The courtyard was gorgeous - the perfect place for the cocktail hour. The ballroom was absolutely perfect with its gorgeous windows and chandeliers. We couldn't have been happier. Additionally, the owners are PHENOMENAL! They have so many rental options and accommodate everything we requested perfectly. Brooke was our day of coordinator and I have pages and pages of good things to say about her. Lastly, the house where we all were able to get ready is next level. It’s spacious and decorated exceptionally. Everyone was so impressed by the entire venue and it matched my vision perfectly.

ng sure we had everything that we needed. Brooke was my day-of-coordinator (included in booking The Ballroom) and she was so fun and easy to work with! She constantly advocated for me and made sure that my vision was the one we were pursuing while we were ironing out the details and the day of preparation (she offers full blown wedding planning as well and I would 100% recommend her, if I could go back I would without a doubt hire her!) Not only does your booking include a day-of-coordinator, it includes tables and chairs, and time the day before your wedding (if there is no other booking) to setup! They also have various decoration the you can rent for $100 total! The Ballroom at I Street is the most beautiful, elegant venue in Northwest Arkansas and they allow you to use the space to make all of your visions come true!

great for pre-wedding activities. The ballroom was elegant which is exactly what my daughter wanted. Our day of Coordinator, Brooke, could not have been more helpful. She made it all happen and we didn't have any issues. The patio was wonderful for guests between the ceremony and reception. The lighting outside is beautiful once the sun goes down. The caterer was good with the facilities that are provided. If there was anything negative, I would add, but we really enjoyed the day and didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend the Ballroom at I Street.

Brooke was our day of coordinator and made the day go by seamlessly. She was such a joy to work with and made planning and organizing our wedding, even during a pandemic, as stress free as possible.

he Ballroom before our wedding day had even come. Brooke, our wedding coordinator at the Ballroom was quick to lend a hand wherever we needed it. She supported us as we made ever constant changes during the pandemic, and she executed a PERFECT wedding day for us! You often hear of all the things that go wrong on a wedding day...ours was absolutely flawless. Brooke and the Ballroom are all thanks to that - they work hard for their customers, and they do a beautiful job. We had an outdoor, nighttime November wedding, and it could not have been more beautiful! Under the serene string lights that hang from the trees in the courtyard, we had a quiet and unique ceremony that Brooke helped us plan. We moved inside to the reception area where there are the most beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, a huge and spacious bar with the most beautiful countertop and chandelier to match, and a large (much needed) dance floor. Although we had a guest list of about 50 due to COVID, we originally planned for 300. We had lots of room to work with, but Brooke helped make sure our space felt warm and full! We could not have felt more special and loved on our day, we wouldn't have even considered getting married anywhere else! Ballroom at I Street is sincerely the best in the business!

respond to my emails or return phone calls. I had MANY questions due to changes with COVID, all of which were answered and the ladies were very transparent with me! On several accounts I requested to stop by or pick up something, and they always went out of their way to provide me what I needed to plan for my big day. For example, the Ballroom has a rental decor closet (AMAZING!!), and I needed to know the measurements of something. They were very accommodating to help me out!! The pictures speak for themselves when I say it’s BEAUTIFUL!! The bridal party room is unrivaled by anything out there and you will not be disappointed! The Ballroom and courtyard are stunning for a memorable experience. Brooke is the world’s most genuine person to work with!! She is the most calming and graceful person, and you can count on her to have the job done. You want Brooke on your team because she loves so well and will do anything to alleviate your stress so it can be your best day ever! My parting review is that the leadership at The Ballroom at I Street truly has the right mission. They are 110% about making sure your day is filled with LOVE! They love & support so well. I promise you will walk away with a genuine relationship with these awesome ladies, and two years from now they will still know your name!!

this venue REQUEST BROOKE. The bridal suit is amazing and spacious and it creates the perfect place for photos straight out of a magazine. With all that being said, I would not recommend this venue to my friends. Unfortunately my wedding was affected by COVID 19 and the venue did a horrible job of handling it. They never acknowledged the issues once, no email, no call, nothing. After waiting over a month I contacted the venue asking what the policy was for canceling due to the strict limitations (gatherings of 10). I was informed that I couldn’t have any money back no matter what and I could pick another date off of the list that was given to me. This list included all week days and 1 Saturday. I was told I could not have a ‘peak day’ because they needed the revenue from new brides. Considering my original date was a peak day I think I should have gotten to choose any day I wanted that wasn’t already booked. Anyways the owners were rude and could care less about the situation or the huge amount of money we would be loosing (postponing DIDNT work for us). Luckily our state went into phase 1 and we were able to have our wedding on the original date with some limitations. When we arrived at the venue the morning of my wedding they had rented out the space (during the time we paid for) to a photographer to take headshots. Livid is an understatement, random people we didn’t know in the courtyard where we were trying to set up for our rehearsal and they rented the same space out to two people at the same time. Brooke did her best to make it up to me and she is fabulous. But overall the owners are unprofessional and unethical. Sad to leave this review because Brooke was so amazing and so is the venue itself but it’s leadership ruined it for us. Think long and hard before giving them your money, especially during the time of COVID 19.

