The expansive grounds showcase rolling green lawns, serene wooded backdrops, and a stately colonial-style mansion perfect for day-of preparations.
Your wedding day at The Barn at Oak Manor begins in the manor, where you and your partner will enjoy two private, beautifully appointed get-ready suites. These lounges feature ample space, stylish furnishings, and full mirrors to ensure a relaxed, comfortable start to your celebration. The manor also includes a full kitchen, multiple TVs, and a two-story wrap-around verandah complete with a cozy daybed. For a fun and unexpected touch, you’ll even find a private racquetball court - perfect for releasing a little pre-wedding energy.
Ceremonies take place beneath The Oak, our breathtaking centuries-old tree that towers above the surrounding landscape. At its base sits a dedicated ceremony stage where you and your partner can exchange vows in a truly unforgettable setting. Afterward, guests are welcomed into the barn for a warm and festive reception. This spacious venue accommodates up to 300 guests, offering dining and dancing under a tin roof illuminated by the soft glow of 400 draped bistro lights.
Our team understands that planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, and we are here to make the experience seamless and enjoyable. We offer thoughtfully curated, all-inclusive packages featuring tables, chairs, bar setups, and decorative tables to simplify the process. Venue Manager Christine will partner with you every step of the way to bring your vision to life. We welcome outside vendors, and the barn’s fully equipped prep kitchen provides everything your caterer needs for a flawless event.

Hi! I’m Christine, the venue manager here at The Barn at Oak Manor and your main point of contact from tour to “I do.” I’m currently planning my own wedding - right here at The Barn - which gives me a unique and personal perspective on what couples truly need during this exciting season.
I’m a Newnan native and a graduate of the University of West Georgia, and I love being part of such a special place in our community. My fiancé and I have been friends for 15 years, together for two, and engaged for one - and when we’re not talking wedding details, we love hosting and spending time with friends and family.
I’m passionate about creating a welcoming, stress-free experience and helping each couple envision their day in a way that feels true to them. I’d love to show you around and answer any questions you may have!
