The Barn at Coal Creek is set on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma on twenty acres of farmland. It's a perfect venue for your perfect day. We have over 5,000 square feet of indoor space that is climate-controlled. With our bridal suite, groom suite, commercial kitchen, and bar spaces, we can meet all of your wedding day needs. If you're wanting an outdoor wedding, our patio and outdoor ceremony space can accommodate 100 guests and has the quaint backdrop of pastureland and the beautiful Oklahoma sky. The Barn at Coal Creek was more than we could have imagined for our big day! Not only is the venue beautiful offering either an indoor or outdoor setting the owners are wonderful as well! Prior to the big day they asked how many guests we would...
be having and how we wanted tables and chairs set up. Then when we arrived everything was already in place so all we had to do was decorate how we wanted. They were also there periodically through the day to offer assistance and to ensure everything we needed was available.

ures. Jenny is wonderful! She is so sweet and helpful and made some great suggestions that we would’ve never thought of! She was more than willing to help us out on our special day and works hard to be very accessible to her clients. She’s very approachable, as is her family, and many members of my family told me afterwards how much they enjoyed talking to her. If you’re looking for an great venue for an indoor outdoor ceremony and a lot of options for setup, as well as natural beauty to allow any kind of decor you want, this is the venue for you. Booking with Jenny at The Barn at Coal Creek was the best decision we made for our wedding.

Hi! I'm Jenny. My parents own the barn and I book it! LOL. Most of the time, if you're corresponding with someone regarding The Barn at Coal Creek, you're talking to me. Even though the venue is new, we're kind of old hats at the event/wedding business. Our family is accustomed to feeding and entertaining large groups. On any given holiday, we can have anywhere from 50-100 people attend. Plus, we've had a lot of experience with planning and decorating weddings of all shapes and sizes.
