Cassie was especially amazing to work with. Since we were planning our wedding from two different states, we expected the process to be stressful—but she made it the complete opposite. Cassie was always available by phone or email and consistently responded quickly whenever we had questions. She guided us through every step and truly made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the day of the wedding, everything came together perfectly. We received so many compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue was, and the food was absolutely amazing. It was clear that the entire team cares deeply about making each couple’s day special.
We feel so blessed to have worked with such a wonderful team and couldn’t recommend The Barn at Grant Station more. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with incredible service and delicious catering, this is the place!

paver walkway. The barn and patio area really work great for the layout. The gorgeous chandeliers are my favorite part! Cassie the event coordinator really does a great job at making sure everything is correct and she was very responsive to my many emails and questions.
Some things I had concerns with were bugs, the train and the weather. I can confidently tell you we did not have one bug as they do spray and maintain the property very well. The train literally passes within seconds and once the music is on you don’t even think about it. The weather was perfect for our March wedding. The breeze coming off of the water really makes a difference for outside events.

lants in the ceremony area and walkway back to the barn reception which gives it a natural beauty. The venue also has a his and hers side in the onsite bridal cottage which included full bathrooms. The convenience of having a private area to get ready and hangout before the ceremony made everything run smoother. We chose to have them cater the food and alcohol. The food from Rib City was delicious. We are so glad we went with The Barn at Grant Station for our wedding venue.
