The Barn at Oak Manor is such a beautiful property! From the manor where we spent our mornings, to the great oak standing tall behind the ceremony platform, to the deck overlooking the eloquent pond at cocktail hour, this venue captivated its audience with rustic charm and natural beauty. While spacious, each location within the venue could easily be traversed by all ages and physicality.
We had a small wedding: 54 people in total. Our party would have been dwarfed by the venue, had it not been for the wedding coordinator’s effective use of the space. Not to mention the farmhouse-chic style she lent the barn for our after party. (On that note, props to Ashley who hand picks her decorations for her clients to use.)
While our ceremony took place in August 2022, it was originally slated for August 2021. Low and behold, COVID caused us to postpone our exciting day. But, we wouldn’t let this postpone the day we had set in our hearts. We contacted Ashley and told her the situation. Not only did she call all of our vendors to let them know we would be postponing the wedding, Ashley let us use the venue for an elopement ceremony that was both intimate and special.
I will be forever thankful, especially considering the circumstances, that our wedding day turned out to be the day of our dreams.

Your wedding day at The Barn at Oak Manor begins in the manor, where you and your partner will enjoy two private, beautifully appointed get-ready suites. These lounges feature ample space, stylish furnishings, and full mirrors to ensure a relaxed, comfortable start to your celebration. The manor also includes a full kitchen, multiple TVs, and a two-story wrap-around verandah complete with a cozy daybed. For a fun and unexpected touch, you’ll even find a private racquetball court - perfect for releasing a little pre-wedding energy.
Ceremonies take place beneath The Oak, our breathtaking centuries-old tree that towers above the surrounding landscape. At its base sits a dedicated ceremony stage where you and your partner can exchange vows in a truly unforgettable setting. Afterward, guests are welcomed into the barn for a warm and festive reception. This spacious venue accommodates up to 300 guests, offering dining and dancing under a tin roof illuminated by the soft glow of 400 draped bistro lights.

We offer thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive packages featuring tables, chairs, bar setups, and decorative tables to simplify the process. Venue Manager Christine will partner with you every step of the way to bring your vision to life. Hi! I’m Christine, the venue manager here at The Barn at Oak Manor and your main point of contact from tour to “I do.” I’m currently planning my own wedding - right here at The Barn - which gives me a unique and personal perspective on what couples truly need during this exciting season.
I’m a Newnan native and a graduate of the University of West Georgia, and I love being part of such a special place in our community. My fiancé and I have been friends for 15 years, together for two, and engaged for one - and when we’re not talking wedding details, we love hosting and spending time with friends and family.
I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, stress-free experience and helping each couple envision their day in a way that feels true to them. I’d love to show you around and answer any questions you may have!
