Vivian is an absolute STAR! My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we found her to coordinate our wedding.
From the very moment we brought Vivian on board, she was fully invested in us and our vision. She met with me in person, even bought me coffee, wrote us a sweet congratulations card, and genuinely took the time to get to know us as a couple. As a Type A bride, having someone who was just as invested in the details as I was meant so much to me.
Vivian was always available by text or email and consistently responded incredibly quickly. She communicated seamlessly with all of our vendors and made sure everyone had the information they needed to make our wedding day run smoothly. She even made the two-hour drive to our venue for a walkthrough before the wedding, and she was always willing to hop on a phone call or Zoom whenever we needed her.
We originally hired Vivian as our day-of coordinator, but she went (so far) above and beyond that it felt like we had a full wedding planner by our side. Honestly, my only regret is that we didn’t hire her to plan the entire wedding!
On the wedding day itself, Vivian, and her assistant Abigail, were absolutely incredible. She kept us on schedule (a schedule she created for us) to a T, handled all of our decor setup and cleanup with very little direction from us, and made everything look fantastic. She even bustled my wedding dress for me (lol). And when things needed to be handled, she was not afraid to step in and make sure everyone got back on track.
Most importantly, Vivian gave us the peace of mind to actually enjoy our wedding day. We never had to worry about the details because we knew she (and Abigail) had everything under control.
I will be recommending Vivian to every single one of my friends when they get married. Seriously, just hire Vivian, you will be SO thankful you did!!
Viv was amazing as our day-of wedding planner. In hindsight, I wish I had hired her to do a ton more and be my full wedding planner as she was just so helpful. She was super organized, on top of everything, and I trusted her completely by the day of the event. It went off without a hitch, and that is completely a testament to the work she did with us. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
