This place was an absolute gem. There is nothing that we discussed with the owners that was even anywhere near a hiccup. The venue itself was beautiful and very well decorated. The food that they served was delicious and plentiful (we had a Sunday brunch), and the staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. There's plenty of parking and it's easily accessed from anywhere in Omaha. We've already recommended this place to a few other folks who have upcoming weddings in their families. The planning process was a breeze with the owners. You definitely need to check this venue out.

Looking back on our day, choosing The Arbor Event Venue and working with Molly and Rachel was the best decision we made. Molly was always prompt in her communication and answered all of my questions throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, she led everything seamlessly—setting up, coordinating behind the scenes, and handling the teardown. It was incredible.
The food and cake Rachel prepared are still being raved about. We chose the vanilla and strawberry cake, and it was a huge hit.
The venue itself is gorgeous—bright, spacious, and it accommodated our 150 guests perfectly.
When the heat forced us to move our ceremony indoors, Molly stepped in and created a beautiful indoor setup for us to say our vows. It turned out better than we could have imagined! 🥹🥹

Owned and operated by sisters, Molly and Rachel, they believe in marriage equality and are proud to offer a special and safe place for your celebration of love. Rachel holds degrees in culinary arts/ food service management and is the head chef as well as cake designer. Molly holds a bachelors in business and is a smiling face to greet you at the door as well as coordinate your entire day. From the catering/bar, cake, florals, and DJ, you'll find it can all be arranged for you at this venue.
Rental of the venue includes: white chivari chairs, tables, linens, china/glassware/flatware, a variety of centerpiece decor, and colored cloth napkins. Day of coordinating, set up, event wait-staff and end of the night clean up are also provided.
Food preparation happens on-site using fresh, local and homemade ingredients - even the ranch dressing is made from scratch! The Arbor provides an extensive menu to suit your vision and individual dietary needs. From a lavish charcuterie spread to a scrumptuous buffet/carving station, all menu items are hand crafted at various price ranges.
Bar packages can be tailored to your specific requests; our full-service bar stocks everything from wine and beer to cocktails and mocktails. Personalized wedding signature drinks can also be requested and are sure to keep the party hopping all night long.
Classic tiered wedding cakes and scrumptious assorted desserts are created by head chef Rachel. If cake isnt your jam, let us help you customize your dessert menu. Maybe you prefer fountains flowing with rich milk chocolate, almond shortbread cookies, white chocolate dipped strawberries, triple chocolate brownies, zesty lemon bars, or even warm sugar glazed donuts. The possibilites are endless. Gluten and dairy free options are also available at a quoted price.
We offer expert floral design services, and are thrilled to provide guidance to ensure your botanical elements fit your color scheme and budget. When couples book their reception at The Arbor, delivery of florals and ceremony décor to a location in the Omaha area is also available.
When it comes to celebrating, music and dancing are covered with top-of-the-line sound equipment. Couples can book Levi Lippincott, the in-house DJ to save time or bring their own. Wireless microphones are there for toasts and speeches, and all are offered for the garden ceremony too. No detail is too small when you choose The Arbor for your wedding celebration.

before the ceremony. Molly and Rachel are Absolute Angels and so very patient and I panicked for no reason because they had everything better than I even dreamed. And food and service were amazing, cake was so good we were still eating it a week later, and even clean up and getting out the door went seamless. I cannot thank them enough. And I am donating a bunch of white and blue and silver decorations to the hall should any other couple use them and need some extra decorations in those colors

y and I truly can’t say enough about our experience. From the very first time we met Molly during our tour, and all the way through until our wedding, we had nothing but great experiences. The food and cake that was prepared by Rachel was nothing short of amazing. Levi, the DJ, was wonderful and kept people on the dance floor.
Molly and Rachel always made sure my stress level was low and they literally took care of EVERYTHING for us!

