The venue is simply gorgeous, from the beautiful oak trees and rolling hills to the rustic barn itself. Both the ceremony and reception were absolutely first rate and everyone in our party had a great time. Daryl and Alan (the owners) made the process simple and took the time to personally work with my daughter and son-in-law to make this event such a resounding success. They also answered all of my questions and put me at ease throughout the entire process. Their staff and vendors were all courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. The value for the all-inclusive package (51-75 pax) is exceptional. Highly recommend! The Barn at Oak Creek is an 11 out of 10.

My first jobs were in hospitality because I loved to serve. But life took me in another direction where I served students and families for 32 years in education. Coming back to hospitality is rewarding. Guests having an emotional reaction and connection with our farm is why we do, what we do. It reminds Alan and me of the first time we visited our farm. We strolled by the creek, hiked the fields and daydreamed about our future. We imagined ways to share this special place with others. That is how The Barn at Oak Creek was born and we would love to share it with you.

tch, and they are the most professional, personal, attentive venue owners of all time. From the day we met them, we knew that we couldn’t get married anywhere else. We were greeted on their beautiful property with so much care and attention that we immediately felt at home. Every single person that came into contact with Daryl and Alan from that day up until the evening of our wedding couldn’t stop praising how wonderful they were, and how they made each and every one of them personally feel welcome. My (now) husband and I honestly feel as if they are family at this point. From a photos perspective, we can’t even begin to tell you how many times people have looked at our wedding photos and said, “OH MY GOSH - This doesn’t even look like a wedding in Florida!” and “THIS is seriously such a fairytale wedding!” This is the absolute best property for sunsets, shading, photo opportunities, and allows for creativity. Daryl and Alan meticulously care for their property so much that you couldn’t possibly have a bad angle or photo on the entire property. They helped us with every single question along the way, provided insight for any questions that we had, and even helped us brainstorm anytime we felt stumped. We can’t even begin to express our gratitude for The Barn At Oak Creek, but we are hoping that this review helps someone that’s searching, just like we were, to choose this venue as their dream venue! so peaceful and beautiful. That was what we saw first on the tour and instantly fell in love. The reception is in the barn. It was perfect because it wasn’t too country but not too modern either. It was a great in between. The bridal room was gorgeous and spacious. The bathrooms had AC and were nice. Daryl (the owner) was very helpful the entire time. She gives great suggestions and just makes you feel comfortable about everything. The ONLY con I had was that we weren’t allowed in the bridal room until 11am. I had 8 bridesmaids and we had to start getting ready at 7AM. So there was no feasible way we could get ready there in time. Which sucked because that would have been really cool to get ready in that room. But other than that everything was perfect. The property is huge so there are plenty of spots to take photos. Daryl gave us the option to come back the next day to pick up all of the decorations. When we came back the following day, her and her husband had already packed up a majority of the stuff for us. They are just very nice and helpful people!!

We had plenty of space and the decor was beautiful as well. We opted to have our ceremony under the gorgeous giant tree in front of the barn which turned out beautiful. The owners are wonderful and even helped out day of when the weather was a deciding factor on ceremony location. Plus they even let us bury our whiskey bottle before the wedding and are allowing us to come back on our anniversary to dig it up. I highly recommend if you want a beautiful rustic barn venue for your wedding day using The Barn at Oak Creek, you will not be disappointed.

of" tasks and finding quick solutions for anything that didn't go right. The atmosphere was gorgeous, especially as the sun was setting. It is a real working cattle farm, and although the barn was specially built for events (by Alan from wood that he milled from the property), it doesn't feel like one of the cookie cutter barns popping up everywhere. Many of my guests commented on how elegant, yet rustic, everything was and how perfect the night was, and how the ceremony site took their breath away. All of the little details that are included, like the antique truck and cute signs placed strategically around the property, really tied the ceremony and reception sites together. I couldn't have asked for better venue and proprietors.

ple ever who manage and direct every issue, vendor, guest, EVERYTHING!! Beyond blessed to have such caring people help me through this wedding process. The barn itself was handbuilt by Allan from the trees on their property. There's always a breeze so its perfect no matter how humid florida is. They keep decorations past brides left behind and let you borrow without charge instead of charging ridiculous prices for rentals like other venues. Zero complaints. As soon as you see it you'll fall in love. As you get to know the owners you'll know your wedding will be perfect rain or shine. Beyond happy with my experience at The Barn at Oak Creek.

