in the building. The amenities are wonderful. The lobby and hallways are always clean. We appreciate the trash and recycling on every floor. The gym has been a wonderful addition. Thank you so much for everything. Our move away from The Bank is only due to work/family reasons and if we were staying in Wilkes Barre, it would be no question, we would be staying at The Bank.

e winter to keep out the cold air. Our first electric bill was $200. I hate to see the next one with the single didget temperatures. The baseboards don't meet the floor so more cold air comes in from there. The management is horrible. Do not move here. It is not worth the $1650 we pay per month

ice even though I had previously renewed my lease for a specific amount of time with a specific end date listed on the renewal contract. Another thing worth noting is that there are no amenities at all in the building itself and no front desk area - just an empty entrance lobby. Otherwise it was an alright apartment to live in, nice finishes, washer/drier in unit, parkings included, large windows, apartment manager is friendly and accomidating. Just know that they will come up with any excuse possible to not pay back your deposit(= to one month rent) when it's time to move out.

x month lease so I called them, talked to someone on the phone, which is logged in my phone and they told me that wasn't a problem and they would note in on my account. Once I moved out I still got charged the extra month, after calling and emailing and not getting replies (documented) on either they got back to me and said they had no record of that and wouldn't give me my months rent back. I asked to talk to their supervisor and was blown off (documented). Second they docked me $600 on my security deposit. I left the apartment in great shape besides the walls. I had some holes in my walls so I patched them and sanded and prepped for paint. I would have painted the walls but was told by the landlord I couldn't paint. So they charged me $600 for them just to paint some walls which I figured they had to do anyway. Please take into consideration if you're looking to live there. **Additional info: Not willing to let me talk with a supervisor, see attached and then refused to reply to my emails... All documented**

g said when it comes time to move out you shouldn’t expect your entire security deposit back even if you did everything correctly. They will do everything in their power to illegally withhold the maximum that they can. Originally we were told they would be keeping $500 without an itemized list of what the costs were going towards. We fought this and asked for an itemized list which took almost a week for them to come up with. Now they have changed it to only keeping $300 and provided a small list which did not include receipts and was not itemized. They are saying we did not leave the apartment in a broom swept condition even though we did and that it costs $250 to wipe down one shelf we forgot to clean in the fridge and the microwave. It’s utterly ridiculous and we will be fighting it in court. Additionally Rachel from leasing is one of the worst people I’ve had to deal with in a professional setting. She is extremely rude, doesn’t answer the phone 80% of the time or return calls and seems completely unwilling to help you in anyway. If you move in here be aware that you will be losing a portion of the security deposit no matter what you do, as many other reviews have also stated.
