nsions was good/ healthy for your hair and easily removed and replaced in 3 months due to hair growing out ….. I was told several times the extensions were 100% human hair when purchased! I have had 100% human hair extensions several times prior from a salon in NYC I went on vacation for thanksgiving and the hair became Extremely matted — I went to 2 different salons in Aruba ( one that specializes in extensions)and I was told by both salons that the hair was SYNTHETIC and that is was why it matted…. I went to the salon Art of Hair 3 days later and it took 6 hours to remove the matted synthetic hair along with my hair…..😢 My hair is broken and severely damaged / bald spots The owner told ME to call the company that HE ordered the hair from … I had no idea who the company was…He took no responsibility for selling me synthetic hair and telling me it was 100% human hair. Human hair does not get matted (see pic) I spent over $2,000 in this salon for human hair & color and they did NOT compensate me!!!!! IF YOU WANT EXTENSIONS IN YOUR HAIR DO NOTTT USE THIS SALON Ashley NEVER gave me any guidelines for the extensions
