red vendors. After searching for days for a good hair/makeup stylist that was responsive, I came across the Bardot and instantly loved their whole aesthetic. Their Instagram and website were easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. The best thing was how responsive they were via email and phone. They were very quick to respond and were easy to work with. I had to reschedule my hair trial after getting sick and gladly did so. Ashley was my hair stylist for both my trial and day of she was the absolute best! Her personality is great as she made me feel comfortable and confident, even when I did not know what look I wanted. She is very good at what she does technically and personally she was very down to earth and comforting. She tried a few different styles, and the one I ended up doing for the day-of was one that she recommended we tried for fun at the end and I am so glad she did! It was perfect! I did not want something super manicured but wanted it up off my back since it was an August wedding and Ashley gave me the best wispy up do twist. When one of my bridesmaids was stressed about her hair type with the style she wanted, Ashley reassured her she could do it and make it look beautiful which she did! She made my bridesmaid feel so relieved and she ended up loving the look. Could not have asked for better! Liz was my makeup artist and she absolutely KILLED it! I was so worried about my wedding makeup as I am not a huge glam person and never really love it when I have gotten my makeup done professionally in the past. That being said, she exceeded my expectations and I cannot say enough good things!! I wanted a soft natural glam that was glowy and heavy on blush and she did just that. She really took extra care with my makeup as the bride and I was so thankful because you could tell the time and energy put it into. The makeup held all day and she also provided me with a touch up kit to use to make it last even longer. Liz not only did beautiful makeup, but she also kept such a positive energy and continued to make me feel confident and stress free going into my wedding day. She also did a phenomenal job with the mother of the groom and bridesmaids-- everyone was so happy with how they looked! Again, I cannot put into words how happy I was with my makeup and how it made me feel! Incredibly grateful for the magic she created. My mom (mother of the bride) was apprehensive about getting her makeup done having older skin and she was SO pleased with both her hair and makeup. My whole bridal party was happy with the way they looked and I could not be more grateful! We also ran earlier than scheduled which helped the day feel much less stressful than anticipated. We were done early with time for touch ups and pictures before having to leave. Pricing was fairly comparable to other companies for wedding party hair/makeup and included built-in gratuity which was nice not to have to pay it later. Again, I was so beyond happy with The Bardot and the artists they provided! It was such a wonderful company to work with that really built women up and promoted confidence and comfort. I was so happy they were a huge part of our day!