I instantly knew this was the venue. All day people commented about how smooth everything was and how organized the venue was. I can't even believe I can say that not 1 single thing went wrong. They set every single thing up for us which is invaluable during such a busy chaotic time with so many moving parts. We were able to see our wedding setup the day before at the rehearsal which was so amazing taking it all in before the big day!
People absolutely RAVED about the food and the cake. I hadn't eaten the entire day because I was too excited for food but I had SECONDS of dinner it was so amazing! The cake was so moist and delicious and it's all made in house! Levi was fantastic, he was so easy to communicate with and we had signals if we wanted to skip a song and he made sure to have us eat first and check if we needed drinks all night. The whole place is such a well oiled machine, I cannot say enough about it.
Every single detail was taken care of and it absolutely could not have gone off without Molly and Rachel. You'd think I was writing a review about a wedding planner -- can't even believe this venue is such a FULL one stop shop!! Centerpieces, flowers, cake, setup, take down, food, alcohol, literally ALL!!!
To top it off - we had the most beautiful outdoor ceremony with so many flowers and greenery and you'd never know we were in the center of the city.
If you are on the fence - DO IT!!! This is the best kept little gem in Omaha and I am beyond happy!!

chose this venue specifically because they offer the venue, food, drinks, cake, officiant services, and decorations. Having all of these services run through one person took away all of the headache and stress of planning the wedding.
We used their officiant, Levi, and he did a wonderful job with our ceremony. Rachel's food and cake was delicious! We got compliments from all of our guests on how great the food and cake were. Rachel was able to accommodate our vegetarian and gluten free guests, which they really appreciated. Molly was wonderful in her assistance with wedding preparations questions and she was there on the big day to make sure the ceremony and reception went smoothly.
Everything about our big day at Arbor Hall was perfect. We used the inside ceremony space and took pictures outside in the beautiful garden. This venue is a great spot for a hassle and stress free wedding!

Not many people can say their wedding was perfect, with nothing going wrong, but we can! Without Molly knowing what I wanted and moving it along, we would have hit some bumps, I'm sure.
Working with Rachel for food was amazing. During the open house for food tasting, we quickly learned there wasn't a single thing Rachel could cook that would taste bad, everything was amazing! We opted for a taco bar with her mac n cheese instead of beans, and Late night snacks of fries and chicken taquitos. Everyone was raving about the food, the cake, and the taquitos, it was all so good!

If I could rate a venue more than 5 stars, I absolutely was! The lay out was beautiful and the garden area left an open space for our guests to step aside for some one-on-one time....
Molly was our savior with her planning skills and ability to help us visualize our big day. Our guests have been raving over the food, cake, and atmosphere they were met with. For the price of the venue, one-on-one planning time and overall, services you receive, Arbor hall stands above and beyond other vendors and venues.

We had The crusted chicken, carved New York Strip, Asiago mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, veggies , rolls and salad. We thought our wedding food was the best wedding food we have ever had. The food tasted 100% homemade and it definitely did not taste like regular ole’ catered food that’s been sitting under a heater waiting to be sever. I could tell the food was made with love. We got SO many compliments from our friends and family , especially the mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. The decor and5 tier wedding cake were absolutely beautiful. a beautiful out door ceremony site, we did not use as we chose to get married in the church, however, we did take our group photos out there. What i really liked about this venue is that it actually had character. It wasn't just a big square room, there is wall decor that blend with most styles. The cake and food at this place is AMAZING. I cannot say that enough. Seriously, check this place out you will not be disappointed.

a year to try out meet them, see their in-house decor options, and, most importantly, try out the food and cake! The space is absolutely lovely, even without extra decorations. They have tons of centerpiece options, in just about every different color you could want. You can also pick out your own decor and drop it off during the week before your event, and they'll set it up to your specifications! The food was AMAZING! We had so many guests compliment the our food! They have so many different levels and packages that can work with nearly any budget! During dinner, the tables were dismissed well and the buffets moved quickly and were kept full of food. They make the cakes in-house as well and there are so many flavor options, that all taste DELICIOUS. Our cake looked lovely and was exactly what we talked about! The bar has several different price points as well, and is well-stocked and kept running smoothly! The in-house DJ, Levi, was great and kept the dance floor going, while also checking in with us, to see if we needed anything! We chose to get married in a church, but have been to a wedding ceremony at this venue. It was lovely and went very well! The courtyard is very pretty and made for some great photos, as well as a nice place to get some air! It is absolutely worth it to contact Arbor Hall about your wedding reception!

