After searching endlessly for months for the right venue we came across THE BARN 305. Wow! We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. There is no person better than Ivan with his hospitality and service. Anything you need he will respond to you immediately and precisely. All of our guest commented on how amazing this venue was… a few people who recently got married were a bit jealous as well…. Sucks too suck.
Again if you are looking for the right venue for your wedding this is the place. Our wedding was 350+ people and there was more than enough space. The dance floor was lit up all night and the music was pumping.

NIGHTMARE WEDDING PICTRES....THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ...if you are looking to book this place with pictures include nooooooooooo we do not recommend it ,fist the pictures they use for their book and online sites are not taking for their photograper that they use for the wedding picture day .if you are a bride that dont want to have just 2 bad pictures taking on your wedding special day THAT EXACLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME well i will say dont look for this place or this place with picture include how happened to us our pictures are horrible quality non professional and also they excuse is why we dont tell them what pictures do we want hahahahaha that give you an ideea how bad they are well you can tell the photographer if can make specific one.. but not what supposed to be taking for the official pictures on your wedding day WHAT KIND THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS THIS AND DURING 8 hours never said let me take it picture to you as a bride with your dress DURING 8 HOURES JUST 2 PICTURE FOR THE BRIDE ?????????????HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THIS PLACE ?exacly a month after the wedding we dont have any answer ,after we are been caling them and being talking with a lady from the managment they dont resolve nothing and they act like that was our problem ,howthis can be our problem when we are there to have our beautiful day enjoining the moment to tell a "professional"photographer how to take pictures. we are asking for retaken pictures and they act like they dont have the fault so if you dont want to be behind a business like this "venue" dont be behind and dedicate to other kind of businnes for kids party because you are not covering the happiness that represent for a client their wedding day that means you are unhappy person that never being married and dont know what represent pictures on a wedding day > dont book this place dont book this place with photography if you dont want to ruin your weding day if you are millionary or judio they going to treat you well because they can take advantage or your money and what is exacly what they like just take your money but if you are a normal person that just want to have a beautiful day with a beautiful pictures DONT BOOK THIS PLACE and they even RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT YET , SO who is the interested person here so that represent one more time the person they be there just to take your money but dont care of your special day,

Could have not chosen a better place for our wedding!! The venue is absolutely a dream come true, waterfalls and nature makes everything even more beautiful. The whole staff did an amazing job, the food was unbelievable good, guests were served well at all times, facility was clean and prepared for the occasion. Definitely recommend this place with my eyes closed!!

We just got married less than a week ago at the Barn 305, and it really was the wedding of our dreams! Every vendor they recommended displayed outstanding professionalism and communication. Claudia did a wonderful job with providing suggestions to give us the best day possible and made sure everything ran smoothly. All of our guests and family had a wonderful time and won’t stop glowing about how beautiful everything was! It was the perfect way to begin our new marriage.

We had our wedding on April 15, 2023. The venue was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The planning process was great with most of the vendors contracted through the venue. The in house catering company was fantastic. The decorations and DJ were spot on to my vision. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable for 10 girls and 4 makeup team members to spread out. Everyone has raved about the wedding and how awesome it was. I can’t wait to attend my sister in laws wedding at this exact venue next year!

