Elevated and Elegant Asado. Ignacio and his team provided exceptional service at our wedding. The food was absolutely outstanding. I can’t rave about it enough and our guests were constantly complimenting every dish. Beyond that, his staff went above and beyond to make the entire celebration feel seamless and truly memorable. What stood out just as much was the top-tier communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. From planning to execution, everything was handled with care, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I cannot recommend this Asad’s company enough they are truly top-tier in every aspect.

At The Asado Authority, most of our team members have been cooking since they were little kids. Our early memories were of having delicious food near the fire pit, and the grill, and spending quality time with family. Years ago, in 2002, I took on the mission of making meaningful memories for those around me. As you already know, life is too short and we deserve to be happy. It was then that I decided to bring the flavors of Argentinian Asado to the world, starting in South Florida. So this is how The Asado Authority started, with a vision and a mission. We look forward to working with you.