we could not have been happier. The garden is beautiful and they decorate it to match your wedding, and they even have an indoor ceremony site in case of bad weather.
The food was AMAZING!! I had so many people come up to us just to complement the food, the Asiago mashed potatoes specifically ;) The cake is fantastic too, and I really loved how they had open houses every few months to try the food, meet their vendors, and even make your centerpieces.
Having our wedding at Arbor Hall was like having a wedding planner. And the all-inclusiveness was a HUGE plus!! Everything was taken care of, and they are great at getting back to you asap.
Because of Molly and Rachel, our wedding day was stress-free and fun!!

o have their meal prepared separately. The cake tasted and looked amazing. Molly did amazing with the decorations. They have a lot of decorations to choose from so that I didn't feel like I had cookie cutter bridal decorations. Molly made sure that the decorations were perfect and when I brought her a box of decorations she was more than open to figuring out where to put them and how to make it look perfect. Levi, the in-house DJ, kept the dance floor hopping and was great at accommodating any special song requests that Jonathan and I had. The free bridal fair that they hold really helped me figure out all the decorations I wanted, the centerpieces, what color of lighting I wanted, and what food I wanted. I was planning our wedding from 2+ hours away, and they were amazing in helping me plan our wedding from 2+ hours away. I can't speak highly enough for this family-run business. My day went smoother than I could have ever expected and I think it was because of the organization, knowledge, professionalism, and expertise of the entire staff at Arbor Hall.

lated to sit down with Molly and Rachel at Arbor Hall and learn that they could take care of everything from the ceremony space, food, decor, flowers, cake, DJ...all of the major considerations. I also noted that the options suited most budgets, and there were many opportunities to add personal touches. Throughout our engagement the venue held various open house events so that we could taste food, cake, and see all of the options for personalizing the decor. It meant a lot to us that every time we walked in, Molly and Rachel knew who we were and remembered the details of our wedding- even when they were clearly busy.
The wedding day went so smoothly. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments from our guests. The end of April weather had us nervous after an unusually cold spring, but they worked to plant as many flowers in the ceremony space as possible so that we could get married in the beautiful garden that we envisioned. We ultimately decided to use our own vendor for a few things, but Arbor Hall coordinated with them so that we walked in to a ready-to-go space. Everything went perfectly- the setting was gorgeous, the drinks were great, and the DJ kept the dance floor full.
Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Arbor Hall relieved so much stress. Every email and phone call and question was answered promptly, and each request was accommodated. We set out to plan a wedding that was fun and memorable, and Arbor Hall helped us execute our vision perfectly.

and the classiness of the venue and it's decorations. The owner's, Molly & Rachel, take care of everything! Rachel is the chef and cake baker, Molly helps and handles all of the set up and decorating. All you have to do is bring your decorations the day before the wedding and she'll set everything up for you. She even takes them down and packs them up at the end of the night so you can keep entertaining your guests. They handle the bar service and have a house D.J. If you want to have a popcorn/candy bar, they have all of the containers for it and will set that up for you as well. It's a one stop shop that is amazing. When it comes to reception halls, I think they are one of Omaha's best kept secrets which is really too bad. Check them out anytime you need a party hall. I know I will! Kim J

The venue is lovely, clean, and perfectly suited my desire to have the ceremony and reception all in one place. k with, however, I made the mistake of ordering my cake from someone else and they weren't very happy with it but I didn't know I wasn't "supposed" to do this. This was the only issue I had though and it was my own fault. The day of the wedding was run like clock work, I didn't have to worry about a thing!