This venue is beautiful but I had a horrible experience having my wedding there. I truly regret it. I met with the owner in 2021, and at the time, pricing was different, and when we visited, he sold us this vision of how everything was included. I had to contact Jessica multiple times to schedule our engagement photoshoot. The month leading to our wedding was full of headaches. They decided to add security as a requirement when it was not when I met with Ivan. I was told linens and plates were included by Katherine to find out on the week that it was not. When the coordinator called the owner Ivan to address it, he advised that he had spent millions in his property and was not giving anything for free (which no one asked). I am reviewing their comments from my matron of honor, and it stated I only rented the venue with my contract. See below for what my contracts listed Cocktail area Multiple Ceremony areas: Barn Ceremony Ceremony Island with waterfall surrounding Pine forest ceremony 300 year old Black olive tree Multiple memorable ficus tress Groom Suite Presidential Bridal suite Air conditioned bathrooms Bathroom Attendant Bridal Private Residence Western Wagon Wheel Horse Carriage Private parking inside property for up to 400 guest 100 Ceremony Chairs 100 Gold Chiavari Chairs 10 round 60" tables 5 cocktail tables Rustic Outoor Reception Area The reception area offers a multifunctional space for your event: 85ft x 40ft Covered Reception Area 5 – Wagon Wheel Chandeliers 37 – Deco Style Adjustable Lights Perimeter String Lighting Second floor DJ stage Disco Style Party AreA Rustic Bar Ice Machine. They wanted to know who was going to clean when I paid 18 percent Service fee 18%: Tear down Lawn Maintenance Reception cleaning Bar cleaning Bathroom cleaning Ceremony cleaning Cocktail Cleaning Bridal suite cleaning Grooms suite cleaning.
The day of the wedding, Ivan, the owner, sent home the caterer, and my bridal party was forced to set up, and that made us late with everything, which made our ceremony start late. While my girls were setting up, their staff was talking bad about us in Spanish, not knowing some of us speak Spanish. I am so tired of hearing they upgraded the venue and that I should be grateful (Jessica continues to state that even in her reply to the below reviews). I am not grateful because I did not ask you to update your venue as I booked it prior to all the updates. They definitely regretted that I paid less compared to the price they have now.
Please read your contract with this place if you do hire outside vendors. I picked this venue because of its simplicity, and I regret it. Please don't call me to discuss this review.

Thank you for your feedback on the wedding of April 24, 2023. As the owner of The Barn 305...
, I would like to address Withney's review and provide additional details to clarify the situation. Our rental contract was tailored to you since it was a traditional Haitian wedding. The only items included in the fee were the venue, sound system, and Dj, however, you chose to bring in your own Caribbean DJ.
We also required security guards, as they are mandatory to be present during every event, which is stated in the agreement.
In addition, our contract clearly states "the property rental is for the use of the facilities as specified and does not include any other services or supplies." "It is the responsibility of the client or a client representative to supervise and oversee all vendor setup, operations, and cleanup." "The Barn 305 is not responsible for any misunderstandings, erroneous vendor setup, missing equipment, lack of supplies, or miscommunication."
Withney brought in her own vendors for coordination, DJ, catering, bar, florists, photographers, videographers, glassware rental, and cake. These vendors were not included in the contract and were the responsibility of the client.
Regarding the delay in the event timeline, we would like to clarify that it was caused by multiple factors, including a lack of proper coordination services by the planner you hired and having the ceremony at a church offsite. Your cocktail hour was scheduled to be at 6:30pm, however, you and all your guests arrived at the venue 8:25 pm, causing a delay of almost two and a half hours.
Furthermore, during Withney's visits to the venue over the past two years, she did not mention any additional items such as charger plates, linens, or decorations until the week of her wedding. We always encourage our clients to communicate any requests or questions in advance, so we can ensure that their needs are met on their special day. However, it is the responsibility of the client to specify any additional items they require and confirm that they are included in the contract.
We also attempted to clarify a separate issue regarding the catering, but Withney did not want to speak with the owner of the catering company to clarify the allegations towards the venue. We always strive to provide excellent service and address any concerns or issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In conclusion, we would like to emphasize that we provided the reception tables and chairs with cushions, the sweetheart table and chairs, as well as the cocktail tables, as an additional courtesy, even though these items were not included in the contract. At The Barn 305, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of our clients and guests, and we take pride in going above and beyond to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience my wife and I had at your venue for our wedding. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning. From the beautiful architecture to the stunning waterfall, every corner of the property was picture-perfect. We knew we had made the right choice as soon as we stepped onto the grounds, and we were blown away by the beauty of the space.
The quality of the food was also exceptional. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and our guests were raving about it all night long. It was evident that great care and attention were put into the ingredients and the preparation of the meal. We were so pleased with the quality of the food, it was second to none.
But what really set this venue apart was the staff. Yanel Ramos and the team were absolutely amazing. From the first time we met with them, they were warm, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and that everything ran smoothly. Their kindness and patience throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding were truly appreciated. They made us feel like we were part of the family, and we will never forget their hospitality.
We also had the pleasure of working with an amazing photographer DBatista who was recommended by the venue. Him and his team captured every moment of our day so beautifully, and we were blown away by the final results. They were so talented, and we will cherish these photos videos for a lifetime.
Overall, they exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will cherish the memories of our wedding day forever. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience. We are so grateful to Yanel Ramos and the entire staff for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful setting, exceptional food, and an amazing team of professionals.

