Last, this is not your typical boring buffet stations No. Ignacio's concept with the grills & his delicious meats cooking on the spot. A WOW EXPERIENCE!
Ignacio offers numerous menu options to choose from, either buffet or plated, and the price is EXTREMELY reasonable. My meal option started with a salad, then followed with two Entrées; vacio beef & chicken chimi, and pork sausage, and dinner rolls. The total cost was under $5,000 and that included wait staff , bartnder and gratuity and tax! The portions were large and served direct from the grill. Ignacio also offers china package. Everyone in attendance was very pleased with the food. I would definitely use Ignacio and Chef Julio again.

Above and beyond
Soledad was so incredibly amazing throughout our planning process. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect. She exceeded every single expectation and we couldn’t have done it without her. He brought our dreams to life and eased my anxiety and worries throughout the process. There are no words to show our appreciation except thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our most important day perfect.
Ignacio was beyond amazing to work with! He was there for me (Mother of the bride) during the entire process! The first time we spoke I told him that I felt so comfortable with him and I knew we wanted to use them even before we had a tasting scheduled. He would respond to all of my texts and emails right away.

Everything from the service, food, presentation and friendliness was top-notch. We had the pleasure of working with Soledad for our wedding catering and we couldn't have been happier. She was warm and friendly to work with, as well as being accommodating to our budget.
The food tasting event was massive fun and ended up tasting just as good at the wedding itself. Everyone commented on how delicious all the dishes were. During our reception they had someone who attended to all of us - me and my bride plus our parents - if we needed anything throughout the night; it really showed that they cared about us.
They also paid special attention to one guest who had allergies by providing an alternative salad for them; which we were so thankful for!

Our experience with TAA was fantastic. John Jairo was the manager, and he was so communicative and proactive.
He helped guide us through all the details, and accommodated all our requests. Even though our (outdoor) wedding started with a torrential downpour, they didn't miss a beat and helped move our ceremony items underneath our tent.

Other than TAA, I couldn't imagine planning this wedding with anyone else! We had to reschedule our March wedding due to the pandemic. They helped us find a company that could do our March wedding outdoors in a safe area.
The food at weddings is one of the best parts (in my opinion). TAA created the perfect menu for our wedding because we love weddings for this reason. We got rave reviews for days after our party. During a year when vendors were facing many challenges, Asado Authority was a pleasure to work with! As a result of COVID, we downsized our wedding to a small backyard ceremony. In spite of this, the team was incredibly gracious and flexible.

We wanted somethin different. Something good without gluten and no catering company came close to what Asado Authority offered!
It is good to know that grilled food do not ned flour or gluten to enhance the flavor. All the food was fresh and incredible.
Many of the guests remarked that the food served was "best wedding food ever". It is without a doubt that Iggy and his team helped make my wedding one of the best days of my life.
The team consisted of 2 grills chef, 4 servers, 2 bartenders. They were polite, professional and friendly. They took over the backyard to set up the grill, and yet when they left at the end of the night, there was no trace of any of them having been there!
We would hired them again for our family gatherings.
My husband and I, highly recomend this company. I used them for my wedding in June. Chef Julio and Ignacio were super sweet and professional, they really care about their clients.
We had the menu testing, in Miami, and we loved it. The reception was in Pompano Beach. After the tasting, we placed the deposit and locked the date.
The food tasting was amazing! The Vacio meat with chimichurri sauce is a MUST! Chef Julio gave us even the recipe. They know their food and how to make it perfect. Also, they are reasonnably priced.
They also provide the bartender and server staff as well. They were very friendly and accommodating. Ignacio and his team kept asking throughout the whole night if there was anything they could do or get fo us.
They arrived a few hours early to set up. I'm so happy with them.

At The Asado Authority, most of our team members have been cooking since they were little kids. Our early memories were of having delicious food near the fire pit, and the grill, and spending quality time with family.
Years ago, in 2002, I took on the mission of making meaningful memories for those around me. As you already know, life is too short and we deserve to be happy. It was then that I decided to bring the flavors of Argentinian Asado to the world, starting in South Florida.
So this is how The Asado Authority started, with a vision and a mission.
