called and dealt with a gentleman named Matthew who was super helpful and helped us pick the best package for our day! Once our wedding day got closer we dealt we Eric, who again was just as helpful! Eric helped us decide on a timeline for the day which took a lot of stress away from me. The day of the wedding we met our videographer Phil, who was absolutely perfect for us! He was so kind and professional! He knew exactly what to do as soon as he got there and wasted no time getting great footage that I didn’t even think about. Right from there I knew we were in amazing hands. Throughout the day Phil was very easy to work with, he made everything feel so natural! We were worried we would have a so many cameras and in our face that day, but we barley knew he was there! It was so nice to know he was right there getting all the footage but not being in our face and letting us enjoy the day! Phil was very creative and pulled us aside for some intimate footage and my husband and I both felt like movie stars! He was so nice telling us what to do and where to look to great some great takes! We loved every minute of it! It barely took anytime away from us being with everyone. Up until the last minute Phil was as an absolute gentleman and we could tell he was an established pro! I will continue to rave about The Artist Group to everyone I know! We had an amazing experience up until the very end! The entire staff is truly amazing!

fter they asked what song version they wanted us to use (told them maybe 4 times it was wrong and sent correct link but no luck). Flashdrive with pics was missing a whole section, so took months to get that last file. Pretty sure they lost our contract, don't bother making any updates or edits to it they don't read it. Only positive thing to say is one of the photographers was great and we were happy with the pictures overall. If the service wasn't so bad after, I would have been a happy camper.

At no point did we feel like a camera was in our face which would have made us both uncomfortable, but we knew that Phil was capturing the day. These guys are true professionals and Phil has an inherent skill that makes him awesome. Worth it!

Pure Event Group may be the premier one stop shop for all of your wedding entertainment needs, but what really set this company apart is the people. We were fortunate enough to work with the wedding director, Joey V, and what an incredible experience that was. From the first meeting with Joe, we saw the fire in his eyes as we were discussing our vision and he was effortlessly tossing out ideas to make the night unforgettable. And if you think he’s just putting on a show to get your business, think again. No matter when or how many times you talk to him, Joe maintains that energy throughout the entire planning process and will get you AMPED in those final days of preparation for the big day. Of course, none of this compares to what you get on game day, when Joe sets the tone early by making sure that EVERY single person at your wedding is out of their seat and ready to welcome the bride and groom into the room. From that moment on, Joe keeps the crowd pumped, the dance floor packed, and will even keep the slower parts of the night moving so he can get everyone back on the dance floor without wasting another second. We also used Pure Event Group for their videographers, and we got hooked up with the ingenuity and precision of Matt and his team, who followed us throughout the entire day from start to finish. If you’re trying to have that wedding that people will go on about for a lifetime, then look no further than Pure Event Group for all of your entertainment needs. Last fall, we were in the early stages of the wedding planning process when we came across these guys at a friend’s wedding. As one that likes to spend my time dominating the dance floor, it was great watching the photographers having fun with us and capturing all the insanity. This was exactly the type of energy my wife and I were looking for, so we gave these guys a call and they even drove up to our area for our meeting. Unlike my wife, I’m not one for taking a thousand pictures. But these guys are so incredibly talented and fun to work with. Despite a bridal party of 24 drunk and obnoxious fools, our photographers Matt and Greg were not fazed for a second and still managed to keep us on schedule while keeping the momentum going. I was particularly impressed with how smooth they were with getting the kids to focus on the camera and smile on the first try. We have only been married for a month and we already have been provided with ALL of the photos to choose from for the album. Whether it be the tear-jerking photos of the bride getting ready with her ladies and doing the first look with her father, the 500+ detailed pictures they took at the ceremony ALONE, or the hundreds of candid shots from the madness at our reception, the Artist Group did a tremendous job of capturing the memories of a beautiful day that will last a lifetime. I would strongly recommend them.

April. I knew that day (and after seeing all her pictures) that we would be in great hands for our own wedding. They are really nice, cool guys who simply LOVE what they do! Every single picture they captured was beautiful. They were also very calming to have around the day of the wedding. I also went for the Same Day Edit Video and am so happy that I did! The video is perfect in every way and a great way to remember the first part of the day. After seeing the Artist Group's work for not just mine, but my sister's wedding as well, I would recommend them to any and everyone planning a wedding! Your wedding day will go by incredibly fast, and being able to look back on great quality photos and videos of the day is priceless!