The place was a dream come true. The owner was super detailed about everything, caring, and helpful. Me and my wife do not have words to thank him or to describe how perfect this place is. The location is a dream, the nature surrounds you like no where I have been before. The horse and carriage gave a touch that was indescribable.
The staff at the barn was super helpful, caring, nice, and cool. Loved every single one of them.
If you are looking for a place to have your wedding, look no further. This is the best place to get married, or have a photo shoot!

If you’re searching for a wedding venue that is organized and has great hospitality search no more. The Barn 305 exceeded all my expectations, very beautiful place and above all very clean. The bathrooms stayed spotless throughout the whole night and the rest of the venue was practically impeccable. Love it!!!

I cannot stress enough how much I absolutely LOVED the Barn 305. Our wedding was September 10, 2022 at the Barn and it was absolutely magical. First of all, every single vendor we worked with of theirs was a delight. The linens, flowers , catering, it was all an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish. Next, Jessica, I cannot stress enough how great Jessica was. Every phone call , email, text, she was with us every step of the way. She was always wonderful to engage with and was so sweet during the last stretch, to me and my family once our rehearsal came. Everyone from the property we talked with, or interacted with was an absolute delight. Last, but DEFINITELY not least, the property is absolutely stunning! There are several cocktail and ceremony areas, a separate bridal and groom suite to get ready in, and a beautiful reception area with wonderful lightening and sound. I have no intention of having to plan another wedding, but if I did, I would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat.

Stunning! The only word I can use to describe this location. My husband and I have been grateful for The Barn 305 for allowing us to use their gorgeous venue to commemorate one of the biggest ventures in our lives. This is a family owned business and you can absolutely tell they take pride in their company. We rented the venue for our daughter's 15th (quince) photo shoot. Everything was PERFECT! The staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that every setting was immaculate. The pictures background came out beyond words! HIGHLY recommend Ivan and his staff!

As a bride, I couldn’t have felt any better about my wedding day. Ivan and his staff were great! They helped me with everything and helped around to make sure my wedding day was at its best. I honestly felt comfort and “stress free” at all times. It was a rainy morning, but that didn’t stop them from making sure everything was on point. I honestly can say this was the best experience a bride could have and would recommend The Barn 305 to everyone when your planning an event. You won’t feel alone throughout the process. It was the best day ever!

We had our 150 person wedding at Ivan's property in March 2019, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Ivan was extremely helpful in giving us ideas for the setup, lending us his ice machine, and flexible when it came to different accommodations and other vendors. I know he was there during the reception because he told me he'd be nearby just in case anything happened, but honestly I didn't even notice him. My husband and I stayed the night there and Ivan allowed the caterers to finish picking up the tables the following morning rather than the night before, so we could stay up as late as we wanted during the reception. I really appreciated this because flexibility of schedule/time was one of the reasons I chose his property. The venue itself is beautiful and everyone complimented us on our choice. I really have to thank Ivan for his helpfulness as well. I completely recommend the venue and Ivan, and would absolutely book it again for any other big party or event I might have in the future.

My husband and I had our wedding here in November 2019, and everything was so beautiful! The location is amazing, and had pretty much everything we needed for our wedding. From the sound system, to the lighting, Ivan added so many touches to the property to make it the perfect pace to have a wedding ceremony and reception. We received so many compliments from all our guests! Ivan is the perfect host, and helped us out with everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we had our dream wedding and everything ran smoothly! I highly recommend this location. You will love it! The horse and barn make for great pictures, and the way the sun sets in the background is beautiful!

We had our 250 person wedding at Ivan’s venue on 11/16/19 and it was better than we expected! Every one loves the place. It was gorgeous and our wedding looked incredible because of the venue. Ivan was an amazing host! He was incredibly helpful and made the wedding stress free. I can’t thank him enough!!!! We are beyond happy with how everything came out!
