The Barn at Coal Creek is a wedding venue set on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma, on twenty acres of farmland. It's a perfect venue for your perfect day. We have over 5,000 square feet of indoor space that is climate-controlled. With our bridal suite, groom suite, commercial kitchen, and bar spaces, we can meet all of your wedding day needs. If you're wanting an outdoor wedding, our patio and outdoor ceremony space can accommodate 100 guests and has the quaint backdrop of pastureland and the beautiful Oklahoma sky.

s well! Prior to the big day they asked how many guests we would be having and how we wanted tables and chairs set up. Then when we arrived everything was already in place so all we had to do was decorate how we wanted. They were also there periodically through the day to offer assistance and to ensure everything we needed was available.

pful the day of getting us an extra table. However I will say the grounds were not maintained well. They claim that it was well taken care of but we found dog poop on the concrete where I would stand at the arbor that my dad had to clean up. We also found some by the chairs that were set up by the ceremony space. The venue gave us the entire day until midnight however we had a few guests leave after my fake exit and Jenny’s father came over and started going through the rooms and checking everything out claiming we only had 8 hours however my coordinator had the contract that stated we had until midnight. Our catering company started breaking down tables and chairs which was a miscommunication by them and Jenny’s dad yelled at both sets of my parents and my coordinator about it. I will end this review stating that the venue was beautiful and we had a great time however professionalism needs to be worked on .

ny venue was exactly what we wanted and we got some amazing pictures. Jenny is wonderful! She is so sweet and helpful and made some great suggestions that we would’ve never thought of! She was more than willing to help us out on our special day and works hard to be very accessible to her clients. She’s very approachable, as is her family, and many members of my family told me afterwards how much they enjoyed talking to her. If you’re looking for an great venue for an indoor outdoor ceremony and a lot of options for setup, as well as natural beauty to allow any kind of decor you want, this is the venue for you. Booking with Jenny at The Barn at Coal Creek was the best decision we made for our wedding.
