Married to my high school sweetheart, I’m a proud mom, mother-in-law, and grandma to eight amazing grandchildren. My background in office management and bookkeeping shaped my entrepreneurial journey, but my love for creating beautiful, meaningful celebrations truly found its purpose when we transformed our family’s old tobacco barn into a wedding venue. Fabulous!! They handled all the details with grace, charm and southern hospitality. We gave them our ideas and they turned them into reality. A perfect venue for a dream wedding with no stress. Everyone from the employed staff, to the contracted personnel they hired for you, were top notch. Highly recommend!

The Barn at Cedar Grove made my wedding day a fairy tale. Not only was it a beautiful venue, it had numerous different ceremony locations to fit whatever you are wanting. I did not buy any decor and used all of the inventory that they have. That saved us SO much money because we did not have to buy anything we would only use once. Aside from the decor, Amy and her staff were amazing. We had them help to serve our Ice cream and Amy made her appearance to make sure everything was running smoothly. They accommodated all of our needs and made sure that the day was relaxing. I wish I could give them 100 stars. They cleaned up after the wedding and my husband and I were able to leave at ease. You get more than just a wedding venue. You grow a relationship. The Barn at Cedar Gove still checks in on us and they genuinely care. If you are on the edge about picking a venue, stop wondering. You have the best venue right in front of you. They are also dog friendly!!!!!

The Barn at Cedar Grove is an absolute dream. I couldn’t think of a complaint even if I tried. The barn staff work SO hard to make sure your day is perfect and stress free. I gave them a vision and they made it come to life in ways I didnt even expect. Amy and her team are incredible. I would choose this venue over and over again.

We absolutely love The Barn! The staff are willing to help with whatever, whenever. With the large selection of inventory items, we hardly had to buy anything (decor wise) for our ceremony and reception. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. The location is very remote- but SO worth the drive!

The Barn at Cedar Grove Greensburg, KY This is a beautiful country wedding venue in Greensburg, Kentucky. We held our daughter’s wedding at this site 9/26/2020. In addition to the beautiful setting, the staff at this venue is the absolute best. They did everything we asked (in the midst of the pandemic), and worked very hard to make our daughter’s wedding everything she had dreamed of. The owner, Amy Mitchum, has developed close relationships with numerous excellent vendors in the area. This made our experience like ‘one stop shopping’. I recommend giving this venue a look – you won’t be sorry!

I have to admit that at first I was hesitate because of the distance we would be driving for this venue but it was so worth it! This year with Covid made things a challenge for so many weddings but the Barn eliminated any of the issues that others were having while still being safe! Amy and her team are true professionals! They took care of all of our needs and answered all of our questions! As far as the venue itself it is absolutely gorgeous and turned my daughters wedding into a fairy tale! We couldn't have asked for anything more!! Thanks Amy!!

I never write reviews but I had to write this time. This place is just amazing place!!! When I saw it a first time I knew that was it! It has everything that one venue should have and more. I love the location, very secluded . Love the history of the barn. Amy and her staff were so nice and helpful. They did my decision and it was exactly what I wanted to be even more. From the day that I meet Amy I had a feeling that I know her for years. She is so welcoming. Bar itself is magical and have so much potential for decorations. It can accommodate large amount of people. It is very dreamy and welcoming. Have great spots for pictures and you can choose where you want your ceremony to be. I highly recommend this place for your forever I DO!!! YOU GO AMY!!!

Amy was AMAZING to work with. She made the whole process stress free for us. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, and they have great options of decor to use to make your wedding not only beautiful, but a reflection of you and your personal taste. I would recommend this venue 10/10! Our wedding was perfect, largely in part to The Barn at Cedar Grove and their staff!

The Barn is a place where dreams come true- quite literally! My husband and I could not have asked for a better place to get married. Amy is phenomenal and she is so helpful during the planning process. Even on a cold, rainy weekend in late October, our wedding was perfect. The decorations and flowers were lovely but we, and our guests, felt that the setting of the venue was so unique and beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful venue to all those engaged couples out there looking for a Southern, rustic and truly elegant venue!

I could not have been more pleased with my venue!! It’s the most beautiful location I’ve ever seen!! Everything is perfect down there! The staff can accommodate ANY type of wedding you can dream of-from the most simple countryside wedding to the most elegant of events. The staff was incredible and will serve you in whatever capacity you choose. We chose to let them handle all the details and our big day went off without a hitch! (Even through much less than perfect weather for the day). I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

A fairytale venue for any type of wedding! Whether a small wedding or a large wedding, The Barn at Cedar Grove is perfect!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this venue!!! The staff, the grounds, the barn itself, the bridal cottage, and the grooms cabin are extraordinary! I highly recommend working with The Barn at Cedar Grove for your next event, you won't regret it!

I highly recommend the Barn at Cedar Grove! The venue is gorgeous, hardly any decorating is even needed with its natural beauty and the land surrounding the barn is just as beautiful. Plus Amy is amazing to work with, she went above and beyond to make our day everything we imagined it would be and then some.

The Barn at Cedar Grove was everything I had every dreamed my wedding would be! When my husband and I first visited it we completely fell in love! It was so perfect! Amy and her team have recently done a significant amount of upgrades and remodels but have done a great job keeping the rustic beauty of the barn. The day before the wedding and the day of Kasey and Tara helped make sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly! I have zero complaints about the barn and their staff! I would recommend it to anyone!
