The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the lighting, photo/video booth, dance floor setup, bar area, and wedding party suites were all unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not have asked for more from The Arbory on our wedding day. They did an absolutely perfect job!

s just outside of the city center, only three miles down Grand Avenue, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, which is nice. (Though I do recommend hiring transportation to get to/from. It is just easier!) The venue space is great as it provides an ample amount of room for whatever your needs are. We really liked that we had two spaces to work with. One to host our cocktail hour and a completely separate space for dinner and dancing. It was nice to have two rooms for guests to move back and forth between throughout the night and spread out. We also really liked the beauty of the space with the natural rock/gemstone chandelier when you first walk in, exposed brick, wood beams, and skylights. It was such an added bonus that The Arbory included things that other venues don't: healthy green plants of all sizes to bring the outdoors inside, battery-operated candles that complement the space and are perfect for their built-in shelving units, couches and chairs for guests to sit and chat during cocktail hour, hanging twinkle lights (so cute) - all of these things, most other venues include as added costs, not The Arbory, though. It is all included, and all of these added details really make the space. Our wedding was about 70 people, and The Arbory felt super cozy and cute, the perfect intimate wedding vibes that we were going for. We also liked that there were two private rooms for the bride and groom to use. The front room is super cute, which we really enjoyed for a private moment just between the two of us after the wedding ceremony and before the wedding reception. Be sure to capture some photos with the secret door they have there! Not only was the venue beautiful, but Shay, the Venue Director, was super helpful in guiding us along the way when we were researching venues and planning our wedding there. She was very responsive with emails and always had answers to my questions or could point me in the right direction. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend The Arbory.

On the day of the wedding, the staff at The Arbory were so capable and prepared that the day moved smoothly from start to finish. We didn't need to think about or help with any of the logistics and were able to really be in the moment and stay engaged in soaking up the day with our loved ones. We could not recommend a place more strongly!! The building is breathtaking and the staff are top notch. 10/10!

e sure everyone had the appropriate information, provided helpful suggestions on layout and was all around easy to work with. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the space was. There is a bridal suite and groom's suite which was very helpful for storing day of items and having a dedicated space for our personal belongings. We had just under 160 people and a large band and the space felt full but not overcrowded. Cannot recommend this space enough!!

tunning and one of our favorite parts are the string lights across the entire ceiling (which are included!). Our wedding vision really came to life in this space and would highly recommend to other couples!

We also were able to have a condensed timeline (later HMU start time) because the venue had such beautiful portrait backgrounds and getting ready spaces, so we didn’t need to travel anywhere to take pictures nor do hair and makeup offsite. While we knew The Arbory was a popular spot, Shay was consistently responsive and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. This made a huge difference, as it’s so easy to feel overwhelmed during the planning process. We’re so grateful for the care and attention the team gave us, which made our experience all the more memorable!

The staff is very business like, not the usual warm wedding people. I wouldn't say that we built a relationship with the people we were working with. We booked through one person, did our final walk through with another, and then a different person worked our wedding.

One of the most impressive moments was when they seamlessly flipped the ceremony space into the reception area, quickly and stealthily. It was truly a magical transformation. And I have to give a special shoutout to Shay, who went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect and that we were happy. The Arbory truly exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect backdrop for our dream wedding. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so unforgettable. Everyone loved the greenery and murals and the lounge groupings were used all night! We loved having our wedding at The Arbory!

Candle walls and plant walls, Even the bathrooms are on point lol. The event space aside, the team is incredible. The venue allows you to use vendors you desire, with their approval. You are able to choose anything to your hearts desires, and never forced into anything, which many venues do. I love this aspect, i was able to cater phenomenal food, and drinks vendors as well as do a lot of things myself due to their accommodations. They were so great, they also were able to hire out staff for me as well which was incredibly helpful as they were vetted and trustworthy. Prior to the event they gave me great tours and explained so many things to me (when you know nothing about planning this is key and so helpful, kind, and considerate). They helped me find wedding insurance and explained so many steps. Lastly they were incredibly communicative throughout everything!! Emails like crazy and always responsive. I’m a project manager in my daily life so trust me when i say they were great at project management and communication! The staff were so sweet and said they really enjoyed the event as well. We’re Arab and had a cultural wedding and they were so accommodating to changes and lateness and many aspects that they may not have been used to! We typically have large events but we managed to commit to the 190 limit and i’m so happy we did because it was STUNNING AND MAGICAL!! Thank you to everyone at the Arbory for all your help! The space is very intimate and really allows for a stunning event. Everyone loved it!

Abby, the owner of The Arbory, was super helpful when showing us around and getting us started, and then Shay went above and beyond as our coordinator. All our communication with Abby and Shay leading up to the weekend was clear and timely, and then everything went smoothly incorporating our other vendors on the day of the wedding.

The 2 separate rooms make it so easy logistically to do a ceremony into cocktail hour with a room flip, and moving people from one room to the next was no issue at all. So many of our guests loved the space, and said it was so "us". We had the best day ever.