This venue has everything - a beautiful ceremony site, the hands down gorgeous barn for the reception with tables, chairs, a bar, kitchen, bathrooms, bridal and groom suites, extra decorations you can use, and more! We loved this place and it was honestly the wedding of our dreams. They allow you to pick your own vendors and their pricing is more than reasonable. The other thing I love about it is that you get the venue for the whole weekend so there's plenty of time to setup, take down and we didn't feel rushed at all for time. Daryl and Alan also help on the day of with parking coordination, logistics and really anything you need. We hope to stay life long friends with them. We want to say thank you for helping us make our wedding an absolute dream and one of the best days of our lives.

was perfect and the venue was stunning. Guests were telling us all night how gorgeous the property was and two couples even mentioned how they would love to get married there in the future. The venue owners, Daryl and Alan are the kindest and most down to earth people I’ve ever met. We toured the property when it was still under construction. Daryl and Alan told us their vision and we booked it right then and there. Daryl was always available when I had questions for her and let us do our engagement shoot and rehearsal on the property. I had my dream wedding thanks to Daryl and Alan and I am forever grateful for both of them. Daryl and Alan are professionals and truly care about each couple they work with. part of that Milestone for the venue. The Barn at Oak Creek hosts such an incredible landscape that we knew it was where we wanted to get married before the venue building was even a blueprint. Wide open country setting, priceless grandfather oaks and rolling hills make the setting ideal for any event. Let’s not forget the natural creek that flows through the basin of the wedding ceremony site. An abundance of features that money can’t buy and you won’t find anywhere else. My only regret is that the day went by too fast! I’d have an event here every weekend if we could. The owners were gracious in working with our preferences and visions. They kept us posted on the venue progress frequently and even had us on-site to see how it was developing. 11 out of 10 stars without a doubt. If you’re getting married in the greater Tampa Bay Area you’d be remiss not to take a tour of The Barn at Oak Creek, I have a good feeling you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

ng for rolling hills, beautiful oak trees, and views of a green pasture that goes for miles this is it! One of our favorite parts of our wedding was our ceremony. We choose to have our wedding at the "Wedding Tree" (there is a few areas to choose from for your ceremony on the property) This ceremony site is what had us saying yes to our venue even before the actual barn for the reception was even built! To get to this ceremony site there is a beautiful wooden bridge built crossing over a running creek to get to "The Wedding Tree" which is this beautiful Oak Tree with branches that shade your entire ceremony area accompanied by restored antique church pews. This ceremony site was so beautiful I felt guilty "Fluffing it up" with flowers and wedding decor because it was just breath taking without all of that I chose not too (Which saves money ladies!) Our Reception was held at the Barn. The Barn isn't one of those tacky colored Red Barns that every wedding looks the same! The barn is all natural wood with rustic touches which allows any decor/ wedding style. The barn includes a women's & mens restroom with multiple stalls, Grooms Suite and the Bridal suite is very open, comfortable, tons of electrical outlets, great lighting and an entire wall with mirrors which is so important when getting ready! The barn also has kitchen area with a large fridge, utility sink and tons of counter space. One of our favorite parts about the barn is that it doesn't have to be enclosed! They built this barn to be able to have the most spectacular views from being inside! All of the sides and back of the barn open up and look out to the pasture which is a remarkable view with the sunset and horse's running through the pasture. This venue includes beautiful clear chiavari chairs, Rustic round tables seats 8 and 10 guest per table, unique antique pieces perfect for your gift/ card table and even an antique secretary desk that was perfect for our guest book! It was so nice not needing to rent any furniture or pieces for our wedding and saved a ton! Last the hospitality, communication and kindness of the owners, Daryl & Alan really sets this venue apart from most wedding venues. They went above and beyond for us on making our day so special!

we were no longer in Florida. Upon arriving we met Daryl and Alan, who were a dream to work with. Daryl advised us that they had been putting on the finishing touches to the barn, for their first wedding in February 2020. She thought of everything for an elegant rustic wedding from Antique furniture, espresso farmhouse tables, clear chiavari chairs and so many other details. With our tour they took us to a few different wedding sites, our favorite being the Wedding Tree. Guests would take a short walk over a bridge to a shaded meadow with one single oak tree. This view around sunset is breathtaking. Before touring this venue I had never imagined my ceremony, only my reception. After viewing the Wedding Tree, I immediately knew that this was our venue. Unfortunately, due to family illness our wedding plans have changed and we have decided on a civil ceremony, rather than a traditional ceremony and reception. Throughout this whole process and heartache, Daryl was a dream to work with. I am looking forward to watching this venue grow and flourish over the years, and hope that other brides appreciate the beauty of this venue.