The Artist Group made the planning really easy, making great recommendations and also waiting until the to the big day to really discuss details, since that's when you have all the info/scheduling. Ralph was our main photographer and he was very friendly, fun, and a joy to be around. Chris and Jeremy were our secondary photographer and videographer, and they were also very fun, friendly, and professional. The timeline really helped make everything run smooth on the day of the wedding. During our engagement shoot Matthew took beautiful photos and was consistently on the lookout for where the best shots would be. This carried out on our wedding day as well, which resulted in more beautiful photographs. Although we have not received our wedding video yet we know that it will be equally as incredible.

They were obviously passionate about their work and really made us feel like we were stars that day. The turn around time on the photos was swift and we had a sneak peak three days after the wedding to share with friends and family.

e details. I was on the phone with him for about 30-45 minutes going over EVERYTHING. The day of the wedding Matt and Eric actually arrived early. Our wedding was the weekend of Hurricane Joaquin so I was so nervous that we wouldn't be able to take pics outside. It turned out just to be cold so it worked out, but Matt made sure we got some amazing pictures. We never felt like they were in the way, and they never took us away from our guests. When the blog came out, I was a little nervous because the pictures were nice, but they weren't what I was expecting. Let me tell you, they kept the best pictures till the end! I'm so happy with how they came out. I was literally smiling as I went through them because it brought me back to my wedding day. Thank you Matt & Eric for the amazing pictures!

There was 0 personal touch with our photos; for ex, the re-touching of the photos (a preset photoshop filter) made my royal blue bridesmaid dresses look pale-lavender. (2) Our wedding video (promised to be "documentary style" true to their photo-journalistic approach) was really unprofessional. I would be happy to share it (contact me: rattlemybrain at gmail dot com). Sound quality, frame of the shots, and the final editing were very poor. The DVD menu even still has "button 3" as one of the options. (3) Eric, the owner, will not let you be heard. He will talk right over you.

ctures from both shoots came out beautifully. I've gotten hundreds of compliments from friends and family on how good the photos came out. The formal shots were perfect, as were the candids! My two areas that could use some improvement: 1) Responsiveness via email. Sometimes it took a few days before our emails were returned. 2) The second photographer at our wedding caused a bit of stress with the groomsmen (he wanted to take pictures earlier than the time specified on the weekend timeline so they were caught off guard and felt a bit stressed). Additionally, he tried to take formal shots before the wedding, but within direct view of the ceremony venue, so about a third of our guests saw me before I walked down the aisle. I was a bit disappointed by this as I did not want anyone besides the bridal party and immediate family to see me before the wedding. Fortunately, we were able to move out of view, but a lot of people had already seen me.

work and immediately sent the team an email requesting more information. Eric responded quickly, and we set-up a meeting at our home shortly thereafter. Eric is a really nice guy, and very passionate about what he does. He answered all of our questions (even the silly ones that newly engaged couples tend to ask after reading too many wedding planning websites). After he left, we both agreed to book that week. Matt took our engagement photos in August. Matt is not only talented, but also extremely personable, which made the shoot easy and fun. We were so happy with the photographs that he took. Although it was pouring outside on our wedding day, both Matt and Eric showed up to their scheduled locations early. Matt photographed myself and my girls getting ready, and I hardly noticed him there. Eric and Matt were great about getting a lot of photos, but did such while keeping on the sideline (which really allowed people to let loose). We just got our photos back (over 1,600!) and we’ve spent hours amazed at how many great ones they took. My mom, who is a super tough critic, mentioned that she has no idea how we’re going to make our album because "there are way too many great photos to choose from". The portraits are fantastic, as are all of the candid shots that we got. Even the less photogenic subjects (including myself) have hundreds of flattering photographs. We owe them a huge thank you! We’ve had numerous email exchanges with both of them, and have gotten quick, friendly responses to every single one. They will put you at ease and you will not have to worry about your event photography after booking them. We are so beyond grateful that we chose The Artist Group to document our wedding day. They are the best of the best, and we cannot recommend them enough; they really are spectacular!

ding photography. We did not do engagement pictures or video, just photographs. We had a small wedding with just 40 guests. We had two photographers , Matt and Ralph and my family and friends loved them! We ended up with about 900 pictures and had access to them within 2 weeks of the wedding. A portion of them were out on the blog within 5 days of the wedding for our friends and family to see. We got all of the pictures we wanted and a lot more. Many of the pictures were very creative and different and really captured our day. We are thrilled with The Artist Group and would use them again and recommend them to friends and family!
