My wedding was scheduled for The Atrium, but we moved it to Flint Hill, eliminating Atrium-specific problems. Unfortunately, corporate policies and staff difficulties were present at both locations. - They provide a lot of staff on the day of the event, but some of them were people we had never met. We had an eight-minute call with our “Day of Reception Director” the week before the wedding. She is a part-time (weekends) employee who doesn't even have a company email address. - We were dazzled by Melissa's sales pitch. She spent 2 hours with us when we came in for a tour and it was great. We thought she would be a great ally in this process. She was super friendly and helpful through the contract process until we paid 50%. - We needed to read every version of the updated invoice to catch price changes. The price of our dessert was $9 until one day it was $9.50. They charged us $150 for early arrival with a $150 credit to cancel it out. One day that credit had changed from $150 to $2. Laura from the design studio “accidentally” increased the price of some tablecloths by $5 each. - Their contracts sometimes expire after two days, and they said we needed to sign before getting answers to our questions. This happened with 2 contract addendums. We asked questions. Melissa said “Any specific detail changes to this contract will be handled in the extended planning sessions.” - They marginalized me while behaving towards my husband. We had a recurrent problem where I would send an email, no response, husband reminds them, and they respond quickly. One time they ignored my email for five days. When he replied to my note, they responded to him within the hour. I don't know if it's because he's a man, he makes more money than I do, or they simply didn’t like me. - Menu changes come with an upcharge. You only get to put out one salad dressing. If you want your guests to have a choice, there is an $0.50 per person. Mashed potatoes come with no toppings. Want to add something as simple as sour cream or chives? $1 per person each. I want to thank Kristin, the CEO, for her help. Two months before our wedding, she allowed us to switch from the Atrium to Flint Hill because it was a better space for our needs. We had to pay $3,500 in additional fees, but we needed to do it, so we cut costs elsewhere to offset the fee Problems specific to The Atrium: - You will probably want to get ready offsite. The bridal suite is very small. There were 4 of us getting ready, and the room would have been too small. The groom's room is more like a walk-in closet than a room. These rooms are both upstairs with no bathroom. If anyone in your party is unable to get up the staircase, they will be getting ready in the public bathroom on the main floor. - If the bride and groom want to have some quiet time after the ceremony, it will be in the bridal room with no bathroom. Want to wash your hands or touch up your makeup? You need to go downstairs to the bathroom that the guests are all using. - You need a wifi backup plan. We were told that the wifi there is "spotty". When I asked why, they said "because this used to be a bank." I don't know how that is relevant.

From the moment we booked the venue, the all-inclusive aspect of planning made our lives so much easier. We love out of state so the convenience of having everything in one place, from the ceremony site to the reception hall, catering, and even decorations, was a true blessing. It alleviated so much stress and allowed us to focus on the joy of our special day. Everyone we worked with at The Atrium were not only professional and incredibly accommodating but also relatable and approachable.They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Oh and I still randomly get texts and messages from guest about how tasty the food was. I can't recommend The Atrium enough for couples looking for an stress-free and enjoyable wedding planning experience.

ured our vision! The catering staff was also absolutely fantastic, and we heard nothing but compliments about the food. We had a bit of a hiccup with planning/coordinating and a lack of communication between the two, but that seems to be more because our original planner left the company around a month before our wedding (and after our final planning meeting). Not necessarily an Atrium issue, but it caused enough stress to warrant a 4 star review. I would definitely recommend this venue if you want a medium to medium-large wedding. It’s location in Peachtree Corners (Norcross) also puts it really close to a ton of great restaurants and parks for rehearsals and extra photos!

best choice that I made after shopping different Venus. The team there was top notch and very professional in every aspect. My Hat's off to Tia and her team great job!!!!! I highly recommend using the Atrium my wife was very surprised and my guest as well was blown away, the place was very classy and exceeded my expectations.

The follow-up with Sarah was amazing. Sarah was there to answer any and every question that I had along the way, and might I add, I had quite a few questions. Talona and the design team made our vision come to life. Melissa always answered the phone and was always knowledgeable and insightful. Jessica, oh Jessica, she was simply amazing and so much more than I could ever ask for or imagine! Always helpful, always responsive, simply the best. Tia and Maria, although these two came in at the tail end of the planning, these two ladies did not skip a beat. Both did an excellent job on the day of my wedding and kept my wife and me smiling the entire time. I have no complaints! The food was amazing. The ambiance was amazing. The decorations were amazing. The team was amazing. Everything was simply amazing!! Choosing The Atrium as my wedding venue was the absolute best decision I've made!

