My family made three trips to The Barn during that year to tour. I loved that by booking The Barn, we were reserving the whole weekend at the space. Our family even stayed at the on-site Farmhouse. The day before the wedding, we set up a high volume of decorations (and we didn't have to worry about taking them down until the day after). On the wedding day, Blanche and team were incredibly helpful in making sure that every detail was in place. nly make an already beautiful space better. We are a simple couple, so for us having a venue that had built in beauty was important, so we could just add touches throughout and it still feel special. Having outdoor components to the wedding was important to us, and you are able to really make full use of the grounds. We had an outdoor ceremony in one of the paddocks, and made use of the firepit on the adjacent paddock, as well as an outdoor cocktail hour just outside of the BARN. It was so unique to me to have so many freedoms in one venue. After ceremony we got whisked away on a golfcart to get our first bride and groom pics on this breathtaking mountain view hilltop and share those first few minutes of married life to ourselves. It was so beautiful and special, I will never forget that. Danni was exceptionally good with coordinating through email, response time was literally always less than 5 minutes, no matter what time of day. And Blanche was with us from first venue meeting and all throughout the big day. As a bride, it is so touching and humbling to have someone like Blanche who is genuinely just as excited for your wedding as you are, she was more than just a venue coordinator, you feel like your forever part of the BARN family. They also have a super convenient and exceptionally tastefully decorated renovated Farmhouse for the couples to rent for wedding weekend, that we rented for grooms family who was coming in from out of town, to give them an extra special stay. We held our rehersal dinner there as there were a couple eating areas, a picnic table, a grill, a screened in porch, and a beautiful open farmstyle kitchen. Blanche was super open to any and all ideas, and truly loves seeing weddings come to life at the BARN. You can tell she takes pride in the space and loves seeing her couples happy. The BARN is the perfect venue to really set the tone for what a profound commitment you are embarking on when you take the leap of marriage.

venue is well run and everything was easy day of. Blanche was on site the day before to talk through things with us and make sure that everything was set up as we wanted. She helped day of as well to make sure things were going smoothly. With so much space to work with, we are able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in different areas to make the night even more fun. Many other perks like the bonfire pit, great brides and grooms suite to hang out in beforehand, golf cart for some of our older guests, the hilltop for perfect evening pictures and the list goes on. I couldn't think of a more perfect place to get married!

venue. It was in our budget and we couldn't sign up fast enough. A year and a half planning the event and all along the way Danni and Blanche were fabulous! They answered our emails immediately, gave us lots of advice concerning vendors, and suggestions for how the wedding flows best. Jeff Loshinsky catering was fabulous - the buffet menu was the way to go - Jeff is the culinary genius and John was amazing in how he guided our final decisions leading up to the wedding and most importantly, the week before the wedding. Regina from Verdigris Tea & Chocolate Bar created the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake ever, and Ren @ Renkofloral was a true floral artist filling the space with the most magical flowers -the wedding bouquets are the most beautiful we have ever seen! Kyle Anne Garcia of Make-up and Hair Artistry was another true artist - my daughter's hair was perfect, my make-up was so natural - everyone's hair/make-up was perfect! She was also fun to have around! Can't say enough about the DJ, the ceremony musicians and the fabulous photographers! Paulette and Matt of Novella Photography were amazing - the sneak peek photographs are breath-taking. The clean up was easy and Blanche was there to offer her services again! Such a beautiful venue - get the golf cart for some gorgeous sunset photos and the bonfire for the perfect way to wind down the festivities and your wedding will be a dream come true! I was petrified of doing a DIY wedding but all the vendors and this special venue made it so easy! Thank you all for a wonderful wedding!

. We visited a few other places within the span of a few months but we kept coming back to Liberty as it was by far the nicest place! Not only that, but Danni and her team were the most responsive and helpful ever! Danni answered all of our questions, and promptly, since day 1 - which was over a year before the wedding day. She helped guide us every step of the way. Danni and Blanche are the nicest people we've ever worked with and we're so grateful they were there for us. They gave us their professional advice and recommendations which we were so grateful of. Everything went really smoothly on the big day. All of our guests loved the venue as it was unique and beautiful all at once. I wish we could do it all over again!!

ofessional, friendly, and accommodating. We requested to get into the space very last minute a few times for planning and they always responded right away and made it possible. The Barn is beautifully renovated and needs very little decor and the land surrounding it is the ultimate backdrop-it's all a great blank slate that couples can do a little or a lot with depending on their taste. All of the small features-- the fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs, the new bathrooms, the bridal/groom suites--take this venue to the next level. Our wedding day was wonderful and beyond our wildest dreams. Our guests could not stop raving about the setting. It truly feels so private and otherworldly. I would urge anyone considering an upstate or barn wedding to book the Barn at Liberty Farms, you won't regret it!

, the Events Manager, is a true gem.  If you are looking for peace of mind, look no further.  Danni went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and is full of great ideas. Not to mention, she was always so responsive which made the whole process stress-free!   The grounds of the venue are exceptionally beautiful and the inside of the BARN is bright, airy and well lit. There is plenty of open space for guests to roam.  We had multiple options for our ceremony and cocktail hour (which were both outside on the paddocks), and we made use of one of the paddocks just for lawn games.  The fire pit was a wonderful addition to the wedding, and our guests really enjoyed sitting around the fire toward the end of the night.  For photos, we had a personal golf cart driver to take us up to the hilltop where there are breathtaking views of the Berkshire and Catskill mountains overlooking the farm.  A must see! A list of recommended vendors is provided to each bride.  This was incredibly helpful for us as it cut down on research time and made our decision-making a lot easier. We used a couple of vendors on the list for our rentals and flowers.  Both vendors were exceptionally pleasant to work with!  On that list is also an extensive list of b&bs and hotels in the area, which was nice for guests looking for a place to stay. The venue provides tables and chairs and has beautiful bathrooms among other amenities, all of which other barn venues we looked at were lacking. Another thing we loved is that the BARN only holds one wedding per weekend.  This is a huge benefit other venues did not offer, and thus, we felt we were given the personal attention we needed. Better yet, we had the entire day before the wedding to set up and get settled.  Blanche, the day-of coordinator, was so helpful, offering her help to set up tables and even assisting us with making our centerpieces!! This, we did not expect.   In short, the BARN provides more than just a venue, it provides a one-of-a-kind experience with wonderful memories that are sure to last a lifetime. It is a blank canvas of endless possibilities and is the perfect destination for a fairytale wedding. My deepest gratitude goes to Mark, Bev, Danni and Blanche for their incredible work.

ldn't have been better. The Caterer we used was Jeff loshinksy and the food was out of this world. Blanche from the barn was terrific. I am so happy my daughter chose this venue. I highly recommend it. . We cannot stop thinking about this day... It was perfect!!!!

ing. We used the horse stalls to house the bars, a seating lounge, and a photo booth area. We opted for both the golf cart/driver to assist our guests and the fire pit for late night s'mores. The bathrooms are exquisite and the location was just a few miles from the city of Hudson, Amtrak, and the Taconic Parkway. The staff was a pleasure to work with, helping my coordinator and myself with ideas and walk-throughs. I highly recommend this stunning rustic, yet elegant setting.
