Our all-inclusive package is the most popular choice, allowing you to simply arrive and enjoy your day while we handle vendor coordination, timeline planning, décor setup, catering, music, staffing, and more.
For smaller celebrations, we also offer weekday and Sunday weddings, elopements, and build-your-own packages. Whether you need a simple ceremony space or you’re adding your own DIY touches, we’ll help bring your vision to life.
The Barn is an antique structure full of charm, twinkle lights, a grand chandelier, and wide barn doors that open to our woodland ceremony site, tree-lined meadow, and the stillness of our valley setting.
We also provide private, climate-controlled getting-ready cabins and convenient guest lodging right next door at our family-run Airbnb homes—The Lakehouse, Grandma’s Cottage, and The Little Farmhouse—plus our neighbors’ House at Cedar Grove.
Couples travel from all over to celebrate here, and we make sure the planning process feels personal, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish.

, but the people are so sweet. They truly took a lot of stress from the planning process off my chest. They have a DIY package that I ended up utilizing so that I had less vendors to worry about. And, let me tell you, it was probably one of the best wedding planning decisions I made; I ended up adding packages for alcohol/bartending, decor, lunch provisions, food services, and florals. My day went off basically without a hitch. Multiple guests told me the staff was incredibly helpful, and they helped me through every step of the process. They have a decor barn I could choose anything from and they took my Pinterest Board and made it into a reality. The grooms cabin, bridal suite, and reception areas are all so well-kept and perfect. They were ALWAYS available via text or email and answered any questions I had.
Literally do not think we could have picked a better venue. I have nothing but positive things to say.

nts; details and handling with weather. I had to reiterate several of my details for my food as they kept getting things mixed up. Also, had to remind that things came with my package or was in the initial email that listed everything, that I was expecting those. On my wedding day and when the reception was occurring, the weather started to rain and get windy while we were inside the barn. Amy tried to get me to close up the reception early and she wanted to tell the guests they could go home if they wanted. Me and my husband had to tell her that they are grown ups and can handle when they should leave on their own and that we were NOT going to shut down the reception early when we paid for the whole night. Besides that, it was amazing!

buy any decor and used all of the inventory that they have. That saved us SO much money because we did not have to buy anything we would only use once. Aside from the decor, Amy and her staff were amazing. We had them help to serve our Ice cream and Amy made her appearance to make sure everything was running smoothly. They accommodated all of our needs and made sure that the day was relaxing. I wish I could give them 100 stars. They cleaned up after the wedding and my husband and I were able to leave at ease. You get more than just a wedding venue. You grow a relationship. The Barn at Cedar Gove still checks in on us and they genuinely care. If you are on the edge about picking a venue, stop wondering. You have the best venue right in front of you.

They did everything we asked (in the midst of the pandemic), and worked very hard to make our daughter’s wedding everything she had dreamed of. The owner, Amy Mitchum, has developed close relationships with numerous excellent vendors in the area. This made our experience like ‘one stop shopping’. The day before the wedding and the day of Kasey and Tara helped make sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly! I have zero complaints about the barn and their staff! I would recommend it to anyone!
