VID-19 scare. The whole team at the Alexis has been nothing but great, before, during and after this decision.
Angie Casper was our main point of contact during the planning process – she’s been such a joy to work with. We’ve done multiple walk throughs of the venue with Angie, she responds to all correspondence quickly and worked hard to make every vision we had come to life. Angie was able to provide vendor recommendations for anything we needed outside of the venue. If this wedding were to move forward as planned, I 100% believe Angie would have pulled it off without a hitch.
Overall, we are SO thankful we chose the Kimpton Alexis as our venue. I’ve been reading nightmare stories of brides canceling/rescheduling their weddings for the same reason as mine, and their experience has been less than ideal. Even with contract restrictions, the Kimpton has gone above and beyond to make sure WE felt taken care of. No one planned for this. If we decide to attempt a wedding again, after the dust settles, we will ABSOLUTELY come back to the Kimpton Alexis Hotel.

g was a destination wedding. The food was absolutely amazing and it was great that we could costumize our menu to our tastes and didn't just select from a pre-made list. Also our guests raved about staying at the hotel and the room blocks were easy to set up and Zoe was very easy to work with to arrange that. Also free wine hour in the hotel which worked great with our rehersal :)

helped coordinate everything for the rehearsal and wedding day, and everything was perfect and beautiful. We held our ceremony on the top of the marble staircase, under the skylight and next to the grand piano - It was stunning. The food was more expensive than we thought it would be, but it was delicious and everybody loved it. I would absolutely recommend the Alexis to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful & modern. It is true to the photos and description online. We loved our room, the style of the hotel and the great service.
A bit pricy, but they went all out for us (even comped us champagne) when we reserved a suite for the bachlorette party.