Jessica S. is my wedding Angel!! She is an amazing catering manger and really SAVED my wedding . She helped us with all of our table set up, food choices, timeline, and general flow of the day. Emily F. was our designer, She is amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted. Jontae was my day of venue coordinator and she swooped in and took over , following my timeline and making sure we were on time and where we all needed to be. My guest LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, the food and the wait staff were all very helpful and accommodating. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to everyone. I want to re-live this day over and over again. I know what it takes to do weddings day in and out, so I really appreciate EVERYONES effort.

If you are lucky enough to get Jessica as your wedding coordinator, know that you are in the BEST HANDS. She is super responsive and very knowledgeable. Loved this venue. They do everything in house so all you have to worry about are the extras! r my dream wedding. We were full steam ahead to March 2020.. but then Covid hit and I was heartbroken to have to cancel. Family and friends were frantic but the Atrium worked with me to re-align my wedding to 2021. On 8/15/21 I walked into thee most gorgeous venue with every detail I wanted right in place. I had to have my eye makeup touched up lol. Yes the tears were flowing. Jessica White ♥️ I’m sure I gave you a few headaches with all of my ideas, and questions lol Thank you for being so patient, kind and bringing everything I wanted to life. Jessica Stokes my bday twin, thank you for keeping me calm and making sure everything was on board for the big day! It all came together. Ida! And Solange! ith a fountain and gazebo! We had a wonderful cocktail hour outside that was great for pictures! The venue was so intimate for me and my guest it really was such a special evening! They let me bring in a tv so that I could have a screen to play slideshows of my husband and me. The event director there was so sweet! She would come and ask me if I was ready to move onto each point of the night, speeches, cocktail hour, dinner, etc and if I asked for a little more time with one thing she would say not a problem at all! She truly gave us an awesome experience! The whole process of working with Magic Moments wedding venues was extremely satisfying because of how organized and professional their team is! The Design Studio was incredible for our event, they put so much care into our decorations! All my center pieces and floral decor were all there just like we had planned with them and it looked stunning! The best part was my husband wanted a grooms cake that was The Office themed. We showed the Design Studio a picture of the cake we wanted, and they went above and beyond making it even more spectacular! They not only gave us what was exactly in the picture we showed them, but they even added quotes from The Office onto the cake that I didn't even ask for! It was such a sweet surprise seeing these quotes from The Office about love, and realizing how much effort this team did to make our cake special for us, and it truly showed how much they value their brides and grooms! The food was incredible! My guest raved about it all night! It truly is a night that my husband and I look back on with such delight, and we are so thankful that we chose The Atrium for our rehearsal dinner!

Shavon was my wedding director for the day of and she was absolutely lovely, making sure I always had a drink in my hand and overall was just a joy to be around. My new husband and I are still glowing with how unforgettable the evening was. All of our guests RAVED about how delicious the food was (and got seconds!) and how beautiful the venue was. I'm actually sad that we are done with the wedding because I will miss them very much. Thank you Atrium for making our special day absolutely perfect.

y. When I walked into the reception I was blown away. It was more beautiful than I had even imagined it would be. The Design Studio executed my vision perfectly. My day-of-coordinator, Courtney, was the best. On the day of the wedding, I informed her that my bonus dad had passed away just two weeks prior. She went out of her way to reserve a chair in memory of him which brought me to tears. The food was to die for. All of our guests kept raving about how wonderful it was. I would highly suggest anyone that’s getting married to have their special day at The Atrium.

They handle your food, decor, planning and day of coordination. We were originally scheduled to get married on April 4, 2020 until the Covid 19 pandemic occurred and we had to postpone until June 6th. Our amazing planner Jessica kept us abreast of all changes that would be necessary to make our day a success. It was a very smooth process. We remained confident in the abilities of our planner, A Divine Event ( their amazing food caterer) and A Design Studio (their amazing design/decor team) and they did not disappoint. When ever anyone mentions being engaged or mentions getting married we refer them to The Atrium.

It was the most amazing day ever, and it would not have been so smooth without the day of coordinator and planner provided by the Atrium. The venue itself is stunning - the ballroom is beautiful and the gardens outdoors are amazing in every season. We highly recommend the Atrium, or any of the other venues run by Magic Moments!

