The Art of Libations

The lack of communication shown by the Art of Libation was shocking. After I paid my deposit, she said she would send me a contract, but I never received it. Months later, after a few unsuccessful communications, she finally responded to my emails and requested a meeting for that same week. And she also asked me again for a deposit that I had already paid. I gave her my availability, and then it was radio science for another week. When she responded, she requested a meeting within the next five days. I scheduled a meeting for the following Tuesday at 3:30. It was confirmed by both parties. I then tried to re-confirm the morning of and heard nothing. 3:30 comes, and no call. My fiancé called twice with no response, and when I texted her (because I was stuck in a meeting, and my fiance was to take the call), she immediately responded by asking if we could push the meeting back another 15mins. Those 15mins came and went without a call. This was almost a week ago, and we have heard nothing since. We have reached out on multiple occasions to see if we could make it work, but we have yet to hear anything. At this point, we are just hoping to get our deposit back.
