relaxing morning. It was so gorgeous!!!! The ceremony by the lake was magical and the sunset coming through the windows during the reception was like a dream. Every single one of their staff was so kind and helpful, they knew exactly what needed to be done and made sure not only me and the groom were taken care of but all of our friends and family. I cannot rave about them enough. I would recommend them a million times over. Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of us!

He actually let me know 3 days into dating, that we would get married there, if that tells you anything about it to begin with. It will accommodate your entire wedding party, friends, family, and other guests as well. It’s perfect for any event. What truly sets the venue apart in my eyes, are the folks who come with it. If you ever get the privilege to meet the owners Mrs. Karen and Mr. Larry, you will truly understand the saying of “Southern Hospitality”. They are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. Their staff members are some of the most sweetest and accommodating people I have ever met as well. It says a lot about a business where the first time you speak, you feel like you’ve known them a lifetime, and can trust they will take your event and make sure it is perfect. From set up to clean up, it is top notch. You will never go wrong with Cottonwood Ranch for any celebration, wedding, or gathering that you may have. ide. When you reach the barn your breath is taken away by the venue and stunning oak tree at the entrance. Inside the barn it has high ceilings, stunning chandeliers, a large staircase, wooden pillars and plenty of space for a seated dinner and dancing. They have a 3 room area upstairs for the girls and moms to get ready in and a spacious cabin for the boys and dads to get ready in. Both areas were clean, styled elegantly and spacious enough for you to get ready in. The boys had so much fun playing pool, poker, and hanging out before the wedding. Our guests loved the venue just as much as we did. Many of them complimented on how peaceful the atmosphere is from the minute you arrive. The staff was absolutely incredible as well. Jen was the person to help us throughout the entire process and answered every question we had day or night. The day of the wedding we had Jamie helping and she was just as amazing. Any little question or task I needed done she got it done with ease. Kendall was our day of coordinator and she knocked it out of the park. She helped me surprise my mom with a bouquet dedication and was so easy to talk to. Her and Jamie set everything up for us on the day of and the night before when we had our rehearsal dinner, and it lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders. Every step of the way they were accommodating, professional, and always available. They genuinely cared about making our wedding special. The day of the wedding she was my savior, anything that needed to be fixed in a hurry she jumped right on and made the day go off seamlessly! The whole staff went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect. From the planning process to the day of, they were accommodating, professional, and always available. ss free. Kendall and Jenn absolutely made that happen. Not only for the bride and groom but for me as well. They take care of every detail. They know what you want before you want it. From the planning to the last call both ladies were there making sure the bride and groom were taken care of. The Barn itself is beyond impressive. The cottage the boys had before the wedding was first class, complete with the biggest deer I've ever seen just walking around the yard. Kendall and Jenn loaded the cars with the food and beverages that were left over and took care of all of the other items my daughter supplied. If your daughter is planning a wedding and you want a TOTALLY stress free event where they make the bride feel light the princess she is, I highly recommend The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch.

We had some extraordinary circumstances and Kendall and Jamie both took on the challenges, faced them head on and totally delivered the wedding for our daughter that we could have only dreamed of. is so naturally beautiful that we were able to go very simple with our decor because it didn't need anything additional to make it a stunning place to get married. We worked with Jenn and had a great experience overall. We were a bit frustrated that we weren't told ahead of time that everything would have to be packed out of the venue before the end of the night, which was frustrating because my mom and dad and several members of the bridal party got pulled from the buses at the end to pack the venue and we would have made a plan if we had known ahead of time, but we are still giving a 5 star review because overall it was a great experience and all of our guests raved at how beautiful it was. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the vendor's bartenders! My family is still going on and on about how they were the life of the party, and looked genuinely happy to be there and that added so positively to our ambiance! If you're looking for a stunning venue that is reasonably priced in Northeast Florida, look no further, the Barn at Cottonwood is the way to go!