My advice to any couple is to do lots of research on the vendors they allow you to bring. Our DJ we found was terrible and tried to ruin our wedding. My advise to the atrium coordinators would be to not allow the guest that something has happened. Everything should remain professional at all times. All in all, my husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

All of the staff were very professional, relaxed, understanding, and kind. They made sure you had everything taken care of until the last moment of your wedding. Even though planning for a wedding seemed like a terribly daunting task, the staff of The Atrium walked me through step by step of every process. The wedding planning could not have been any easier, and I recommend The Atrium/ Magic Moments to all of family and friends. If you are looking for a venue that guides you through everything, look no further. Some people may not be comfortable with the idea that you have to do catering and decoration through the venue, but they do such a wonderful job that I would recommend them 10/10. Their food is so delicious and decor was spot on. Thank you guys so much for helping my husband and me to celebrate our big day.

Though we were initially overwhelmed by the Design Studio (the Atrium partner, through which you have to order florals/decor), they were very receptive to our feedback and made a follow-up appointment with us to make sure we felt comfortable with all of the decor. Shoutout to Jessica, our Venue Coordinator, for answering all of our questions throughout the 9 months of planning, and thank you to Sohee, our Day-of Coordinator, for being so incredible on the day. um along the way was warm, helpful and patient. They truly made the experience painless and joyful. We just happened upon The Atrium and fell in love with it. It gave us the sense of a private, secret garden and we wanted a place where our guests could feel relaxed and pampered. The garden is so beautiful at night with the twinkling lights and we rented corn hold and Jenga so everyone had a great time. The serving and bar staff could not have been friendlier and were wonderful during our evening event. Would highly recommend The Atrium

gn studio was easy and fun to work with but after the initial meeting, it was tough to get responses via email which is how I had to do most of my communicating due to working a full time job while planning my wedding. The 3 stars comes from my disappointment with my day of coordinator, Ida. Our rehearsal was a mess. When I arrived the day of my wedding there was another rehearsal happening that I was not aware of. Ida had warned me that there would be another wedding happening the morning of my wedding but I was told that by the time we could arrive, everything would be cleared out. There were many occasions throughout the day that I was not sure where she even was. There were several wedding guests that also commented on her unprofessionalism. Instead of helping, she was delegating jobs to my bridal party and there were many photos and moments on the dance floor that they missed out on because of that. Overall, her role was to help alleviate any stress the day of my wedding and to be there for anything I needed and instead it felt as though she did not even want to be there, let alone help.

The Atrium is a wedding factory. The Atrium is a strickler for rules so don't expect to get any leeway. As this is one of the most important days in my life, it would be nice if the Atrium would accommodate just a little bit, but I do understand if you break the rule for one then it is has a snowball affect. We got married in May and it was extremely hot inside the Atrium. We had approximately 80 guests and while we were all dancing (I had an amazing DJ), the A/C just could not accommodate. We asked to turn the A/C up, but was told the thermostat was already set to 65 so they couldn't make any further changes. I would advise the Atrium look into the A/C unit. The other issue I had was during the ceremony, which was held outside. There is a loud machine running right behind the pulpit so it drowns out the officiant regardless of a microphone. Furthermore, I realize this place is on the Buford Highway, but we could hear Mexican music playing in the background during the ceremony from another facility down the road. Please note this music was not requested ;) Other than those minor items, I would highly recommend the Atrium. First off, the food is fantastic! Every single person raved about the food. The staff the day of is beyond professional and extremely courteous. Guests couldn't get over how awesome the bartender was. Our wedding planning was great! Jessica made the planning process extremely easy. I recommend using their Design Studio as it simplifies the process and they do a great job with decorating, the flowers, and the cake. And furthermore, the Design Studio is very reasonably priced. I also need to give kuddos to the sales team. Logan was superb and I do have to note that the Atrium is great about getting back to your phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Finally, the venue is spectacular! All my guests said what a wonderful and pretty venue we had selected. It was great for our pictures. In the end, I would do the wedding here again and I would recommend it to others.

April (with all the azaleas, the ceremony are is drop dead gorgeous). We got married April 12, 2019 and it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! Make sure you make an appointment with Logan as your sales person. If the beauty of the garden isn't enough, she will absolutely convince you. I could not have asked for better people to have by my side getting ready for this big day. We asked Logan to attend at-least the ceremony, and SHE DID! This meant the absolute world to my husband and I. Don't look elsewhere, meet with Logan and your choice will be made.
