The Auld Shebeen

I'd been to the Auld Shebeen several times before, at all times of day, so when my husband and I decided to have our rehearsal dinner here, we thought we knew what to expect. Well, the owner and staff blew our expectations out of the water, going above and beyond in every way. They were so easy to work with leading up to the event, and the night of couldn't have gone better. Friends and family repeatedly raved about the food (Guinness beef stew and shepherd's pie, with Irish cream pie for dessert) and the attentiveness of the staff. We had the entire basement level to ourselves, with it's own bar and small stage, and it was perfect - very private and personal and also kid friendly for all the nieces and nephews. I honestly think some of our guests had a hard time deciding what they liked better - our actual wedding reception, or the rehearsal dinner! We are so pleased with our experience at the Auld Shebeen and would recommend them to anyone!
