We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding! From the very beginning, Kelly and Manny were amazing to work with. They were so kind, helpful, and great at communicating, which made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful. The Archive 101 itself is absolutely beautiful and such a unique space. We especially loved having the DJ and music set up in the reception area. Even with the music going, the sound stayed contained to that room and didn’t carry outside like we’ve experienced at other venues. It was such a nice feature and made the space comfortable for everyone. And the arcade was such a hit!! All of the games were completely free, which was amazing for all the kiddos who came to our wedding. They had so much fun, and honestly, the adults enjoyed it too! It added such a fun and memorable element to our day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team to work with. Kelly and Manny were amazing, the space was beautiful, and every detail helped make our wedding such a memorable and enjoyable day. We highly recommend The Archive 101 to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique, and fun wedding venue!!

The Archive 101 is a beautiful event space in historic downtown Hutchinson, Minnesota. We offer the room — and the freedom to use it the way that makes sense for you. Unlike many venues, we don’t require specific caterers, bar packages, or preset timelines. You can bring in the food you love, keep it simple or elevate it, choose a licensed bartender, a trusted vendor, or a setup that fits your celebration. There are no hidden fees and no required add-ons. The space accommodates up to 200 guests and is designed so everything can happen in one place — ceremony, gathering, dinner, and dancing — without moving from room to room. You can also choose to use the space as part of a larger celebration or wedding weekend. Some couples create a refined, full-service event. Others keep things intentionally simple and affordable. Both work here. The Archive 101 is designed to meet you where you are and move at your pace. We provide the room. You decide what the celebration looks like. Take a 360° Virtual Tour and enjoy an exclusive sneak peek today!

When we were searching for a venue for my daughter’s quinceañera, I wanted a space that felt beautiful, welcoming, and one that we could customize and make our own. The Archive 10...

1 was exactly that. From the very beginning, Kelly was wonderful to work with. She was easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions promptly and genuinely cared about making sure everything came together. Planning a big event is stressful, but she made the process feel so much easier. The venue speaks for itself. It’s located inside of a historic building, and once you walk in, it’s like stepping into another world. Between the gorgeous chandeliers, historic charm, and elegant ballroom staircase, every detail feels magical as well as detailed. My daughter made her entrance down the staircase, and it was a moment that left everyone, including herself, in awe of. She felt like a princess and expressed to me that that was the moment she had always wanted to feel, beautiful and special coming down a ballroom staircase. For myself as her mother, that’s what every parent wants for their daughter and The Archive gave us that opportunity and moment to happen. There is a bridal suite behind a secret door for the girls to get ready in that was another favorite. It was absolutely beautiful and such a fun surprise for everyone seeing it for the first time. One of the biggest surprises for our guests was the free arcade. It was an absolute hit with the kids and gave them their own space to have fun throughout the night, while the adults were able to enjoy the celebration too. The venue photographs beautifully, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous it was. Even months later, my family and friends are still mentioning how beautiful the venue was, and I think that says a lot. As a business owner and someone who works in the wedding industry myself, I pay attention to communication, organization, and how a venue actually functions on event day. The Archive 101 exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a venue that’s not only beautiful but also unforgettable. Thank you, Kelly, for helping make Natalie’s Quinceañera a day we will truly never forget.

venue was gorgeous and easily accommodated our 40 guests in the main salon and felt intimate, even though the area could easily accommodate double the number. Our celebration was a huge success and I would recommend the Archive team and venue wholeheartedly!
