met them we thought they were the most kind and genuine people (this was before we had even signed/booked with them). I never believed that planning a wedding could be so much fun and stress free, but Lindsey and Cassidy made it happen! Any question or concern we had was addressed immediately and we never ever felt alone in our decision making. They had worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to coordinate schedules and timelines and bring the day to life. Lindsey and Cassidy made sure to make every single moment of the day feel special. From 7am coffee, to 11pm clean up, we never had to lift a finger. The barn crew handled all of set up and take down and even packed everything into our cars. Not to mention how absolutely STUNNING the barn looked. Every friend/family member we spoke to commented on how helpful the team was. They truly never missed a beat. Quite literally-when dancing on the dance floor to clean up spills or when they had a choreographed dance to help get people back on the dance floor- they crushed it!! My fiancé and I had come up with a ridiculous idea of making #TeamBrown tshirts for our wedding party, and when we asked about making extra for the staff they were all in! They rocked those #TeamBrown shirts all night long, and we were so happy to have them on our team! Booking this venue will be the second easiest “yes” of your wedding journey (the first one being to your engagement)!! The love and support they give to ensure that your day is special is so rare, especially for a venue staff that traditionally wouldn’t need to be that involved with the countless weddings that come through. I never once felt like our day wasn’t the highlight of their world in the moment and can’t thank each of them enough for how they truly made the day what it was. A special shout-out to Lindsey for being the best planner a bride could ask for! She made every aspect of the wedding so much better and stress free for me, and I felt like I gained a friend after getting the chance to plan with her for almost an entire year. ntire wedding planning! To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! During our 15 month engagement, we visited the barn a few different times throughout the year and there was literally always something new such as a photo booth, new amenities, & so much more! The amount of money we saved compared to friends who had to purchase things that the barn provided us was a huge bonus. Also in my opinion, every venue needs a Cassidy & Lindsey! They were always a text away if I had a question, were my biggest hype girls throughout the weekend, gave me so many ideas on ways to decorate and things to do, supported my ideas, and were always there with a helping hand. The owners Cristy and Dan were also so kind and helpful, as were all of the staff during wedding weekend. The day went so smoothly and we have heard nothing but compliments about the attention to detail at the barn. Even our videographer made a comment about how it was one of the coolest venues they’ve ever done. The bin was one of the best things too as it gave us both our own areas to get ready in without seeing each other since we didn’t do a first look. My husband loved being able to spend his last night as a bachelor in the bin with his best friends so that was a really cool touch. If you have any doubts about booking The Barn at Fairview Acres, just take a visit, meet with the staff, and know that even if your wedding day is 98 degrees and outdoors like mine, they’ll make sure your wedding is absolutely perfect!

Given everything that the venue provides, it made it the most affordable, cost-effective venue on our list and it's exactly why we picked it. The venue met all our criteria, we got to have the ceremony and reception there, we got to pick our own timeline, we got to stay there overnight, they provided drinks and booze (for extra, which was still cheaper than any other place we looked at), everything was like God sent.

Having the shed with decor to choose from was a BLESSING!!! Having the Bin on site for the wedding party to sleep in was such a unique touch and it allowed us to continue the party with our closest friends!
