The Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village

If you're looking for a wedding venue, I cannot recommend The Artisan Hotel enough. We planned our June 2026 wedding in the Veranda in under six months, which felt like a huge undertaking at first, but Jill Fletcher and her entire team made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. Jill is truly one of the biggest reasons our wedding planning experience was so enjoyable. She is organized, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and, above all else, responsive. No matter how many emails I sent or how many questions I had (and there were a lot!), she always made me feel like a priority. She answered every question promptly, offered thoughtful guidance, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. As a bride, having someone who is so dependable and genuinely invested in making your day perfect is absolutely invaluable. Like every couple, I worried about how everything would come together on the wedding day. I can honestly say I didn't need to. Jill and her entire team executed every detail flawlessly. From the moment we arrived in the getting ready suite that morning until the farewell breakfast the next morning, everything happened exactly as planned. It allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about the logistics. Everyone we worked with throughout the planning process was professional and friendly. Our room block coordinator was fantastic and responsive, helping us manage more than 40 hotel rooms throughout the weekend. The front desk staff made check-in smooth for our guests, and everyone we encountered at the hotel was welcoming and accommodating. The day of event staff also deserves recognition. The bartenders, servers, banquet managers, and everyone working behind the scenes were exceptional. They were attentive, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. Jill is truly an incredible asset to The Artisan Hotel. Her professionalism, attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care for her couples set the standard for what a wedding coordinator should be. She, along with the entire team at the Artisan, gave us a wedding day that was even better than we imagined. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this venue.

I could not recommend the Artisan Hotel or their staff enough! The Artisan hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding and the majority of my guests stayed at the Artisan throughout the wedding weekend. The entire planning process for the rehearsal dinner was extremely smooth and professional. The rehearsal dinner was held in a private event room at the hotel and was perfect for my group of 20ish guests. I was able to customize the entire menu for my guests and even request my preferences for the bar. Even further, I was asked what my preferences were for linens/florals for the tables and the floorplan. The room was comfortable and modern. The tables had stunning black linens with white florals and there was tasteful background music for the whole event. Not to mention, the food was delicious! (we chose a buffet of salmon, steak, Caesar salad and strawberry shortcake) The planning team and bartenders were all extremely professional, helpful, present, and just really nice people to work and socialize with! All of my family members and friends were extremely impressed and raved about the entire experience. Further, the entire hotel from the guest rooms, the pool area, lobby, and rooftop bar was simply stunning. I would 100% recommend the Artisan hotel for anyone’s private event, but especially for a pre-wedding space!
