g. My daughter and Angelina worker together closely during the planning process. We did not hear much about how the planning was going... but we noticed that our daughter was not stressed or anxious about any of the wedding planning details, and she seemed to be enjoying it all. This was important to us because we always hear how stressful it can be to plan a wedding.
The week of the wedding arrives and my daughter is still very calm and confident as the week continues. When we arrived at the wedding rehearsal, Angelina greeted everyone and we completed the rehearsal in less than an hour. It was completely planned out, Angelina knew everyone's names, and directed all in what we needed to do for the wedding day. I could then see why my daughter enjoyed working with Angelina. She was so organized and had the best personality. She was great to work with.
On the wedding day... all I can say is that everyone was blown away with how BEAUTIFUL everything was. Angelina and her team, and all the vendors made the day such a joy! The venue staff was amazing; all the vendors prepared the wedding day according to plan, and we were treated like royalty.
As a mother it's indescribable to see your daughter's fairytale wedding come to life. And that is exactly what happened on my daughter's wedding day. My husband and I were so happy our daughter chose to work with Angelina and The Apostolic Wife team. The wedding day was perfect; from the time we arrived, to the time we left, and even the next day when Angelina texted my daughter to just check in for one last time and make sure we had everything.
I recommend Angelina and The Apostolic Wife team to any bride/mother of the bride a million times over. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

When the day came, Angelina and her team made sure everything was put together perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about anything! I didn’t think I needed it at the time, but I really wish I would have hired a professional photographer to capture all the beautiful details. Everything turned out more amazing than we could have imagined! It was worth every penny!

g day... but I didn't even know how or where to start. I found Angelina on Instagram and knew INSTANTLY that she would be my planner and designer. I immediately fell in LOVE with her design style and hired her right away.
I literally only had to show Angelina my Pinterest board... and she brought the whole vision to life. She planned everything to which photographer we would pick, which florist and which flowers we would use, and she even came to our menu tasting to help us plan the most amazing dining experience for our guest. She really knows her stuff!!
Things that I didn't even think about, Angelina took care of it all for me. She kept us on schedule, she met with us frequently, and she was always available when I had questions.
When we walked into the reception... I almost cried because everything looked even better than I could have imagined. She brought the vision to life... but I was still surprised at how beautiful it looked after all the planning. I didnt want to leave my reception... it was the pretties place I've ever seen... and it was MY WEDDING!! Every bride needs to book The Apostolic Wife.

I hired Angelina for her full service 'micro wedding' package. There are so many things that went terribly, but to give a few examples:
1. About a month before our wedding, Angelia canceled our contract. This was the day after I finally broke down and asked her point blank what I was responsible for doing vs. her because it was beyond confusing and nothing was getting accomplished.
In hindsight I'm glad she did bc it was a disaster and I was able to hire another planner that couldn't have been more (better) different. Working with that other planner was a night/ day difference and simply confirmed that Angelina was unprofessional, disorganized and didn't have the relationships to adequately plan an event. Angelina also kept my money, which was shocking... I truly didn't know what she could have said she actually did.
2. Not once did she reach to me to start the process of hiring vendors (and she supposed to be full service)! Every interaction was started with me, I received no guidance in the planning process.
3. Angelina does not instill any sort of confidence that she is a professional. I hired a planned to help me make good choices in vendors, design, etc. Angelina's response was often 'Whatever you think'...
4. Angelina DOES NOT have connections with other vendors. I was getting married in Longboat Key... she said she was a Tampa based planner... her recommendations were from Macro Island, Orlando, etc. No one local to the area. In fact, when she would try to contact other vendors and they didn't respond to her, she would tell me to just fill out the inquiry form and work with them. Clearly she didn't have connections to these people.
5. Her 'design' process was so confusing. When I finally got frustrated and started asking questions she first said, oh my sister does that part??, then she sent me a PowerPoint slides with some images thrown on?
I really wished I would have chosen a different planner from the onset of this process, I thought I was going crazy working with Angelina. Once I had a different vendor in place things were GREAT. I wish I had them for the beginning so I could have enjoyed the planning process!

elly and Brianna made miracles happen and transformed the space. Kelly and Brianna were receptive to our design ideas and worked one-on-one with the photographer and videographer to get picturesque shots of all our decorations.
Kelly and Brianna were also helpful for our family's special dietary needs; they made certain that those with dietary restrictions had easy access to their separate meals.

attending our final venue walk through. That is why it made it a tad harder to work with her assistants on the day of since we had already established so much rapport and trust with Angelina. A few things did not go exactly as planned including our family tables' seating being reversed, but I partly blame myself for either the way I put the place cards in order, not also giving them a visual of the seating chart or having the time to go check the reception space beforehand. Overall, hiring The Apostolic Wife definitely took a lot of stress off of us the day of as well as throughout the planning process!

riendly and helpful with suggesting vendors and even allowing us to give her our decor items ahead of time so that no one had to worry about it the day of. Since we were planning the wedding ourselves, Angelina asked for photos to be sent to her of how we wanted things set up and I even went as far as letting her know which linens went where since we bought them ourselves and on which tables to put them on since the venue had a few decorative tables. Overall, the setup was beautiful, but there were quite a few things that were set up differently than we had asked. The table cloth on our sweetheart table was pink instead of gray and the dessert table was gray instead of pink. One of the cocktail tables was missing from the patio so they were staggered a bit differently than we hoped for. Also, the bar and photo booth were setup in a different place than originally planned which made that area look a bit crowded. These were all little details that nobody else really noticed but us, but since we had taken the time and effort to be thorough, we were expecting it to be setup similarly. Despite these details, Angelina was really patient and very professional, helping to alleviate some of the stress that comes with planning.

it is safe to say that I texted her at least 2 times a week from the point I hired her up until the wedding. She never once made me feel like I wasn’t a top priority.
