Though based out of Clay, we also serve Onondaga, Oswego, and Cayuga counties. We only use hickory wood when smoking our meats. This gives our cuisine a rich, smokey, and nostalgic taste. Our menus include family-favorites such as chopped brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken. There are also a plethora of sides to accompany your food including barbecue beans, honey butter corn, green salad, smashed salt potatoes, and more. Our catering team offers several on-site catering options for your big day. We arrive in our food truck and get ready to serve our delicious cuisine from there.