e. Beside being absolutely stunning in every way, the owner Danise and her daughter Breann, have gone above and beyond to ensure our day is perfect. They said helpful payment reminders which I loved so I didn’t have to constantly refer to my wedding planning book, they answered all my emails and questions within a day, opened the ballroom countless times so I could show family that visited from all over the country, I could go on and on. They attention to detail inside the bridal suite house is spectacular and it has everything you could possibly need to take breathtaking photos while getting ready. They Ballroom itself has so many beautiful elements of simplistic class that allowed us to stay true to our wedding colors and theme. The kitchen is state of the art which our catering vendor loved ( as well as the ice machine for our bartenders ) and the colored ambient lighting set the perfect mood for guests. What I loved more than anything was how versatile both the inside of the ballroom as well as outside courtyard are. Danise and Breann have truly thought of every detail to make our day perfect and I am so glad we found them!

She was in contact with my vendors to make sure they were ready and would be on time, she not only helped with my decoration ideas, but was there to help my family set up the day before my wedding. My ceremony was supposed to be outside, but an hour before, the clouds opened up... I've never seen so much rain in my life. Breann was out there in her dress and full face of makeup to get things brought back inside before they were messed up! Who does that?? This is the kind of love and loyalty promised by the Ballroom team. I'm so grateful for such awesome ladies who love their brides and do anything and everything in their power to make YOUR wedding day exactly what YOU have always dreamed of! picking my original venue, I got an email saying they had sold the venue and would not be able to hold my ceremony unless I changed it to a weekday in July. Um, no. I may have slightly panicked. I immediately called BreAnn and she showed me the venue that day. I fell in LOVE!! Th place was breathtaking! Beautiful courtyard for the ceremony, spacious ballroom for an evening reception, and a place for everyone to get ready. It was WAY better than the venue I had previously booked!! She was so helpful and patient because I had to wait (a MONTH) to get my deposit back from the original venue to pay for the new one. I was the wedding planner for our wedding and had no idea what I was doing. They were quick to recommend names and contact info for vendors. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely and professional manner. The venue could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the B&B on the front of the property and we even took advantage of the "Honeymoon Suit". I would recommend this venue to anyone planning any sort of event! Amazing venue! Spectacular staff!

The space was the perfect size. There is not a single thing we would have changed about the venue or our experience. We LOVE the Ballroom. And we love Danise and Breann! It made for such a fun beginning to the wedding day. It has every amenity you could ever want in having a relaxing start to a fun packed day. Danise and Breann the owners are so personable and are always quick to answer questions. They are so sweet and so great to work with! We were also incredibly blessed by Megan Taylor the day of wedding coordinator that works with the Ballroom. She went above the call of duty to make us all feel relaxed and made everything run smoothly and timely. She handled anything that came up with grace and the sweetest demeanor. My husband and I could not have dreamed of a better venue to get married at!

My husband and I didn’t have a wedding planner so we pretty much created our own design leaving us with so many questions! We received a response back in our inbox within a day tops! They were very accommodating when it came to setup the morning of. My crazy husband jumped out of an airplane the morning of the wedding so they let him and his groomsman drop off all of our decorations super early so our DOE coordinator could setup on time! We were so pleased with the experience we had and were so incredibly excited to see the pictures from our photographer. I highly, highly recommend this venue!

great, but they weren't for us. We wanted an elegant canvas that we could give our own flare to. Quite honestly, the finished product blew us away. From the extremely friendly owners who were a delight to work with, to the stunning chandeliers, this place is a refreshing change for the NWA wedding venue scene and we felt so blessed to get to call it OUR wedding venue. We had 275 people in attendance and had plenty of room to mix round and rectangular tables inside as well as cocktail tables outside. If you are thinking about the Ballroom for your wedding, BOOK IT! I would recommend having a wedding planner of some sort for the day of though if you are planning a large wedding. Much love for the Ballroom at I Street and for helping provide the perfect, elegant space for my dream wedding! :)

They let me come by the venue about a million times to check on progress and give them the dreams and ideas I had for my own wedding! I picked this venue because it was so unique to the NWA area and not just another barn! I loved the all white walls, drapes and gorgeous chandeliers! Another sweet perk of having your wedding here was the honeymoon suite in the bed and breakfast! It was so fun to end the night in the place we started our forever at! My photographer had so many options on where to take pictures and I absolutely loved every aspect of the ballroom/cute white house) They really did make all my wedding dreams come true! Thank you!!

was a literal monsoon on the day of our event. A few days prior, they called us and said they had hired a van to transport attendees back and forth from the parking lot to the venue. Their pre-awareness and concern for our event was huge and made us feel like they were part of the family. We could not say enough good things about them. Would absolutely recommend this venue to others. Besides the beauty of the space, the people make it even better.
