I really wanted to love Banter & Bliss! The cart and products look absolutely adorable, and I was trying desperately to have them at my bridal shower. Unfortunately, scheduling, emailing, phone calls and practically begging Sheena (customer service representative?) to send an invoice for almost 3 months got me nowhere. Though Sheena was mostly polite when she did respond, we were assured we would be sent an invoice "at some point" and our day was "on the schedule". When push came to shove and we wanted to secure Banter & Bliss formally requesting an actual invoice (again, this taking over 2 months with my emails being not responded to) we decided we needed to find another company that perhaps valued communication with potential clients more. Again, their bar cart looks lovely and absolutely festive and I truly wish things had turned out a bit differently, but alas, we found another candle company and we will be going with them.

Fun fact about my wedding - I only found my wedding venue because my now husband and I had attended one of Sheena's candle making classes at CRAFTED. We got to the class early, decided to walk around, and saw the event space and a big sign that said "We do weddings!" Talk about fate. ;) The bar cart was possibly the biggest hit at our wedding. All of our guests LOVED it, and several of them asked me for extras after the fact hahaha. Highly, highly recommend Sheena and the bar cart if you are looking for a unique favor for your wedding.

Finding Banter & Bliss was one of the exciting part of my wedding planning and having them at the reception was the best thing. I initially thought of just giving away candles, but she offered onsite candle making experience for our guests, and we couldn’t resist it! All our guests loved it, and kept talking about how unique the idea is. Sheena came to the venue with her beautiful, elegant looking carts. Our guests had 9 scents to choose from, that they can mix to create a unique scent. After choosing scents, she would help them pour it in their tin containers, that had the beautiful labels that Sheena created for us. Then they had to wait 45 mins before they can take away their favors. Sheena has been exceptional, responding to emails fast and was easy to communicate with. She was very professional and patient with attending to all our guests. This company is amazing and I am really happy that I found them.

We were very happy with the custom matches we ordered for our wedding welcome boxes, they were the perfect size, super cute, and strike very well! Banter & Bliss responded to my query quickly, produced our order quickly, and packaged everything perfectly to keep it safe. They were great about sending samples and suggesting design concepts based on our wedding look too! Hoping to order from them again for another future event :)

Banter and bliss is truly an amazing company! Sheena responded quickly to all our emails and requests! She created beautiful candels for us to give as our wedding day gifts! All of our guests absolutely loved the candels, they smell great and they look beautiful! Thank you for being truly amazing!

Banter & Bliss is such a great company to work with! Communication throughout the process was seamless and efficient! Sheena kept us updated with any meetings she had with our clients, not missing a detail. Our clients and choose custom scents with inspiration of where they have been in the world. They made this process great for them and presented some amazing scents. On their wedding day, they arrived on time (even earlier then expected, which is awesome!). Their set-up was BEAUTIFUL. Definitely a lot of thought put into their display. Guests loved making their own candles so much, we had reached our cap! I would definitely recommend Banter & Bliss again.
