Natalie! She was so much fun, and addressed any concerns I had immediately. After my trial, there were a few changes I wanted on my wedding day and she nailed it! We had a few day-of schedule changes with our bridesmaids, but Natalie and her team adjusted and never made us feel stressed. Highly recommend!

I am so thrilled with my choice to use the agency of beauty for my wedding day! I found them on the Knot and then checked out their posts on instagram and thought their work was beautiful! Jackie was our lead makeup artist and Keisha was doing mostly hair and some makeup. They both were on time and ready to go on the day of- many people commented that they had the schedule down to a science. They chatted with everyone and made us all feel at ease and did an absolutely amazing job! I have never felt so beautiful in my life but also just myself and not overdone. And same for my bridesmaids and moms! Everyone looked like the most beautiful glowing versions of themselves! Keisha also did my sister in laws hair- she is in a wheelchair and special needs and both ladies made her feel so beautiful and were so kind and patient. It was a perfect special day!

I had the best experience with Deidre and her team for my wedding in May of 2025. The bridal package with a trial hair & makeup run is for sure the way to go. I highly recommend a trial and Deidre did an amazing job. I asked for some tweaks because what I thought I would love wasn’t matching the dress I selected and she was open to feedback which is so important with hair and makeup for your big day! She did an amazing job on the trial however the makeup I always thought I wanted just didn’t match my wedding day look / dress style, so we went for a more full glam look day of. If I didn’t do a trial I wouldn’t have realized until too late I’d actually prefer full glam!
Her studio where we did the trial was so cute and very welcoming. I felt comfortable and heard the entire time.
The Agency of Beauty team communicated timely and provided a very detailed easy to follow day-of schedule for everyone's services. The stylists arrived promptly, kept the mood light and fun in the getting ready suite, and had everyone ready to go with touch ups complete ahead of schedule!! We had 10 total women receive hair and makeup services. They could not have done a better job.
I highly recommend The Agency of Beauty. They were such a pleasure to work with and my entire bridal party was absolutely stunning day of!

I worked with Kirsten, Paige and Lauren and they were all amazing! They all arrived early, prepared and were really personable. They made us all feel comfortable, confident and excited for the day!

I can't say enough great things about this wedding hair and makeup team! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and truly a joy to work with. They arrived right on time (early, actually!), which made the whole morning run smoothly and stress-free.
What really stood out to me was their respect for everyone’s individual choices and styles. They took the time to listen, ask questions, and made sure every person felt comfortable and confident. No pressure, no assumptions—just total support for how each of us wanted to look and feel.
The hair and makeup held up beautifully all day long—through photos, dancing, laughter, and even a few happy tears. Everyone looked amazing from morning until late into the night.
Beyond their talent, the entire team was incredibly kind, calming, and fun to be around. They helped make the getting-ready process one of the most special parts of the day.

Natalie and Deidre were such a gift to our wedding day! I had a pretty specific idea of how I hoped to look as a bride, but no idea how to create it, and they delivered! When I was searching for who to hire, I had a difficult time finding hair and makeup artists who employed expertise, but still highlighted the unique beauty of each bride with a romantic and soft look that allowed her - rather than the makeup and product - to shine. Then I hit the jackpot with Natalie and Deidre! In a market flooded with over-the-top glam (which they can do if that's what you want!) I found that they created looks that felt so beautiful, romantic, and timelessly elegant. They were knowledgable, professional, fun, and so easy to work with. They made me look and feel so beautiful, and most importantly, they did the same for my mother, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids. Truly a dream team!

I recently had a wedding back in November and I can only say positive things about the hair and make up. Helen did amazing with my make up (as the bride) and all the other women I had in my party. I am not a girly girl but at the trial Helen had so many tips to make everything look so much better (derma planing, cleansing shampoo, etc). Natalie was super easy to communicate with and was pretty quick to respond. The whole crew are great girls girls to help with the nerves before the wedding - all of the women were super sweet, talkative, and had a great vibe to start the wedding day! Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hair and make up!

Deidre and her team did SUCH an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding day. She and her team arrived a few minutes ahead of call time to get set up which helped us be ahead of schedule going into the rest of the day! She, and her team, were personable and eager to answer questions from the mothers of the bride and groom to ensure they were comfortable and confident in their looks.
For my bridal look, we opted for a classic twist look (after originally having a simple low bun). I felt like it could have been in a Vogue magazine, I felt so posh! Everyone’s makeup and hairstyles stayed throughout the night despite a very rainy day and dancing the night away. I would highly recommend Deidre to anyone looking for an MUA (wedding or otherwise)!

