Melissa is truly the greatest of all time! From planning and answering our endless questions to setting everything up months in advance, she is absolutely amazing at her job.
We were initially hesitant about whether we even needed a day-of coordinator, but booking Melissa was the best decision we made, she did her job and so much more. She went above and beyond by organizing our documents, building our timeline, and managing every behind-the-scenes detail.
On the wedding day, she showed up early and stayed the entire day, coordinating everything to perfection. Bonus points for her being such a genuinely joyful person to be around!
If I were getting married all over again, I would choose her in a heartbeat. Book her to coordinate your wedding before she gets too busy and starts charging $3,000! She truly did a phenomenal job.

Howdy! It is so nice to meet you. Let's get the boring stuff out of the way - I attended the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management and have a degree in just that-Hospitality Management! My early career took place in hotels and theme parks in Orlando. I struggled to find a place in the hospitality world that I was passionate about. I made the move back to Tampa to work in event management for a nationwide charity but deep down I knew I always wanted to be... a wedding planner! I got in on the ground floor at a venue where I worked three weddings a weekend! With my previous experience, a crash course on the ins and outs of the event, and a passion for making a truly memorable wedding experience for every couple, I made my way to planning.
My goal is always to make exceptional experiences for my couples. I love to work through a problem, to plan and organize, and have always had the incredible talent of remaining calm under pressure. On top of that, I am a huge fan of design and decor! Did someone say HomeGoods?! And yes, I do want to see your Pinterest.
In my free time, I love a picnic in the park or the beach with a good book. I love shopping, spending time with friends, watching movies, and playing video games. I love my cats so much and I am a notorious dog sitter amongst my friends.
