The property was initially constructed in 1915 and operated as a large equestrian farm for over 40 years. It was purchased by Mindy and her husband Phil in 2019, and the duo set about lovingly refurbishing the estate to its former glory. Positioned on over 49 acres of land and boasting breathtaking views of nearby Mt Pilchuck, The Bannan House Farm provides an idyllic location to celebrate your love. At this elegant venue, you have a number of options to choose from for your ceremony and reception. For example, you and your beloved can opt to exchange vows on the property’s spacious ceremony lawn or charming amphitheater field. These outdoor event spaces are ideal for couples who wish to host an alfresco milestone experience while providing a picturesque backdrop for wedding photos. Post-ceremony, guests are invited to proceed to the custom-built Field House for an evening of dinner and dancing as the festivities progress. This 1,760 square-foot banquet pavilion features rustic wooden tables, ambient chandelier lighting, and an adjacent patio area, perfect for mingling with loved ones beneath the starry night sky. The Field House can accommodate up to 120 weddings guests, with more intimate occasions also facilitated with ease.
The expert venue coordination team at The Bannan House Farm begins the experience with a pre-wedding meeting to discuss your preferred event style and size. They strive to work collaboratively with you, tailoring their packages to best suit your budget and desired aesthetic. The team can provide a selection of event rentals such as reclaimed wood tables, folding chairs, and propane heaters (included with venue rental). In addition, they also welcome outside vendors to the property, allowing you the freedom to pick and choose your preferred businesses for your event. For added convenience, the experienced staff at The Bannan House Farm is happy to manage the set-up and tear-down of tables, benches, and chairs on the big day. The property operates a pet-friendly policy and wholeheartedly invites furry, four-legged guests to join the celebrations (upon prior venue approval).

Meeting with Mindy to tour the venue went so smoothly, details and packages were laid out clearly to help us make our decision. Communication from there was easy and she answered every question we had, provided us with recommendations, and was flexible with last minute requests/adjustments to schedule. All of the last minute questions that arose Mindy handled which was so wonderful to decrease the stress of planning.
On the day of the wedding, Mindy and her team set everything up in the exact way we had discussed, with fantastic attention to detail, managed our guests entering and parking, and was available to any details that came up along the way. Our family that helped with set up and coordinating raved about Mindy’s help, communication, and preparedness. The space was perfect for our crowd of 180 guests, it felt spacious while still being warm and inviting.
The venue was the most beautiful, airy, nature inspired location of our dreams, and the team and support we received elevated it even more, we are so grateful.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We loved having both the ceremony and reception areas on-site, which made transitions easy for our guests. The bridal suite was gorgeous and provided the perfect space to relax and get ready before the ceremony. The surrounding landscape, with its river, trees, and pastures, created the dreamiest backdrop for our photos—we’re still in awe of how beautiful everything turned out.
The reception hall was spacious and ideal for our 120 guests. When unexpected rain required us to make last-minute changes to our seating arrangements, Mindy stepped in and handled it all with ease, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