The Agency of Beauty was so fantastic to work with. I never even looked at another makeup/hair company because I was so sure with them! Deidre did my hair and makeup as well as two of my bridesmaids. At our trial, I swear it took her 5 minutes because we were just talking and laughing the whole time. I made some small tweaks (super minor, like darken the lash line) day of and she absolutely nailed the look. It was better than I ever imagined it would be. The bridesmaids were wary because they had had some bad experiences having hair and makeup done in the past but they were SO HAPPY with how it looked and they had so much fun! I wish I could work with them again for makeup on another photoshoot or something I loved them so much!

We used Natalie and Agency of Beauty for my wedding - Natalie did my bridal makeup and Katie and Lauren did the rest of the bridal party, including mother of the bride and groom. From the jump, Natalie was so easy to talk to and felt like an instant friend during the trial. Her attention to detail, humor, and caring demeanor is second to none. She used my inspiration pictures as a jumping off point to consult on what would suit given season, location, and personal style. During the trial she was thorough in explaining everything she did and how to best prep hair and face for day of. On wedding day, her and her team showed up on time and rocked it out of the park - what a machine! The conversation flowed easily between everyone and the energy stayed super upbeat and fun the entire time. Natalie also remembered tiny details from our conversations during the trial - her genuineness warms my heart. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more beautiful thanks to her and the team. From the hair, to the makeup, and touch up kit, every detail was thoughtfully considered…..I just wish I lived closer so I have more excuses to get all dolled up again with them! Thank you for making the day such a special and cherished memory!

Wow. There are not words to describe the experience my bridesmaids and I had with The Agency of Beauty team. I have been in many a wedding, and have never been fully in love with my hair or makeup. I always rolled with it because A.) it wasn't about me and B.) I assumed it had something to do with my lack of knowledge of hair/makeup. When I say that Natalie and her team made my entire crew look absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, I am not exaggerating. Everyone looked so beautiful, and as a Bride I was so so so thrilled with the final result. I have never felt that beautiful in my entire life, and I still felt like me. My mom, who is in her 70s, looked stunning and it complemented her natural beauty so well. I am still in awe of how wonderfully talented this team of women is. You NEED to book them for your special day. Run, don't walk- before they get booked up!!

I used The Agency of Beauty for all hair and make up for my bridal party in August. I reached out to them and they were very responsive and clear in all of their communications with me. They also included a trial for my hair and make up and that was a great experience as well; I live in Illinois so they were very accommodating when working with me and getting my wedding day details set.
Closer to the date of my wedding we finalized our timeline with the venue and photographer and then they created a schedule for their team to get all of my girls ready. All of my girls loved their looks and had great experiences with their team. They even got us all done ahead of schedule!

We had the pleasure of working with Deidre and her team for our wedding in June 2024, and the entire experience was amazing. I selected the bridal package that included a trial hair & makeup run, and from start to finish, I felt comfortable and listened to. I don't typically wear lots of makeup, and without hesitation, Deidre created the perfect natural bridal look for me. The updo she crafted was also stunning, and it held a cathedral-length veil through 95-degree outdoor photos with no problem.
Along with myself, there were nine bridesmaids, a mother-in-law, and my mom, who all had hair and makeup done for the wedding. The Agency of Beauty team maintained expert communication and provided a thorough day-of schedule for everyone's hair and makeup services. The stylists perfectly executed the schedule on my wedding day and were a joy to spend the morning with.
I highly recommend The Agency of Beauty for all hair and makeup needs. They helped make my wedding day SO special and are an incredible business to work with all around.

The Agency of Beauty was responsive, transparent, and delivered the highest quality service for my wedding. Deidre accommodated my hair and makeup trial around when my mother was visiting, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, on the way to my hair and makeup trial, my car got a flat tire. Deidre was incredibly kind and still squeezed me in for a hair trial when I arrived after waiting for curb-side assistance. She also kindly rescheduled my makeup trial for another day.
Deidre, Erin, and Trinity did an incredible job on hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and the mothers of the bride and groom. They were so pleasant and kind during through the entire morning together and accommodated everyone's preferences and style choices. The majority of use requested natural makeup and simple up-does, which they delivered perfectly. They also exemplified a high degree of patience and consideration when asked to modify styles. Everyone looked incredible and had a great experience getting their hair and makeup done. We were also able to work the their team to have touch-ups throughout the day and right before I walked down the aisle which was so nice for having an outside wedding in May. It was such a joy to work with their team!
