One of the biggest highlights was having full access to the venue from Friday morning through Sunday. That alone was a game changer. Being able to take our time setting up on Friday made such a difference—we honestly don’t know how we would have done it without that extra day. We were able to set up our reception space exactly how we envisioned it without feeling rushed or overwhelmed, and that peace of mind is priceless. We used the venue for our rehearsal dinner on Friday, our wedding and reception on Saturday, and then hosted a gift opening in the barn on Sunday, which was the perfect way to wrap up the weekend. Having everything in one place allowed us to fully enjoy each moment without worrying about travel or logistics. Staying on-site was also incredible and allowed us to be fully present instead of running around all weekend. The value for the money at The Barn at Stoney Hills is truly above and beyond. Not only is the venue stunning, but the barn also provides an amazing selection of décor that couples can use. This saved us so much time and money, and we used many of their items for our table centerpieces. Everything was beautiful, timeless, and fit the space perfectly. The venue manager deserves special recognition. Having someone on-site and available for any questions was invaluable. She went above and beyond throughout the planning process and during the weekend itself, helped direct vendors, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Her organization and calm presence took a huge weight off our shoulders. We’ve heard horror stories from other couples about venues with strict rules or making couples feel bad for asking questions. That was absolutely not the case here. Not once did we feel like our needs were inconvenient, and every request was met with kindness, flexibility, and support. Communication leading up to the wedding was outstanding. Joni and the barn staff were incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough. Every question was answered in depth, and we never felt left wondering about anything. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and our wedding day turned out to be a perfect, dreamy September day. This venue was truly an absolute dream, and we are so grateful we chose The Barn at Stoney Hills. If you want a beautiful, flexible venue with a team that genuinely cares, this is it. We would choose it again without hesitation.
