Keith does all the catering, table arrangements, linens, 3-large flower arrangements, serving silverware, and lighting. He is a one stop for all of this. He is not imposing about it at all though, it is just something he offers. He was a pleasure to work with. He had a food tasting and it helped us see what we wanted on our menu and what we wanted to change. He and his employees are so outgoing and courteous. They know what they're doing, obviously. He also helped us arrange some great pictures with our photographer, as he knows all the good spots. He worked with my cake caterer and made sure that she delivered the cake on time and everything was perfect. We were so busy schmoozing that the staff wrapped up all the food and gifts and placed them in the car for us right as the evening ended. Such a great experience. Highly recommend. He was reasonably priced and a fantastic night was had by all. People are still telling us what a great place it was for the reception.

He takes care of everything from your centerpieces to food, which we received many complements about both. We looked at a lot of venues in the Lafayette/Broussard area and he was by far the best price we came across and does amazing work. I would highly recommend the The Ballroom to any bride.

hey listened to what we wanted, they were always so helpful and friendly, and they made it so easy for us. The new building is lovely and spacious inside, and the food is delicious! And it was one of the most affordable options for us, since we had such a large guest list (about 400). Highly HIGHLY recommended!!

reception. He decorated everything just like i wanted and the food was amazing. He made sure that my husband and I, as well as both our parents, had everything we needed/wanted. I would definitely recommend him to everyone, and if I had to do it all over again I would most certainly choose him!
I had my wedding and reception at Keith's the ballroom on January 1, 2011. The staff was very accomodating even though my wedding was on a holiday.
