t cannot hold the 120 guests they claim. No room to move. One table at a time could go up to the buffet and the manager was not attentive to when the line was done. Some guests waited over 2 hours to be called up. By then, many guests left because they were tired of waiting for events to begin. The reception started at 5 and the cake wasn't cut until after 7:30 because we had to wait for everyone to be served. Tables needed be cleared out to make a dance floor. By then, over half the guests had gone home. The food was taken away immediately, no seconds, and judging by the leftovers we were given, if all of the expected guests had shown, we wouldn't have had enough food for everyone. I took some of every item and it ALL fit on one plate, including my salad. The manager argued with me, mother of the bride, when I asked her to box up cookies and clean off centerpieces at the end of the night. She told me "it didn't have to be done right then". She refused to clear off the cookies, and waited another 20 or so minutes before clearing up centerpieces. This was agreed upon before hand, however, our guests did it so that we could leave at a decent time. I must mention when given a few of the boxes we brought the cookies in, they were left in the rain and given to us soaking wet. I will say two positive things. One, the food was good. Two, they had a young man outside in the pouring rain with a giant squeegee, trying to keep the rain from running into the tent. It was a losing battle for him and many guests sat in puddles all night. He gave it a great try though and I hope he didn't get sick from staying out there for hours. We did ask at the beginning of the reception if the rain kept coming into the tent if we could be moved into the upstairs for dancing later. We were told no we paid for the tent and that is where we have to stay. While I understand we didn't book the upstairs, the room was empty, not being used and it would have been a gesture of good faith to allow us to go up there. Overall, the Manager created a poor experience for what should have been a nice night.

c). We were treated wonderfully and as a bride, things could not have gone smoother. It was beautiful there and although it rained at ceremony time, the staff was prepared to ensure a perfect back-up plan. Food was fantastic and my guests were treated well. Highly recommend.
