ered was the chocolate buttercream and we received a chocolate buttercream filling but it had nuts in it (or something crunchy to that effect). We tried to avoid any nuts in our foods for our guests with allergies.

Ambrosia Bakery was so easy to work with! I called and emailed other bakers for months with little to no response or absolutely outrageous quotes. Walked into Ambrosia and within 30 minutes I was booked with them and had an AMAZING price quote....
Emailed her a picture of the cake I wanted and they made it even more beautiful than I could imagine! All my layers were different flavors and they delivered to my venue worry free! hey were also really easy to work with and made sure the entire process went very smoothly with little stress (and reminded be about little details I forgot, like bringing in the cake topper). We were living out of town for the entire wedding planning process, but Yvette made sure that we were able to sample the cakes on the one day we were available even though no one was available at the store that day. Instead, she had all of the samples ready for us to pick up that Saturday morning, which was super convenient. The main wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous! It was four tiers, accented in gold ribbon at the bottom of each tier, and each layer had a different design in pearl frosting. We even had our initials on the 2nd tier. So special! I created the cake topper and they were happy to work with me to give me an idea of what height and width I should design with. Plus, each layer was flavored with a different filling (and we got to take home lots of samples beforehand to try with our families so we could make an informed decision). She was also flexible and willing to work with my ideas for the cake pulls (I put the charms on lobster clasps so they could be attached to pearl bracelets I gave my attendants), cake topper, as well as understanding and agreeable to design changes about 2 weeks prior to my wedding. The groom’s cake was absolute perfection (Superman logo) and sinfully good (chocolate cake with turtle filling). Our guests raved about how beautiful and delicious both cakes were.