It was such a relief that I did not have to coordinate a bunch of different vendors for the wedding day because everything was done for us by Arbor Hall.
Our Ceremony was in the courtyard and the arbor was beautifully decorated with flowers that matched our wedding colors. After the ceremony guests were able to go right inside and the night got rolling. The night kept moving right along thanks to the help of DJ Andy and Joni and her girls. We have many complients on the food and cake. We were very impressed. Everything was as we expected.
At the end of the night all of our "stuff" (guest book, photo of the couple and extra favours) were packed up for us by the gift table and ready to go. It was also great that all of the decorating was handled for us. We didn't have to spend time worrying about decorating the hall or putting the clean up task on our family members at the end of a very long day.
Overrall, I would reccommed Arbor Hall to all brides and grooms looking to have their Ceremony and/or reception, or just their catering services. They provided excellent service and our day would not have been as flawness as it was were it not for them!

wers, which they delivered to my chosen site. My cake was absolutely delicious. I chose a 3 tier, almond flavored cake, 2 tiers had rasberry filling and 1 tier had buttercream filling. This cake was absolutely the best I've ever tasted. Moist, delicious. Very, very high quality. I took them 2 pics of 2 cakes I liked, along with some color choices and the resulting cake was the one of my dreams. I received tons of compliments. This is the 2nd time I've used this service (I hosted a bridal shower at their venue previously) and I will use them again in the future. Top of the line.

ch I was having my BM and GM wear. I gave her the swatch, and my flowers were perfect! I had a bouquet of peach roses, and they were the exact peach shade I wanted! The flowers at the reception were peach daisies, and those too, were the perfect shade! All of the church arrangements were beautiful as well!

Arbor Hall is beautiful, except for the Elite Cheer building right behind it. You can see the sign if you are planning to get married there on the patio. I used Joni for EVERYTHING...
, and it was pretty stress free. She did the photography and I have no pictures of just the groomsmen. The ceremony was scheduled for six-thirty and the original plan was for wedding party to be there at 3pm. The night before at the rehersal all of the sudden the guys weren't coming until 4:30 per Joni and Molli and the men weren't allowed to change into their tuxes at the hall. They were rude to my closest friends and family with their do's and don'ts speech. It was very hot and I just am not totally happy with my pictures. Not a single picture was taken with the groomsmen before the wedding and trying to do it after was very stressful. My sister is in the ones that were supposed to be just my groom's family. Oh and there was a rehersal scheduled for another wedding on my wedding day so maybe that was another reason we didn't take more pictures before the wedding. Moving on- after the ceremony, WE wanted to release our guests, but when I went to go back they were all just going inside. My groom and I wanted to enter the reception to a different song than the wedding party but that didn't happen. The slideshow did not have a screen so it just played on the wall (yet it was extra for the projector and everything) and the music was really static-ky so I couldn't enjoy it. The cake and flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The food was delicious. The hall looked great (the extra tableclothes and center pieces were like $900 we weren't counting on) Our wedding was like 250 guests.

cake that was done very well. The flowers came out amazing with the bouquets and boutonnieres. I did order a tossing bouquet that was not delivered so the person who caught my flowers did not get to keep them but other than that everything was perfect!

Arbor Hall was a great place for our wedding and reception. The room and the chairs are just very pretty already, and the girls at Arbor Hall are so wonderful at putting everything...
together. It was like a dream.
The only bump in the road we had was that all prices are not listed in their booklet and we spent many hours going over things like that, and if it was detailed in the booklet we would not have had to spend that much time on it.

ll as connecting us to tuxes, DJ, and an officiant. We were able to go to quarterly bridal events where we could sample food & cake, see centerpiece options, and make decisions prior to our wedding. There was little to stress about because Arbor Hall handled the set up and tear down. They went out of their way to handle my specific requests for our flowers. We had our ceremony in their outdoor area, and they made sure to have beautiful landscaping done early in the season for our day. So many guests commented how beautiful the venue was, how smoothly the event flowed, and how delicious all of the food was. I liked that it was reasonably priced to fit our budget, but was prettier than a standard plain banquet hall. Centerpieces, basic linens, china, etc. are all included in the cost, and they do all the work! They have so many beautiful centerpieces to choose from. So many other venue charge extra for everything. Arbor Hall has many possible options if one wanted to upgrade and add extras to customize the day, but even the included basics are beautiful. Many other halls we looked at in our price range just had mirrors &votive candles to rent for centerpieces, but this was so much classier! It was a relief to not have to purchase 35 nice centerpieces that I would never again use. The whole day was really our dream come true! And nothing can replace being a stress-free bride on the big day.
