The Auditorium Ballroom is a unique historical landmark and wedding venue located in downtown La Salle, IL. This luxurious setting has hosted numerous weddings and other special events since its construction in 1915. Restored in 2017, this property retains its one-of-a-kind character, one befitting the importance of your wedding day.
You and your guests enter The Auditorium Ballroom through the impressive grand entrance, a stunning backdrop for memories and photographs alike. This space features the original marble staircase with polished brass railings and a grand chandelier above it. The Peacock is a downstairs bar with wood paneling and brickwork, providing a welcoming ambiance for dining and drinks. You and your guests may enjoy a gathering here with ample natural light entering through large windows. Ascending, you enter the opulent Grand Ballroom. Wood flooring, brick walls, and exposed metal beams combine to provide an industrial chic setting for your festivities. Here, you can exchange your vows in the company of your loved ones and later enjoy a reception in these luxurious surroundings. Additionally, you can relax and prepare in the Bridal Suite off the Grand Ballroom, which has abundant lighting and mirrors. Parking and wheelchair access make this building more convenient for all visitors.
The Auditorium Ballroom hosts religious and non-religious wedding ceremonies as well as commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, and second weddings. Up to 300 guests can share in your festivities on these premises. The venue staff offers a variety of bar packages with beverages to facilitate your special occasion.

ner) was the main contact through the entire process and was super quick to answer any questions I had (and at any time of the day!). He let us visit the venue multiple times beforehand so we could get a good idea for our decorating vision (and let family members see it!). We followed the venue’s suggestions on DJ and caterer and were not disappointed (even though you absolutely could choose your own from anywhere). In fact, using companies that had worked with the Auditorium Ballroom before made the whole day-of smooth… I didn’t even have to check in on them setting up! Mike and his staff were extremely accommodating during the entire day. We had the venue from 7am to 11pm (which is hard to find in some venues) which made the set up before the wedding 100% easier and less stressful! We were able to leave all our decor there overnight so we didn’t have to worry about cleanup! The bartenders and service staff were excellent at their jobs. And the venue itself…. GORGEOUS! The beautiful downstairs bar and subway tiles, the marble stairway leading to aged wood floors and vaulted ceilings surrounded by the building’s timeless original exposed brick… SO breathtaking! Almost every single one of our guest was enamored with the beauty of the venue. It is truly a diamond in the rough! g has been done with a touch of class and elegance. Mike and the team were easy to work with a very accommodating. Really though, he took the time to hang these firework looking lights I bought one by one. Also because no one booked the upstairs in the week prior to our date, we were able to get in and start decorating as early as Tuesday which greatly helped since we were doing everything ourselves. They had plenty of staff upstairs and downstairs at the bars to keep up with demand. Of all the venues we toured, we are beyond happy with this one.
