The Bar Guests was founded in 2015 by two colleagues who enjoyed the craft of mixing beverages. Their main objective is to bring the ambiance, warmth, and charm of their clients' favorite local bars to their wedding venues. This team will work diligently to serve high-quality, carefully crafted drinks as they share their passion for mixology with every crowd they serve. The team at The Bar Guests offers a range of service packages for clients to choose from. This can include open bar services, cash bar services, or providing bartenders only. We had a lady as our bartender. Several guests complained about her being rude, some said she rolled her eyes when asked to make drinks, when guests asked for more than one drink s...

he would say “really?”, she looked upset serving last call drinks, one guest asked for water and she said “we don’t serve water” then someone needed ice and she said “that’s my ice” even though we paid extra for ice. We paid extra to make sure tip was included, and the service was terrible. The only reason I give two stars is because booking was easy.

Also, we want you to know that we absolutely appreciate your candid feedback, as we strive to exceed expectations each and every time, we are chosen to be a part of someone’s event. We try to let it be known to customers that guests are not supposed to serve themselves, and for safety reasons guests are only supposed to receive one drink at a time from the bar for themselves. From our understanding there were guests continuously trying to serve themselves instead of letting the bartender serve them. We will work with our staff to make sure they have a better way of communicating with guests what is to be expected from both parties. We sincerely apologize for your experience you had with our team.

e team was on time and quickly set up. The staff was friendly and personable and handled the buzzing crowd nicely. Breakdown and post-event communication was also very efficient. I very much look forward to partnering with this team again in the future as I know they are professional, capable and organized.
