Starting with our wedding planner, Jenn who is an absolute genius in putting together the wedding of your dreams, she made everything come together seamlessly for our daughter's big day. We looked at other venues, but by the time you put everything together yourself and you think you're saving money, you are far from it. The Aviator handles everything. We had a few meetings with Jenn to go over what we needed and she handled everything from that point. The employees are top-notch polite, well dressed and groomed, which made our night even more special. The lead server for that evening Debbie was with us the entire night and it was like having your own personal representative, paying attention to every detail in handling everything and anything that you might need. She is unbelievable! We had 185 people at our wedding. When it was time for dinner, the salads all came out cold when it was time for the entrées they all came out hot. I have never gotten so many compliments on the quality of food at a wedding then I did that night and truthfully, I'm still getting text today regarding the event. Every employee that we came in contact with was polite and courteous, and handled anything and everything that we needed. I know it starts at the top so I must give kudos to the owner for maintaining the facility and staff to the level that it is today! The facility is clean and spotless and the bathrooms are some of the cleanest rooms that have ever been in my life! Good job! Again, I can't say enough about Jen and Debbie who were our wedding planners for this event. They are two of the most polite and professional people that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are having any second thoughts about using the Aviator as your venue please please trust me on this you will not be disappointed. I hope this gets back to the owner! We didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just soak up every moment. Her professionalism and kind, calming presence made all the difference. This day would not have been perfect without her! The venue itself was stunning, and the rooftop after-party was the cherry on top — such a blast and such a unique way to end the night. Our guests are still raving about it! We are beyond grateful to the entire team for making our day so magical. Highly, highly recommend! BEST DAY EVER!

We also had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on site and everything ran so smoothly and the food for that was great as well. I cannot recommend The Aviator enough to anyone that I talk to and we will definitely be back when we're in town!

We loved the all-inclusive feel as we didn’t not have to worry about many other vendors that our friends wedding planning along with us had to (linens, chair rentals, etc.). We put a hold on our date shortly after and got to planning. We worked with Jen, and she truly made our visions come to life from start to finish. She took my inspiration photos and turned it into exactly what I hoped for. She was so responsive throughout the entire process which was helpful as we were not in town to meet in person often. We even had some last minute adjustments that she gave no push back on! On the day of, the space was absolutely beautiful. We did our first look photos on the patio prior to going to our church which worked out beautifully. Jen was there the entire time making sure everything was perfect - she fixed whatever little issues we had the day of in a timely matter. Another huge plus was that we got to drop off all of our decor and supplies the day of - Jen set up everything the day of and had it boxed back up the next day for us to just pick up. Khadar even stopped by during our dinner to congratulate us which was a great surprise. Speaking of, we still have guests raving about the short rib and how beautiful the space was! We could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend the Aviator to anyone getting married.

She helped organize the event to make sure it was stress free! Jen was so kind and helpful and making sure nothing was missed during our celebration. Would definitely recommend having any event here.

d met Khadar and Jen, we knew that this was where we wanted our fairytale wedding to be. There aren't enough words to express how very grateful we are to the both of them for always greeting us with a hug or hand shake when we came up either for lunch, dinner, or the New Year's function. They were always there to listen and assist us with any and all questions we had. Even on our wedding day, Jen sent me photos of how beautiful the room was and how well and elegant is was decorated. Everyone of our guests enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere. I am very sad to not have the opportunity to work with them anymore but down the road should another function come up, we will definitely be calling Khadar and Jen. If I could give the Aviator 100 stars I 100% would because every person and detail for our special day was absolutely amazing. Wishing you all the best!

for. Not one detail went unseen. She made sure we were calm, we made sure we were prepared, and she made sure we would have the best wedding ever. Her communication was STRONG. She took care of all the decorating when we dropped it off in boxes, and the next day all we had to do was pick it up in boxes. The tasting was amazing, and the wedding day matched that. From the passed apps, to the chicken Marsala & short rib, and lastly to the late night snack- WOW! The wait staff had food out quickly. Our proposal was on the roof top, and our special day was in the take flight space. Choose the Aviator for your special day, they’ll make it even more special!

They even had an app to help you plan & keep track of everything! The room was beautiful & very updated with a great view of airport runways and a gorgeous patio. Unfortunately it rained all day and we didn’t get to use the patio for the ceremony, but the team helped us quickly adapt and move our ceremony inside. The staff was helpful throughout the day. Plus, the venue was really easy to find with plenty of parking for our guests. We would highly recommend The Aviator & specifically Gabriella’s Space for anyone looking to have a smaller wedding that is beautiful but not just a standard wedding hall.
