My husband and I recently had our wedding at The Barn at Powder Major’s Farm, and it was truly amazing. Beth and Chuck put their whole hearts into the barn, and it shows in every d...
etail. They have created such an incredible venue. Beth was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and truly helped keep me stress free every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, both Beth and Chuck were so supportive and helpful, which made everything feel calm and easy. Chuck made the grounds look absolutely beautiful, which added so much to the day.
I truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Sam and I had the most amazing day, and I am so grateful we found the most perfect place to get married.
We can hardly put into words how incredibly lucky and grateful we feel to have found this venue. It was everything we dreamed of and so much more. From the stunning historical feat...
ures to the comfortable accommodations, every detail was perfect. Beth and Chuck, the wonderful owners, went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, answering each question with such enthusiasm and expertise. The grounds are breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for every photo and accommodating our wedding with ease. While you do need to bring in your own vendors, the charm and dedication of this venue—and its owners-make it more than worth it. Thank you, Beth and Chuck, for making our day unforgettable!
The Barn at Powder Major's was amazing and the perfect setting for our wedding. From sweeping landscapes to warm and inviting spaces, it was just what we had pictured. The mini-spl...
its were a little overwhelmed by the 97/98 degree heat, but who wouldn't be! People had a great time, and loved the venue.
Beth and Chuck were fantastic to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and all our questions were answered. If you book an event for the weekend, you get the venue for Friday through Sunday at 12 pm. We left our wedding on Saturday night and knew we had some clean up to do on Sunday. We came back with a whole crew, and the entire place had been cleaned, and all our items placed onto two tables. All we had to do was pack it up. They went above and beyond what we expected in so many ways, and we couldn't recommend them more.
It’s hard to put into words how perfect this wedding venue was for us. It sounds so cheesy to say it but the first time we walked in we knew instantly that this was the place we wa...
nted to get married. When we began looking at venues, we knew we wanted to find a place we could really make feel like our “own” but that stood out on its own as well & this was it.
The venue & the grounds are so incredibly well taken care of. When you walk in you instantly know that there’s a lot of care that goes into this venue. It was so nice to be able to bring in our own vendors, but to also have a list provided by the owners of well-trusted ones, too. We loved having that flexibility and it really helped us create our own unique wedding day.
Beth & Chuck take such good care of this venue and took such good care of us as well during the planning process. They were always easy to reach and answered so many of our questions throughout the process.
We are forever grateful to have found this gem at the beginning of our engagement. It will always be a special place to us and we hope others have the same experience!
The rustic landcape, the antique construction, the history... It was literally the wedding venue of our dreams! We cannot thank Beth and Chuck enough for all the hard work they do ...
to keep this piece of American history in such beautiful order and available for weddings like ours. The barn is so stunning on its own that it required very little additional decoration, and our guests were in awe as they wandered the marvelous interiors and meticulously landscaped grounds.
Beth and Chuck were the perfect vendors for us - easy going, accommodating, invested, responsive, helpful and happy. Most of all, they welcomed us onto their gorgeous historical farm like family (and even signed our guestbook!)
With all of their event experience, they went to great lengths to help us efficiently plan and pull off the perfect wedding. We couldn't be happier with our memories that were created at Powder Major's, beginning to end. Thank you!

em, to postponing due to the pandemic, to all the wacky things that pop up the week of your wedding. When our musicians were unable to attend last minute, Chuck and Beth were there to lend a hand and help find us replacement vendors.
I couldn't recommend this venue enough. Did I mention how beautiful it is?
Best choice we made!! I had my wedding here in July of 2021, and boy was it amazing! From the planning stages of the wedding, to just days before, to the day of and beyond, Beth an...
d Chuck were so helpful in providing my husband and I the best service with kindness and flexibility as the forefront of their mind. They answered every question we had, met our every need, and even helped us with set up and clean up.
The venue itself is GORGEOUS and blew away every guest! The venue, bathrooms, and grounds and landscaping were pristine. They even have a kitchen with a restaurant sink, counters, and refrigerator and freezer. This was very helpful when storing food/dessert from the catering companies I hired. They also have multiple places to set up a bar, as well as any piece of furniture you could need for your photos, guest book, seating, etc. They have full bathrooms and a nice sized parking lot. They let my guests who were taking the bus back to the hotel keep their cars there overnight and pick up the next day. This was very helpful! I could go on and on about how pleased my husband and I were with this entire experience. Beth and Chuck are great people who truly want to provide couples with an amazing wedding experience. They have the venue and passion to do it! I cannot recommend Powder Majors Farm enough!!! --Sam and Steven Wuebbolt

d felt like a number at most of them. Working with Beth and Chuck feels like planning with family. They had great communication and are so passionate about their property and helping to make your day nothing short of perfect! You will not regret getting married there!

f how beautiful the space was. Above that we chose it because it not only has a beautiful outdoor ceremony space but also a great backup option in case of rain. On our day, we had to make the call to move our ceremony inside due to this and looking back on it, it was intimate and just perfect. Not only that, but Chuck and Beth were so helpful throughout the process and go above and beyond what a venue typically does! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful site to get married and have a wonderful reception!
