Soaring Timbers is Annapolis' newest event venue! Nestled among the trees right off Bestgate Road, Soaring Timbers offers 4000 square feet of indoor event space, featuring soaring ceilings, neutral decor, fantastic catering options and plenty of parking. Whether you are planning a small, intimate affair, or want to go larger, Soaring Timbers is the perfect spot.
Soaring Timbers offers a wide open floor plan that gives you unlimited opportunities to create a unique event. Your rental includes 20, 60-inch round tables, 200 folding chairs, 10 high top tables and plenty of parking. We also have a well-appointed "getting ready room"-the best spot to have your attendants get ready for the big day.
Soaring Timbers works with several area caterers to bring you original and flavorful menus, all customizable to your taste and style.
We have a curated list of professionals just waiting to help you plan your big day, whether you need flowers, music, special lighting or rentals we can point you in the right direction.
Soaring Timbers is located just outside the Annapolis city limits and is near local attractions, several hotels and B&Bs, shopping and more.

ting ready, and we had a lot of great locations for the first look and other photos. We did both the ceremony and reception here, and the staff got done turning over the room so quickly! Ray was so patient with our 8 million questions.
They provide chairs and tables (and a great set of recommended caterers), but most of what you do here is DIY. They have a good sound system and bar, and they clean the bathrooms multiple times throughout the night. The price was incredibly reasonable; we are still shocked we got such a good deal! Our whole experience with them from top to bottom was great, and we'd recommend them for weddings or any other event you may have.

with additional room for our photographers, wedding coordinators and DJ to sit and eat as well. There was an upstairs large balcony that overlooks the floor below. Perfectly fit our wedding party. There is a large bar located right at the back side which centered on our dance floor and the layout worked out perfectly. Coordination with the staff was top tier and they were very accommodating. If we have another event in the Annapolis area, I will be sure to look into getting this venue again. Definitely recommend it!
